Super convenient location, a quick exit off of I - 95 to purchase or pick up most everything for your automotive needs. Make sure to use the Advance Auto app and input your year, make and model and you will be sure the parts fit / will work. For harder applications, staff is helpful in finding / researching what you need.

Purchased a replacement battery & had it installed for free a year ago by a very competent clerk. Unfortunately they no longer help with minor replacements like engine air filters, cabin filters, replcement of key batteries etc. With the help of YouTube I put a new engine air filter in ... simple !

Eric was a great help when my car’s low oil light came on. Helped me pick out the correct oil I needed to buy and how to check the level. We got back on the road quickly and was able to make it to a baby shower that afternoon

Manager super helpful in replacement battery issue. Went out of his way to find the correct receipt which took extra time and was super helpful honoring the warranty.

Went in to purchase a headlight bulb for my 2015 Impala…. Had some problems getting the right one..but in the end with the help of Cesar ( the manager) and Daniel ( the salesperson) everything worked out great! Great customer service there!. Will keep going there for all my car part needs!

I love the store, very organized! The store simply has everything your vehicle may need. Additionally, KP offers you the highest customer service you deserve! KP is very knowledgeable, very professional, respectful & kind & he makes you feel as if you were at home in the store. Ask him for advice next time you go there!

This trip Eric helped me put two batteries in my key fob. This guy is reason enough to skip the competition. Found the auto filters I needed. Prices are much lower than auto.dealers. The staff is normally good at helping with the install. They are never dismissive of the uninformed.

It was 6:30pm & I was 3 hrs into a 12 hour trip when my CV axle failed. I called in from a local garage and spoke to the manager DK who promptly located and pulled the parts for me. Being short on time and resources to get the job done, he went over and beyond to help me get the right parts to get the job done right. Even stopped by after closing to ensure I was good to go for the rest of my trip. This is the kind of service that is A++! By far the best auto parts store experience. This is coming from a mechanic with over 20yrs experience in the industry and a long term commercial customer. DK should be the platinum standard for excellent customer service!! I appreciate all that you did to help me out. Hats off to you and big thanks to Advance Auto parts for always being well stocked and having great quality parts. I just wish they would honor my old platinum status so I can actually save money. Their current system doesn't make it worthwhile for my small business to actually make a profit.

Every time I go, the staff is super friendly and helpful. On this specific day (6/12/22 right before closing) the gentleman working the cash register double checked to make sure I had the right windshield wipers and actually installed them while I was there! Amazing service!

Worst customer service experience! Starting with cashiers,managers and full staff at this location. They don't like to work,pathetic personality. Staff we're eating without proper equipment to take care of customers. Don't have any gloves on.

Came to replace a battery. Representative wouldn't do it because they had a cold and didn't want to bother anyone else. Now I am making two trips instead of one and not getting the offered free testing. Recommend going to another store or autozone

Extremely rude, and unwillingly to attempt to assist in measuring a belt size. I do not ever post reviews let alone negative reviews online. But this visit took the cake. Horrible customer service, the employee was very degrading. Will not ever return

Jeff is very helpful. The Spanish girl is rude and thinks she knows everything. Needs to be reminded that customer service skills are needed to work there and not only to Spanish speaking customers.

Superb wholesale service, fitting exactly what was requested at a reasonable price, and with the largest stock of fluids and equipment in the area. They can also get a larger supply of stock than they carry by accessing it from specialty warehouses, where I often see them when I'm buying at those warehouses as well. Would not recommend, check your parts prior to receipt. Will not take parts back, unless you have THEIR receipt signed, in person....despite it also being in their system. If you can't provide a part number to part number match for what you order, how is their quality of advice or parts?

Terrible customer service! Wouldn't put the oil in my car. I went to this auto parts store to purchase oil for my car and have them check my check engine light. They had the oil but wouldn't put it in the car for me and said their machine to check the auto error was stolen. Don't go here. Not very interested in customer service. I have never been to an auto parts store that wouldn't put the oil in the car!

I come here all the time and know most the guys on a first name basis. They are always very helpful and go out of their way to help me track down a tool or parts / supplies. Also if you run into issues they are always very helpful.

Speed of service was ok. Selection for oils and other liquids is great. Same story with batteries. For those looking for anything more than brakes, fluids or batteries.... you may want to look elsewhere.

Order online ahead of time. Your products will be ready and in stock, plus you can usually find a discount code. Do not stroll in expecting an quick and easy experience every time. Save yourself the trouble and buy online for store pickup.

Great experience. I called ahead to confirm they had the engine oil I needed in stock. When I arrived at the store, the associate asked if I had a brand preference. He was knowledgeable and helpful.And this was on a Sunday, which is really convenient. I will be back.

I have gone to the store for years because its very close and convenient. I must agree with comments that the staff is more interested in avoiding customers than helping them...especially the guys who work the back counter.They won't help if you ask telling you they are for Corporate customers only. The checkout line can be long and these guys ignore it. Don't go back there to pay..they'll send you away and go back to reading their magazine or try to act busy doing nothing for the invisible corporate customers..They'll won't help if you ask for a part so don't bother. One needs to know what you want and here to find it when you visit this store..then you have to figure out how the checkout line works....don't ask the register people where the line forms..they look at you like you're an idiot,,and give you a cold reply.

I have been here on multiple occasions and all have been a good experience. It is an auto parts store, not a jewellery store and isn't much different than others I have been to. I asked for the oil filter part numbers for my car and the guy behind the counter wrote 3 part numbers for me that I could go through (I said I would do that) when I got to the shelves. Only reason they don't get 5 starts is I wish the lookup books were available near the filters, so I don't have to ask.

To counteract the other reviews, I went today for some motorcycle oil and filter. Spoke with several of the staff who were friendly and very helpful. Delightful experience. The manager said there are times when they are so busy with other customers and some will get angry having to wait. Just be patient. They were all very nice.
