Do not use this UPS store. They lost my $100 item. They said they put it in the UPS pickup spot, but UPS claims they never received it and it never left the store. Someone must have stolen this package, either an employee or a customer. They were so disorganized that they didn't even scan the package at their store to show they had it in their system. I'm out $100. Tired calling stamples several times for support and received no help. Even UPS is no help. I never had this happen at any other store but here. They even put the wrong sticker on my Amazon package getting me charged $35 from Amazon. This was the same day!!! They basically stole $135 from me.

The staff at staples in Riverside Ct. Is amazing. They assist with not only helping, but explaining the products and services available. The staff is always helpful and kind. I am there often and the staff has always been attentive. You are fortunate to have such a great team!

Such great service here. Called to see if they had a specific cartridge and the customer clerk found the item and said he’d keep it by the register for when I’d come in. Loved the team there!!!

Wilmer; the representative at the staples in Riverside, demonstrated excellent patience throughout the interaction. They allowed me to fully explain my concerns without interruption and took the time to acknowledge what I said, which made me feel heard and understood. Even when I asked multiple clarifying questions, they remained calm, professional, and supportive, never rushing me or making me feel like a burden. This store is a dream come true. The best passport services ever. Nicest staff, everyone is super helpful. Not only fine office supplies. But I buy most of my cleaning products here as well. They have the best prices on Bounty paper towels. Why bother with Amazon

At Staples yesterday I encountered a salesgirl that reminded me of what customer service used to be. She was efficient and knowledgeable but more importantly she was kind. She went to get a shopping cart for the woman in front of me because she had bought a case of water! I haven’t seen that consideration in a very long time.

I hate going to this Staples more than anything. The people who work here just hate their lives. I’ve rarely gone here and not been confronted by ultra rude employees. I hope Staples closes this location down and they open a Walmart here.

Service is sometimes good but they always forget to associate my rewards account when I recycle items and its difficult, if not impossible to do that after the fact. Curb to enter parking lot is entirely too tall - its worse than a speed bump.

I was very happy to find a simple, but effective, Elmer's glue stick at Staples, that I haven't seen before, that can be safely used for mounting photographic prints. As a professional photographer, I do many kinds of experimental art work with photographic prints. This seems better than other products I have used in the past.

I highly recommend the Tech Service department at The Staples Store located in Riverside. They are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient no matter how many times you go back and believe me I went back many times with questions and issues.

Very difficult to get help unless you want a high priced item. I guess they are graded on pushing you away from sale items ?? I gave them a second chance. No one available to help get a toner replacement. Finally I got help but, the common HP 48A was out of stock ! I went to the Stamford store & found one ! PS Staples online prices are lower than instore. The cashier adjusted the price after showing proof !

I always go to Staples to order my check and I was nearby so I figured I stopped at this one to order them and they had three employees at the print station and each one of them was absolutely clueless. They didn't even know that was an option. I was going to call the Port chester Staples so they can explain to them how to do it, but they didn't seem too interested in learning how to do their own job...... To be honest, I don't think I'll come here again I recommend taking the extra 10 minutes and going to Port chester for services

If I could give this a 6th of a star or less, I would. Do not get your signs printed here!! They are rude, defensive, disrespectful, and do not hold themselves to a high standard. The work they do is important and requires care and tact, the print people I worked with here do NOT have these qualities. Do not waste your time and energy here. I urge you to go to the Staples on Summer Street instead. They did an amazing job! They were supportive and super helpful.

Bought 3 laptops for my business, one happened to be a demo, or floor model. The cashier explained that I needed to do a factory reset to get the demo software off it, no problem. Once I got back to the office and attempted a factory reset, I found out that it was password protected, and couldn't be reset. I called and while they didn't know what the password was, I was told that they could reset it if I brought it back in. The next morning I brought it back in to be informed that the tech guy wouldn't be in until noon. I left and came back again after noon. I spoke with the assistant manager, to whom I handed my receipt and explained the issue. He informed me that it would be $100 to do a factory reset. I was stunned. Assuming there was a miscommunication, I reiterated that I had purchased this laptop yesterday, and the reason I could not use it was that Staples demo software was on it which needed to be removed. He again said that a factory reset would be $100, or I could purchase a yearly warranty for $99 under which I would get a factory reset for free. If I didn't want to pay him to fix the laptop I bought yesterday, I could return it. I left and gave it to my IT to see if they could fix the issue before I opted to return it, which worked fine. Absolutely galling customer service from the assistant manager.

GREAT SERVICE: I went in looking for DELL laptop charger and Bill the General Manager was extremely helpful. Instead of just selling me one he looked at my old one, which had a small pin bent inside the plug, and was able to fix. He did not charge me and saved me $$$ on purchasing a new one. He was very kind & helpful the entire time! I would highly recommend this store!
