Quality Auto is truly the best quality!! Service was quick and attentive, they helped me replace my battery and Kas was simply the kindest! I was in and out of there in no time. Absolutely recommend to all, and would undoubtedly go back.

Had a large vehicle that needed to be moved from a tough spot. Given the small wheel base it could easily drag on the ground and do damage to the road and vehicle. Eric was amazing and got the vehicle onto his flatbed and out of a tonight spot and worked his magic to get it back on the ground safely without damage. These guys are the best! Thank you!

Was driving from Boston to Newark and unfortunately needed new brakes in Westport. Came here because it was the closest place that came up on the map. Cas and Mike were nothing short of saviors for me. They stayed open late and even drove to get parts needed to get me back on the road to Newark in less than an hour. So kind and gave me a very fair price.

I couldn’t find anyone reliable to tow my car because the starter crapped out, so I asked in a Norwalk facebook group for a reliable towing company and the amount of people that said to call Frank at Quality Towing was crazy. I contacted them last night and today my car is back at my house. Super reliable, good communication skills and on time. From now on, they are my only go to towing company. 10/10 recommend!! I can’t express how thankful I am!

My MIL was stranded 2 1/5 hours away from home. We came up with $660. I called this company, they said $800. I told him I would maybe call him back. Between 5 family members we really could only come up with $660 because of Christmas, Birthdays, bills, etc. I called back and swallowed my pride and asked if he could work with us until I could figure it out (by the time she was dropped off I would have the rest). He said "come up with another hundred." I said I really can't until she gets home, he said no.

I just stopped at this place late last night because I had a nail in my tire which caused a pretty bad leak. I had a 3 hour drive home from college and got to the place about an hour and 15 minutes after close. Not only did they keep the store open to fix my car, but Kas (who helped me out) did not charge me for services. They found the leak in little to no time at all and were super efficient in getting me back on the road. They were truly some of the kindest people I have ever met and really helped me out of a bad situation (and I got home safe!). I cannot recommend them enough! Kas and his team care about customer safety and are just all around good people. Thanks again for your help yesterday!!!!

I probably called nine times within three hours and he provided me his personal cell phone number and answered every time I called. My bill was exactly what they said it would be. I wish I could give zero stars. Their service was terrible. It took them over two weeks to repair my car after an accident, and even after all that time, the repairs were subpar. The bumper was poorly glued and is still falling off, and they completely failed to adjust the back door, which is now impossible to open. Despite the good reviews, I found their service to be very poor. I’m usually a fair reviewer and took time to assess before posting this review, so this isn’t written out of anger. Please think twice before bringing your car to this shop.

Giving 1 star because giving 0 isn't an option. They towed my car on 7/16/24 and had my car for 2 weeks when i went to pick it up on 7/30/24 they claimed i owed them more than what i actually did because as per them my car was there for "16 days". When i told them my car was there since Tuesday the 16th of July they claimed the workers "didn't properly put dates on their forms". They couldn't find my keys, but once they found my keys and i went to put my temporary plates on the car i noticed they had been digging through my belongings and when i searched the car my apple watch was missing from my duffle bag that was closed and placed in my third row, my tools were moved around and tool box was open. When i told them about it all they said was " they have been there 15 years and never had an issue like that" but my duffle bag was completely empty and mine and my daughters clothes were thrown around the back row and the trunk. I called the cops with minimal help besides a report being taken.

I have to say that my experience with Quality was really stellar. My car was towed by Quality off the Merritt Parkway after a deer decided to commit suicide by hitting my car. State Trooper came and called Quality to tow. I live in NJ (over 100 miles away) so that in itself is a nightmare. I had a great tow truck driver who brought me to the shop with car. My insurance company adjuster came out same day and gave his estimate. We decided to keep car in CT to fix (towing and stuff would have been a nightmare since it was over the mileage allowance and time would be lost as well). Well, parts are hard to come by so there is always a delay there, but I called every few days to find out the story and stay on top of it. Parts came in and we made a plan to meet up (remember I live in central NJ) on a Sunday morning (halfway meeting point). Now, that is excellent service! I want to give a special shout out to Chris and his sweet family for being open to meeting me on their day off to bring me my car. Now, my car is good aa new and I am very happy with the outcome. It could have been so much worse, but these guys really helped me out when I most needed it!

Got into an accident on a Friday in June 2016 and because the car was so badly damaged, the police had to call a tow truck. This is where my nightmare began. This company ended being the tow company that came out and while talking to the co-owner Frank Jr. and him telling me that he could repair my car better than before the accident, he seemed really cool and a good person to do business with; WRONG!! Both owners Frank Sr. and his son Frank Jr. are liars! They are a bunch of con artists at best. Spoke with Frank Jr. the day of the accident and he told me how he would be able to repair my car in 2 weeks at most and that he fought with insurance companies so that he could get OEM parts put on any car he repaired. LIES, LIES, LIES!! Once he got my business he threw me to the wolves. Frank Jr. and his father Frank Sr. did not start working on my car until 3 weeks after the accident, didn't even have any of my parts at the shop... I went by there every few days to check the progress of my car and for 3 straight weeks my car stayed at the back UN-REPAIRED. During the time there my car was side swiped on the gas tank (because they had it cramped tight and were moving cars in and out), and my roof was damaged! There was a giant dent in my roof and even dented in my sunroof. The worst part of this all was that they held my car for 3 weeks before even starting repairs on my car and my insurance would not extend my rental past 30 days. after a huge argument about my additional damages at their shop and my rental extension, the cops were called (by them) but because of the cops I was able to get them to promise (with the police officers as witnesses) to repair all my additional damages and pay for my rental past the 30 day deadline as long as they had it. To this day however, my sunroof is still misaligned... Fast forward to August 10th, 2016, 2 full months after my accident, my car was finally finished with the repairs at their shop.... 2 FULL MONTHS and they still did a horrible job! Repaired (if you could call it that) my car with Non-CAPA parts (front bumper, which does not align right as shown in pictures) and a cheap axle that caused my steering wheel to shake while driving (Even had my wheels balanced and the shake was still there, only had a shake after their repair). After getting my car, I finally found time to take off my bumper because they did not properly install my D2S HID bulbs and I was absolutely floored by their "repair" job. I added pictures but this is beyond anything that a "Professional" body shop can claim as their work. They drilled multiple holes into my bumper to hide from the fact that they did not properly repair my car (Pictures below) so that they could get it to line up. My bumper no longer aligns with my car and actually pokes out on the driver's side. They used washers to align my fender instead of properly repairing the area so that it would align right. They also omitted to install bolts on my fender because they still couldn't get it to line up because of their poor workmanship. Due to this poor workmanship of installing my passenger side fender, my passenger door rubs the fender every time the door is opened and this has caused the paint to rub off on the edge of the door (Shown in pictures below), this will surely cause rusting during these winter months. I have tried to paint it with touch up paint but it just gets rubbed right off again. Another thing that they did a horrible job at was my paint! In all honesty I could have probably did a similar job and I suck at painting... There are multiple spots of running paint (Roof edges, fender, bumper) and there is even a lot of orange peel in my paint on my lower bumper corner. The worst part of this all was their blending job and their paint quality!!! their paint is actually duller than my OEM paint and you can actually see where their paint meets my OEM paint (Pictures will show them). STAY AWAY FROM Quality Towing & Auto Repair!! THEIR WORK SUCKS! THE OWNERS ARE BUNCH OF LIARS WHO COULD NOT FULFILL MANY OF THEIR PROMISES TO ME!!

I desperately needed new brakes and could not get an appointment with a mechanic I trusted anywhere for 2 weeks. I was recommended Quality Towing & Auto Repair and they were incredible!! I called them the day before and was able to get in to have my brakes changed. I had a great experience that was seamlessly smooth, and quick. The staff there is professional, and knowledgeable, and delivers great customer service! I highly recommend and will be back to use them again.

Amazing service and honest to the core!! I went here to get my engine checked, because I was told by a different mechanic shop that I needed a new one. Talk to the owner and happened to only be a cylinder issue. From start to finish, it was a pleasure to work with kas. Gained a customer for life definitely recommend.

When you think of towing you think of something that is unpleasant but necessary. But like any well run business, it’s a people thing. We were in an accident that required towing. Eric on the tow side went out of his way to explain the process and make us comfortable. Kas from the shop management only wanted to make sure that we were ok and comfortable while we sorted out the process and waited for a ride. He even kept his office open so that we didn’t have to wait outside in the dark. People who behave like that are people you can trust. Highly recommended.

After taking our vehicle to the Lexus dealer for an oil change and assessment, I was very pleased with professionalism, quality, timeliness and price that they performed the needed front brake rotors and pads replacement on my Lexus GS350. Cas seems to be very knowledgeable and straight shooter. They previously did a good job tuning up my wife’s Jeep - having never run smoother. ??

This is THE best towing company I have ever worked with. Frank went beyond helping me with my work van, from towing it to a tire company to staying with me the ENTIRE time! Took us to go to TWO different tire company’s then when the tires wouldn’t fit he took my van to his company and cut the rims till they fit. This guy was literally a blessing from above and I can’t recommend his service enough!!!! YES YES YES!!! Contact them and they will give u the best service in ct.

Back in 2017 I got in an accident and my car was towed here. They had my car for almost two months before the repairs were finished. The rear tire was crooked when they finally got it back to me. I just brought my car to a legitimate mechanic who after looking at the job they did said it was completely butchered. Welded in the wrong place, crooked, and still damaged. I didn't notice this was a problem, and the consequence was burning through tires. The worst part is that they received a whopping 5K+ from the insurance company for the job, and they didn't fix it. So, because they cut corners, I need to pay for a repair out of pocket that should have been done right the first time. Not to mention, the manager told me the car would be done 100% one day in the evening. So I arraigned to arrive there after work to pick it up, only to be frantically told that it wasn't ready a half hour before hand. Got stranded in Westport because of that. All-in-all sluggish turn around, lack of honesty, and a poor result with quality of work.
