The guys at Old Greenwich were great. Very professional. I started going there though because my wife told me how well they had treated her. Made her feel very comfortable and spoke to her like gentlemen. That means more to me than anything. I was equally as impressed.
Nice service station offering lots of services including car wash and oil changes. Clean restrooms. Gas is not cheapest but not most expensive. Good service. They offer a rewards card but with $20 month charge. May be beneficial to local patrons but not travelers.
The self checkout wasn't working but when line formed a second cashier opened up.

Poor communication. Please note that if you are getting an oil change, you get a free oil change, so you don't do like me and leave the long line to get a wash only to find free coupon expires in 7 days. Also, not sure if it was just a bad day 11am but the service was not friendly at all.
I love old Greenwich service station, I belong to all their clubs, but gotta watch out, you never know what kind of clientele's coming in at that place, it's a wonderful place to belong to a car cleaning club. Get your car washed every day. If you want, I have a car that hadn't been out from October 23 and May 12th of 2025 was the first chance I had to take it out. And somebody sabotaged my engine.While I was on the property, I had opened up the hood in the air cleaner box, to put a new air cleaner element, and before I could get it closed up again, people distracted me.Hey, what year is that car was a 64, you know?And while my back was turned someone through wood screws down my carburetor I ended up spending i\n Spent 13000 just to do the motor again and where we're at it, we had to do a few other things. So I spent a few more $1000 plus parts, which was another $1000. But anyway, I love this place, I go in there almost every day It's a great place for local Uber, drivers like myself. I've been so busy at other things that have not been ubering but I will again, I'll be seeing old Greenwich service station 23 times a day, once I'm wolvering again, I remember it from my childhood. It used to be called oil city.
The oil change service was fast and efficient while I sat in my car. The service person went above and beyond by handwriting the mileage for my next oil change on paper and taping it to my windshield because their sticker printing machine was broken.
My station of choice, they're always quick, professional, and in great spirits! The new undercar monitors that let you watch the mechanics work is a real nice touch 👍🏽👍🏽 props to Lucas and team for running a great shop, can't recommend enough!

I had my car serviced last week at dealer and was told my oil was fine. I was driving to Connecticut yesterday for an event and the oil light came on in my car. I Googled and found this wonderful place. There was a short line for an oil change which was done quickly. The people are super friendly and even the coffee is excellent. Worth the short drive from Westchester.
I don’t live in Greenwich I live in Stamford. I was recommended to come to Greenwich service station heard it was a good place. Decided to try to get my oil change. Oil change went well. They gave me a card for a complimentary car wash. I tried to come back and redeem the car wash on my day off, and they act like I’m trying to steal a car wash from them. questioning me about the validity of the card basically accusing me of signing it myself and I told them I don’t even live in this town I only came back to get my car wash because the guy gave me a free one. I don’t need the car wash that bad they still they questioned me, the validity of the card. While accusing me of basically taking the card from the store signing it myself and bringing it back they Try to upsell me on a car wash for pollen. Eventually I get through and it’s a two second in and out. They didn’t even wipe off the water. No scrub no interior clean no nothing. And had me sitting in front of them explaining myself Like a child for a free car wash that they told me to come back and get. won’t be back for an oil change won’t be back for a car wash won’t be back for anything
Have been coming to this oil change place for a number of years. They’re always friendly, efficient and honest. Also like the coupon for a free car wash, that comes with the oil change. The car wash is right next to the oil change building - uber convenient.
This place does it all—gas, registration, oil changes, snacks, even car cleaning. The country-club-style towels for windows and their drink club are great touches.
But what really earned my 5-star rating was the honesty of a staff member (I believe his name was Augustin or Agustin). I lost my wallet there, and he personally called me to return it—nothing missing. That kind of integrity, along with the support of management, really stood out. Highly recommended.
I exclusively get my oil changes here thanks to an amazing Groupon partnership. These guys are always the best and I've never had a problem here! Also they give you a free car wash with every oil change!
I really appreciate the mix of services this operation offers. Fuel, oil changes, wiper blades, car wash and recently used their emissions testing service for my second car. Always good, quick service!

The service and people are excellent and I would give it 5 stars. The reason for the 3 star rating is the ambiguity in the pricing model. I used a Groupon for Oil Change and bought the more expensive super synthetic oil change. Yet that isn't a full synthetic oil change and need to pay extra which is an ambiguous ad on. As best as I understand, there isn't such a thing as super synthetic oil. There is conventional motor oil, synthetic blend and full synthetic. I would rather, Old Greenwich clearly list out the pricing for all 3 so that a customer can make an informed decision as opposed to being charged an ad-on which can vary, be unclear and bring the total price of the oil change up significantly. Please provide your customers an all in pricing (disposal fee, drain plug fee if applicable, etc.) for the 3 types of motor oils. More and more of the cars are now taking full synthetic so it will be helpful to have your customers know exactly what they are getting without the gismos. I do like the convenience of going there without appointments and hope to return once the clarity in the pricing is established.
