Went in last week to get a new battery. Daniel was super great and helped me get the battery I needed for my car. It was super busy, but he was so nice and apologetic how busy it was.

I visited this AutoZone location today to purchase a light for one of my vehicle. I initially asked an employee for assistance and received very poor customer service. The employee was dismissive and unwilling to help. When I asked to speak with a manager, he stated that he was the manager. When I then asked for his name, he said he did not have one.
I explained to him that I regularly shop at this location and had never experienced this type of service. I told him I was surprised by the interaction and that I still needed assistance. After continuing to insist on help, he eventually retrieved the light and I completed my purchase.
While I did receive the product, the service was unacceptable. There was a clear lack of professionalism and accountability. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location and suggest staying away due to the poor customer service.Jan 09, 2026 -
No one ever wants to go outside the store to help dealing with battery checks, etc. Workers having side conversations while customers waiting to be helped

I have a 20 yr old car. So, replacement parts are key. They can test your car battery. I have bought batteries for several vehicles at this place. They install it for you. They also install headlight bulbs a brake light bulbs. I get my car fluids like oil, antifreeze, brake fluid, power steering fluid and windshield wipe fluids at this place.

This store has improved so much in the last year. The self checkout helps a lot, always fully staffed and there is always someone to help. Definitely worth driving to this location compared to the east side.

After waiting 30 minutes outside, about to leave for my window wipers to get done. A Indian gentleman came outside and knocked it out and not even two minutes good guy He was the store manager

When I came to Autozone there wasn't very good service there, this is the third time I came and this guy named Nick I. from part sales acts with disrespect and threw the stuff at me and spoke with disrespect. This wasn't the first time I got treated like this by him, he acts arogant and rude, he acts a bit racist to me, I hope people that come and go get treated with respect, when people buy their things they should get treated nicely,

The auto zone staff are excellent. I had a battery bought two years ago and died on me twice within six months period. I went to the store. I received great help from Ann Marie, Sylvana and Greg. They replaced my battery without additional charge. The key is they really listen and care about your problems and try their best to find solutions. I’m extremely grateful for their help. It also helps that I’m a loyal customer for 20 years. I highly recommend this store for all your auto needs and see my loyalty really pays off. Those folks there really deserve a round of applause for their excellent customer services.

Called ahead of time to ask about getting my car battery changed, was told to come in in a half hour, waited in line, then was told the person that was able to do the job was sent out on a delivery. Had to rejump my battery and go drive down to advanced auto parts. Don’t waste your time like me go just go straight to advanced auto parts. (To be fair the lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful, wish I could say the same for the other staff who sent the worker out)

I had an amazing experience tonight with the staff of this location. I arrived looking for a certain part to make a repair on my vehicle (after trying many other auto parts stores in the area). The two gentlemen that assisted me were incredibly helpful and kind, had a lot of insight to offer that indicated they knew what they were talking about, and even offered help in the parking lot when I was making the repair. Thank you again (I forget their names!) and happy Thanksgiving!

If I could honestly give them a negative star I would. It seems like every single time I call the store to find out about a part I speak more to the answering machine than actual people. At least answer the phone with some etiquette and give me the option to be placed on hold. And in store even worse. Thank god for self checkout cause if not I would not give them any business.

Called first to check if they could test my battery and alternator - sure come in anytime. Dropped by a half hour later - shout out to Ramses for his excellent customer service skills. He was a knowledgeable, polite and all around good human. He made fair recommendations and after installing a new battery he tested my starter & alternator too. Ramses had me out of there in no time with a gift card in hand for recycling my old battery!

Great store, went on a Saturday and plenty of guys working there, minimal wait time. Needed code scanner to run diagnostic, Fabian was a really nice guy, helpful, and someone like that will make me come back here.

To whom this may concern,
I have been a loyal AutoZone customer for quite some time now. It has been OVER 20 years of loyalty to this establishment. Today I had a horrific experience with one of you associate that refused to give me her name. I asked her name and she snapped at me and said, "I don't have to give you my name!" yes. I agree. That is her natural human right bestowed upon us from the most high. Which is FREEWILL. So the associate that was helping me at first before your employee became irate; His name is Nick L. He is the Parts Sales Manager and he was doing his due diligence to satisfy me as a customer until this disrespectful event transpired. He provided me with the customer service number and when i asked him her name. He then followed suit and declined to give me the information that I politely asked him to give. Then He walked away from me in the mist of the progress resolution and refused to come back to finish up with me. It wasn't until an employee by the name of Kwesi came up to me to give me the address of the location as well as the store number which is...Store 5148. Before I make this a civil matter. Please reach out to me!

I wanted to share a great experience I had with Nupur. I was buying new windshield wipers, and he had noticed that the wrong packaging was put onto one of the wipers I was going to buy. I was grateful that he caught the issue before I finalized the purchase. Thank you so much!

I went to recharge my battery that was dead, because I had parked my car for over three months. Upon arrival I met a very unpleasant employee of yours, he might be from Haiti or Africa. However, the manager turned the unpleasant experience to a very wonderful one. The managers name is Nupur. He is an exceptional worker. He is very calm patient moreover, he goes above and beyond to make sure customers are taken care of. He knows the true meaning of Customer Service.

No complaints here. Staff was super friendly, I got the part I was in need of, and the staff were even willing to throw the part in / on, for a few bucks, though I didn’t need them to and did it myself. Will go back.

Went in this morning and the guy waited on me didn't want to help me. I asked him for help finding a bolt and he told me to go a look yourself. I went back and asked him a second time and he repeated go to aisle 6 and look yourself. Do yourself a favor , if you need auto parts go elsewhere. There are plenty of other auto parts stores who provide better customer service.

I absolutely advocate strong for these guys , the staff here went far and beyond to help me out . I came in to return a battery I didn’t need anymore within the 30 day period and didn’t realize it had to be a faulty battery to make the return. I’m in school and was shocked to hear that, I was really really counting on that return to pay for my books and classes and out of their hearts they still accepted the return and absolutely saved my day. I’ve been here before the first time and the guys where just as sweet and understanding. I would give them 10 stars if I could, god bless you guys. Much love

Went here for windshield the other day. Even though they were busy, an associate and a store manager spent 20-30 minutes helping me get my windshield wipers on. For some reason, we couldn’t locate the proper adaptor, but they ran all over the store looking for a part. Thankfully they were able find an adapter in the back and got it all figured out. Within seconds of getting the windshield wipers on, the store manager was running over to a guy whose grocery bags had broken to help him pick up his groceries before they rolled into the road. Nice guys with good hustle and attention to quality service.

Samuel gave us a great suggestion for a headlight restorer, that was cheaper and as efficient. He even came out and restored our headlights. The lights were good as brand new! Other staff members were very helpful and kind.
