Disturbing experience here today. Appointment for tire rotation at 8am. Not taken until 8:20, told it would take 40 minutes, car out at 8:35. Right front tire has a small gray patch, and after the tire rotation, it's still the right front tire. When I questioned this was told, no it was the right back tire. I know which tire on my car has a patch. Tires were not rotated!
Professional, knowledgeable and great work. If you have an automotive issue I highly recommend this facility as you're go to repair shop.

Nick and staff were great! Had "check engine light" on and needed to go through emissions. Nick quickly resolved the issue and charged a very fair & reasonable amount to do the repair. Would definitely recommend this repair shop to family and friends looking for an honest and knowledgeable facility.

I went there for a service. Repair waited 15 minutes in the lobby over by the cash register got no help. Saw the owner outside walking around in the back so I got my car and I left won’t ever go there again. There was a few people waiting as well. 15 minutes is a long way if you ask me, Find another shop?
These guys are beyond awesome! We took my daughter’s jeep wrangler to 3 other mechanics (including a Jeep dealership) prior to being referred to Nick. None of them could figure out the problem. Nick went above and beyond to diagnose and fix the issue. In addition to their due diligence, the cost was not nearly what we expected. I would 100% recommend New Fairfield Automotive to anyone!!! Shift cable broke at the local Starbuck's- had a tech/tow down within 10 minutes of the call who helped manually pop the truck into gear so I could get it to the shop, where they squeezed a repair in between bookings. And, price was fair. Incident occured around 9 am in the morning and by lunch time, I had my vehicle back.
These guys are beyond amazing. Extremely friendly staff and knowledgeable mechanics. Honestly the best experience at a shop I’ve ever had. Since moving up here these guys have come in clutch numerous times and I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.

NF Auto took their time to diagnose my vehicle issues carefully and correctly saving me I can only imagine how much money. No doubt I can economically keep my 2011 Lexus on the road for many more years with the quality service and customer focus they always provide me.
Reasonable prices, nick was very professional but don’t expect your car to be put back together as you left it. Went in for starter replacement and screws missing from engine covers, wires not secured or brackets just dangling around engine compartment. Rear battery cover not put back in trunk with screws just left in the trunk and lid forced closed. Not sure who did the work but very poorly putting things they removed back in their place.
They did an unbelievable job on my car, it looked better than the day I bought it 4 years ago. Great communication, and very friendly staff. Thank you so much
I realized that my emissions testing was almost overdue. I called and they got me in right away. Everyone was very pleasant and I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Nick was great!

My HMMWV died in front of the new fairfield beach. Within minutes Nicks staff arrived to get me off the road and into his shop.
He identified a poor electrical connection cutting off Fuel supply and was able to repair the connection.
His prices were very Reasonable and I am super happy he was able to work on this unique piece of equipment

Was very disappointed with the rude customer service. Brought in a car for a diagnostic, turns out they were not able to find out what the problem was. They should remove all the fake certificates they have posted on the walls. The tow charge was not what I was quoted. I guess they don’t know about the customer is always right. I tried to give my business to my local community and turns out that was a mistake. Small town business with small minded employees.
I always bring my old civic there. Never have any issues with service, prices are fair. My car has 160,000 miles on it (2004), and they always take care of it just like any other newer vehicle.
Jorge has been our mechanic for years. In this COVID period I had to get my two kids cars through emissions, plus, whatever else was wrong with them. It is so nice to have New Fairfield Automotive, and Jorge, his wife, Nick, looking out for us, getting our cars safe and on the road. I brought in my old pickup 2001 dodge 1500 for universal joints. I was skeptical, everyone there was so busy. Would I get my vehicle back In the time promised? I work in different homes, one of them is a wooded area, constantly dropping acorns and other nuts. I can't drive my car there. It would certainly be damaged. I got my truck back as promised. The cost was much less than expected. They also fixed another minor issue free of charge. I will bring my Mercedes here as well.
