Came to the store at 9:55pm on 9/26 to get a battery for my key fob and as I walked up to the store the person behind the register told me the store was closed. Poor customer service.

I needed a battery but i was treated like a special guest. Mohammad, Renny and Mike and the new manager (a woman) were very kind and helped me and got me going in less than 20 minutes. Even while the store was packed i felt Like the only customer

I found that the service has declined over the years. They used to help install filters, key batteries etc. They did stock windshield wiper fluid which was OOS at Home Depot.

In Stock you would guess they have the part available, not at AutoZone. The “manager said welcome to retail and blamed it on inventory.Speaks volumes of his incompetence! There responce is obviously e generic one, they don't even know the store number or address in the review then they never respond back.

The website gave the wrong information on headlights that I purchased. Package that I bought was not unpacked just cut on the side and the sales guy refused to exchange for the correct bulbs even with the receipt that was bought within 10 minutes. The sales guy was rude and unwilling to help. The worst customer service and bad business. Took my business to a much better store Auto-zone and paid cheaper. I’m out $58.00 and feel very disrespected.

Long wait for service but once I got it, they were top notch super helpful, knowledgeable, and go out of their way to go the extra step. 4 instead of 5 because of the long wait but otherwise superb

Wes and Jackson were extremely helpful! They helped me figure out the best oil filter given my situation and choosing a jump starter. This is definitely now my “go-to” store. Promote them and give them a raise now!

I was desperate for new car battery and needed help replacing it as I was out of town. They had the rare battery that I needed and took their time replacing it for me even though it was in a difficult spot! Very grateful for the gentlemen in there that took the time to take care of us! Very nice staff and manager. Thank you Auto Zone in Stamford!

Thank you RELL!!! I came to get a new battery, and Rell was nice enough to help install it. I have an older car and it needed a little extra care. While Rell was helping, his supervisor came out and said “you know we don’t have to honor the battery installations” and said other things like “i wouldn’t touch this with a ten foot pole.” Thankfully your associate is nothing like your supervisor. Rell assured me not to worry, he’d get it installed. It took a little bit, but he did it. I probably won’t go back to this location because the supervisor was horrible, but Rell was amazing. UNPROFESSIONAL.. The guys in there hung up on me TWICE && then LIED && said they had a battery that match my car just to try to upsell me on a more expensive battery. Walked in the store.. no one wanted to help me as I was standing at the register patiently waiting.. then another gentleman came inside the store && then that’s when they decided to come help him then finally see me and asked if I needed help. SMHHHHH WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!

Ronaldy was fantastic. He knew his stuff, took the old battery out and a new one in. I had gone to a competitor store and they could t get the old battery out. Thanks! I love my "old" Explorer for schlepping and carrying sports stuff to events and now it's running again.

Placed order online for breaks and wasn't aware they came in packs of 2. Westly J, an associate here called me and rudly asked why I keep ordering breaks if they come in a pack of 2. I told him I wasn't aware but he kept complaining about it as if I hadn't already told him I wasn't aware. I get to the store to pick up and I deal with him in person, still extremely rude. I asked him about refunding the extra breaks I didn't need and he yelled at me to sign and accept payment. I told him that wasn't answering my question, so then he yelled at me to sign the pinpad. Someone came over, a manager maby and asked to take over but he refused even after I said I'd rather have someone else bill me out. Absolutely terrible service. Westly J is probably the rudest store associate I've dealt with. Avoid if possible!

I needed a new battery for my rental car key. Ty stepped up to help me, He was fabulous. His positive can do attitude and his service was superior. I would go to him for any of my car needs.

Incredibly helpful. Bought new battery which they installed on my old Mercedes which was a bit tricky. Then he did. a separate test which identified the problem was likely the alternator. Very nice guy. Thank you!

Wesley and Jason were very kind and patient with me at the final moment of Christmas Eve. My car was not feeling was screaming for help and they were patient. The store was packed and they treated me and the others like we were their favorite. I was Worried about being low on oil and they helped me on this holiday. Thankful!!!

The Manager woman is the most garbage manager i’ve ever met . No clue about vehicles or parts/liquids needed for cars. Rude and unknowing. Never coming back to this trash autozone. Wasting so much time to find 3 items that a 9 year old could have found in less time. Can’t run a store even with a step by step manual.

Skye the cashier was extremely nice and had GREAT customer service ! She was very helpful with recommendations and assisting me with the products I needed. As a women who doesn’t know much about cars she made sure I was helped. Good workers like her are hard to come by!

Will and his co-worker were absolutely amazing, very professional, the personal treatment and the service was great, everything was throughly explained and serviced in a matter of minutes(new battery installed, headlight bulb replaced), I was beyond satisfied, thanks again guys.

Every time I visit I'm helped by the same two people who has gone above and beyond to help me solve whatever is going on, first the is William store manager who has given me some great advice on a few things and the other sales associate who has always been kind as very nice. He always very helpful. The west main street store has the best customer service there is.

My experience at this store was great! Mentioned I needed a new battery. They got me the right one and installed it quickly. I was in and out within 15 min or so. The store manager Will was super friendly and helpful as well.

I had a very good experience. Excellent customer service. I needed to replace the battery which was under warranty. As soon as I called, they were eager to help. It was a situation in which Michael went above and beyond to accommodate me. Very competent and his kindness made all the difference. Thank you!

I was just at this autozone, terrible customer service. First I had to go back because they sold me the wrong bulb. And I purchase wipes for windshield cleaner, when I picked it it said .50 cents. I see on my receipt I was charged 1.99 for each one. I purchased two. When I go back with the wrong bulb they gave and asked why I was charged four times as much they said it was for a different product. The person had an attitude the whole time and I explained I purchased them because it was advertised as .50 cents. I asked to speak to the manager/supervisor whom did not a knowledge me at all. I had to go up to him and say “hi how are you”. Because even though I asked to speak to him he did not come to speak to me at all. So when I went to him he told me I needed to read the labels because that was for a different product. I explained that where the labels were was the cleaners I purchased. He said “there’s nothing I can do, you should read the labels” and that was the end of the conversation I guess, since he went on to take another customer. Not once did I receive an apology from anyone. Just a bunch of attitude and a feeling of not being welcome. The most terrible and disgusting customer service experience of my life. Don’t go to this autozone unless you want to feel unwelcome and have unanswered questions.
