I was on my way from NJ to NH to see my daughter compete in college DI Cross Country Championships and my car died in the Merritt Pkwy and my car was towed to Stamford KIA. They were booked solid but the manager on staff worked to get a part from another dealer, which took some effort by the whole staff. The mechanic worked very hard to get my car fixed by the end of the day. I arrived at the dealership at 10:30am with the possibility of not having a car for a few days due to their busy schedule and not having the necessary parts to repair my car to having the whole staff working to get me back on the road that day to at least be able to see my daughter by that night.
The manager and mechanic are amazing and I’m sorry I didn’t get a chance to really thank them properly, but I was overwhelmed by the day and spending 7 hours in the dealership. But they got me back on the road and to my daughter to celebrate her 2nd place win. Thank you to all the staff.
