I recently visited Alfa Romeo and worked with Peter regarding pricing on a vehicle I was interested in. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. I made multiple attempts to follow up on pricing details, and while he would occasionally respond, there was never any meaningful follow-through.
As a customer who was ready to seriously consider a purchase, the lack of consistent communication and urgency made the process frustrating and ultimately eroded my confidence in moving forward. It’s hard to understand how sales opportunities are expected to convert when basic responsiveness and follow-up are missing.
I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as strong communication and accountability are critical to delivering the level of service customers expect when shopping for a premium vehicle.
Pleurat Thaqi was incredibly helpful throughout my experience with him at Alfa Romeo. His approachable demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference. Glad to see Miller Motorcars has outstanding management!
I love my Gulia, but my first experience was with Stamford when my battery died, and they told me they couldn't help me for 2 weeks. True. The next time I needed help, the car was stalling on me, and despite being my daily driver I was told I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment in Greenwich. Three weeks! They've now had my car for about 3 more weeks, and we're still waiting on parts, nor can they get a reliable update on when my car will be ready. The service reps are very professional, but despite being a high-end dealer, Miller can't handle the service volume (buyer beware) and neither Miller nor Alfa USA obviously don't give a darn about customer experience. I guess they never learned their lesson from the first time they brought Alfa's into the US. I should've bought the BMW.
I have leased several vehicles from Greenwich Motor Cars and have always had a positive experience. However, my current lease was due to expire and when I attempted to return my vehicle, I had contacted the facility to schedule an appointment. The representative walked me through the process and scheduled me for today for for my return of the car. When I showed up for my scheduled appointment, I was told that they would not except my car due to space availabity. And would have to go elsewhere. I was very disappointed and spoke to three levels of management about the need to return the car immediatly ,since the lease was expiring . There unanimous response was you’ll have to take your car elsewhere. This is not the kind of customer service I would expect from them and was extremely disappointed with them. I will not return. If I could give a review of no stars I would.
Our salesperson Hazem was amazing. He took great care of my Son on his newly purchased Alfa Romeo Giulia. Hazem offered great advice on maintenance, servicing, and overall care for the car. Hazem was very professional and I had a great overall experience with him. My son and I were extremely great ful for his work.
Drove off with my new Alfa Romeo Giulia this past weekend… Andrew Fierman made the entire experience absolutely incredible, enjoyable, and unforgettable. He is an amazing salesman, but more importantly an amazing person. This was a special purchase for me, and he went above and beyond to make my family and I feel excited and at ease throughout the entire process. By far the best experience we’ve ever had at any dealership ever. Thankful I chose Alfa of Greenwich!
This past week we made our first car purchase with Jennifer D. at Miller Motorcars. We absolutely fell in love with the Stelvio after the test drive, and we got SO LUCKY to have had Jennifer guiding us through the entire process. She's incredibly hard working and intuitive, and she's truly an upstanding salesperson. She took care to answer all my questions at all hours of the day. I never expected a car purchasing process to be so fluid and enjoyable, but Jennifer found creative ways to make it more than seamless for us. We've only had the Stelvio for 3 days now, but we've taken it on it's first weekend trip and we are in love with everything about it from its appearance to its drive. So grateful to have worked with Jennifer and the rest of the team at Miller Motorcars.

Another great Miller Motorcars dealer. Alfa Romeo of Greenwich got me into a new 2018 Giulia QF with a week of me expressing interest. Dennis White helped me every step of the way and was always available for questions. His expertise in the brand and cars in general allowed for engaging conversations between two fellow enthusiasts. Great experience. The Miller Motorcars family of dealerships are always professional and highly respectful of their customers. This is my third purchase from Miller; my first from their Alfa Romeo dealership. The experience was the same as I've come to expect from Miller's other stores - far superior to almost any other car buying experience. Went to see Dennis White at Alfa Romeo Greenwich to research and test drive the 2018 Alfa 4c.Dennis was very knowledgeable about the car and answered all my questions.The test drive blew me away and I was ready to purchase it,He got me a great quote well under sticker,and had it ready the next day for pickup,thank you Dennis for being so professional and getting me a great deal!!!
Great dealer. I just got my giulia QV from here. The service was excellent. Mr. Denis White is one of the best dealership representative I have ever met. He is very helpful, responsive, and friendly. The whole purchase process is smooth and easy. Definitely an excellent dealer.
I went to Greenwich Alfa Romeo (Miller Motors) prepared to lease an Alfa Romeo Giulia TI Sport. Although I had an appointment, the sales staff didn’t have time for a test drive on the highway (I didn’t want to commit without driving the car over 40 mph). Furthermore, the salesman wouldn't negotiate price while I was at the dealership unless I gave an immediate deposit. The exact words were "give me a credit card and we can talk". So, I drove to Danbury Alfa Romeo for a test drive and was immediately impressed by the attitude of the salesman (Joe) and the sales manager (Gary). However, I still wanted to lease from Greenwich Alfa because getting to Danbury for service is a major inconvenience and Greenwich Alfa’s service center in Stamford is walking distance to my home.
After negotiating with Danbury Alfa, I contacted Greenwich Alfa and provided the numbers to the salesman in the hope that I could make a deal. Interestingly, they refused to negotiate (arrogance in my opinion) and then took the time to point out that if I leased from another dealership, that they would not provide loaner cars and if there was an issue with the car, that I would be placed in the cue behind “their clients”.
I mentioned this to the manager at Danbury Alfa who immediately mitigated my concerns. How ? They understand that Danbury is inconvenient for lower Fairfield County and if there's an issue with the car, they'll pick it up and deliver a loaner car to me in Stamford! Overall, I was extremely disappointed in the attitude and the veiled threat regarding having my new Alfa serviced at Greenwich Alfa’s Stamford location.
Had a great time buying the new Guilia with Dennis. The car is awesome and fun and I felt no pressure from the salesman- he was informative and pleasant and made it a smooth experience. Very different from other car dealers.
My experience with the dealership was outstanding. Dennis is an honest, straightforward salesman who listened to what I was interested in and was then able to provide me with the information that made my ultimate choice of car an easy process. There was no pressure but rather things proceeded at my own pace. This is clearly the dealership to buy your Alpha, as they have a tremendous capability of getting the car one wants and have such a well respected service department. All that plus one can wonder a few steps and take a look at a Ferrari or two. By the way, my Stelvio is a wonderful car!
