Went this morning for emissions and oil change. Wait times were reasonable and everyone who helped me was nice and efficient. The oil change guy gave me a packeted dash wipe to tuck into the glove compartment and a coupon for a car wash so I pulled around to do that. Decided to get gas and wanted to wipe something off and discovered wipes right there next to the pump. When I went to toss it there was a purell dispenser so I could clean my hands. So I left with a clean engine, a clean car, and clean hands and spent less than 90 minutes on all of it!
Car wash, service staff (including especially Walter who helped me locate a lost credit card] and always Orlando in the emissions dept who is so polite and helpful. All around a great place for your car!
It looks like a good gas station but the clerk closed up a few minutes early and barely acknowledged me when I walked to the door and asked if they were closed. He just gave a half-ass hand gesture.
At least verbalize a: "Sorry, we are closed." That I could understand and respect. Oh well, I just went to the Exxon a couple exits down I-95, where the attendant was very friendly and helpful.
Every day I come by for smokes and coffee, and sonetimes lotto, and when Maria is on duty she greets me with professionalism and a beautiful smile. She is also very attentitive to all customers around me and keeps lines moving. It makes my day. And I am reminded why I enjoy stopping by.
Belen was very attentive to the customers and was very informative of the membership and discounts the gas station offers, which is awesome! Very good service. This gas station has evolved for the better over the years. Truly appreciate good service and the friendly associates. I highly recommend this location.
This is such a great place to come get my coffee. Maria is usually the one that helps me in the morning, always smiling always sweet. Thank you Maria for making my morning. Great coffee starts with a great server!
Belen is an Amazing Worker! Always so welcoming when I come into the store. She was the one who also convinced me to do the drink up club, and I won a free tank of gas with the stopmeter with her!
Lucky to live near this Shell which has everything I need, from antifreeze to Skittles. The staff is outstanding and Belen always puts a smile on my face.
Ms Saira and her staff are excellent, well trained and a complement to the firm. She maintains a clean and welcoming environment.
Management should be strongly advised to raise the bar of all subsequent employees.

This is my first stop every morning before work. This place is a well run machine considering the volume of customers. Every employee that works there is very professional. The women that run the store inside are the core of the success of this business in my opinion. Especially my friend Maria, who is very sweet and engaging with everyone I see her help. Her smile will give you a boost to your morning everyday. Thank you to the entire Shell team. You are the best in class!!
Get the Drink Club and just waltz in and grab a drink and show your phone to the people and skip all the lines. They also have a self check out. This is my local spot so please don't blow it up too big.
As a member, I stop here as often as the grocery store! It’s become a “pick me up” stop. Sweet staff ( Belen especially :3 ), yummy refreshments, fresh car wash and a full tank of gas. Sans scary bathroom!!! Nothing like it!
I come here often about 3 times a week and as a member of their car wash and drink up club I recommend this gas station to be your go to spot. The bathroom is impressive and the staff are very welcoming
This is hands down the best car wash in CT! I have been coming here for a while and finally got a recurring car wash membership after a kind young man named David walked me through the perks and the process. I will be using this as my primary gas station for years to come!
