Frank helped us out the other day when the lights on our car went on. We were passing through and the lights went on unexpectedly. Frank took the time to see us, even though he was very busy. He checked the codes and was able to determine that the vehicle was safe to drive, probable cause, and recommended the next course of action at no cost. Frank is very knowledgeable, and helpful in getting us back on the road.
They always have me and my cars back! No matter a big or small job they are always there for me ina pinch! Especially when its something that happens at the last minute!
Honestly, I don't think there are many shops and such passionate, quality and safety oriented mechanics put there. Frank and his team are doing such a good job, I have no words.
I was initially very satisfied with my service until realizing the technician did not return my wheel lock key. I have been searching my vehicle and the area the service was provided in for days. It is not here. This is particularly frustrating because now I am unable use any sort of roadside assistance that involves my tires as this is the main component that is required for a tire change. Disappointed with the attitude of whomever answered the phone as well
Recently I had Riverside Towing come to my home for a dead battery.
Jeff arrived in record time (on a Sunday) and promptly diagnosed the issue.
Fortunately he had a new battery on his vehicle and was able to install in record time!

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!
We can’t say enough good things about Riverside Service from start to finish!! Yesterday, we had a major issue with our car where the brake fluid leaked out and we had no brakes as we were returning from a trip.
First, Michael contacted us about towing our car to the shop and he was very sweet, professional, & kind. He really made an unfortunate situation better with his fun personality!
Then, Frank and his team took over today! Frank was professional, informative, and helpful! He and his team inspected our car, discovered the issue, and repaired our vehicle with care. They went out of their way to find the parts that were needed from a few different places and got us back on the road and safely home!!
Again… OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!
I used these fellas today when I found a flat tire after seeing my doctor across the street. Through AAA initially, the service guy who arrived suggested he put some air in and I drive across the street to have the tire fixed..these guys searched and did all they could to keep me from having more issues. Kind, knowledgable, and patient. I would never hesitate to go back there again, when I need service.
My daughter had a flat tire on the road at 9am, Jan. 2, and called AAA . No AAA help for 2 1/2 hours, so I contacted Riverside Service and they arrived within 15 minutes, changed the tire and all was done by noon. AAA never responded to several calls for help - in fact the case was still open at 2pm that day. Thank goodness for Riverside Service - reliable, quick, excellent service.

A few days ago my son got a flat tire. I met him at the car’s location while we waited for the tow truck to come. And then came wonderful, calm, super professional Slavo! Within seconds he transformed a stressful situation into a “non issue”. What a gem of a human being!
I also want to thank Frank and Andrej for all their help in fixing my car quickly and efficiently during the holiday season.
Riverside Service has provided the most professional and informative service. They are easy to contact, responsive, and helpful. I needed a repair for my 2022 Audi Q3 and Frank was very accommodating and provided the information I needed in a timely manner. The towing service with Ivan was prompt and handled well. All in all I could not recommend them more highly for your car service needs.
Riverside service (Frank in particular) has been beyond helpful and supportive in trying to solve my issues with my Audi. He has been flexible with timing, supportive of trying to explore Audi dealer options as well and is clearly operating to best service the customer without it being all about the money. I wish I could give this company 0 stars.I have never written a negative review. My car broke down in the middle of a busy intersection, and it took over an hour for them to arrive. After towing my car, I was informed that the only payment method accepted was cash—something customers should be made aware of beforehand. The manager was incredibly unprofessional and rude, offering no payment options and even threatening me that I couldn't leave. I felt unsafe! I strongly advise against using this company!
My car had a flat tire on the side of the road the other day, and Jeff from riverside service came over with exceptional speed. AAA said it would take over an hour for someone to get there but Jeff had me waiting less than 10 minutes then got me back on the road in less than 5 minutes! great service overall
NEVER use this awful "service" company. Today there was a Riverside Service Van on the road driving like he was the only person on the road. The Driver of this van blew threw a stop sign on the corner of Field Point Road causing me to slam my brakes and swerve off into a small tree on the side of the road. The driver of the Riverside service van flipped me off while blowing the stop sign and proceeded to continue on and not stop. He may have not seen me swerve into the tree, but he left the scene and left with 0 consideration for my well being or any accountability. The police officer showed up almost 45 minutes later with no real help for me and basically told me im on my own and she can't help me. The officer was nice enough to go with me to Riverside Service Station and attempt to gain information on the situation however the entire company denied it. Low level employees and dishonesty coming out of Riverside Service Station. I recommend this service to NOBODY and Do NOT call them ever!!

My family mistakenly went here for years. On the other side, we are incredibly unsatisfied with their service, and do not trust their pricing or that they will deliver on their word.
The last service I got they fixed my AC for around $600 (I'd told them I was driving it to move away), picked it up "fixed", and drove across the country without cold air cooling and $600 lighter. That's the story with them.
These are my judgements on them based on my memories with them: they will charge you every cent they can, and you will have a still broken car, but when you bring it back, there will be a 'new' problem. I cannot recommend more that you find another mechanic as I believe that these people should not be trusted, and will just seek to bleed their customers dry.

Riverside was amazing! I got a flat tire while driving from NY to MA and had to pull off the road in Greenwich. After waiting hours for the company my insurance wanted to send, I called Riverside instead and they said they could send someone in 5 minutes! There was a short delay on their end but they actually called me to let me know they’d be 10 minutes late - amazing customer service!! And they still arrived in 15 minutes total - way faster than any other company on a Sunday! They were super helpful and very reasonably priced. Thank you, Riverside!!
Riverside Service is amazing. Had a battery issue and they arrived within 10 minutes to professionally diagnose and then fix my car. Nordin was polite, attentive and extremely competent. I was back on the road in less than 5 minutes after his arrival. I wish that every time I needed roadside service I could call them. Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had with car repair. They charged me over $1000 total for two visits, the first time they did not fix the problem and the second time they did not fix the problem. Both times they did not do a test drive as I picked up a broken car and they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about, even though my car broke down on the way home from picking it up. They refused to give me a refund despite my proof they did not do a test drive or fix the issue. After begging to simply get it towed for free, they dropped off my car and just said “it’s dead”. I had to get a new car after trying to get service by Riverside. I can sincerely say they are dishonest and inexperienced. I would never reccomend this business to anyone.
Truly honest mechanics are hard to come by, and Frank is definitely one of them. I switched shops about a year and a half ago and I was not disappointed. He has fixed my jeep multiple times from a new clutch n transfer case to new u joints and specialized drive shaft for my 3 inch lift kit. Every time I get it back it’s in great working condition. Including the last time in which my bill was a whopping $135.00. They have a great team, With great service, they are open late to pick up your vehicle, and they’ll even deliver it to you if you can’t get to them.Everyone there is always super friendly n helpful. Thanks guys keep up the good work!
Riverside service was a life saver for my 2 year old son and I. I was traveling from PA to NH and my car wouldn’t start at a rest stop in Greenwich . Every single person we came in contact with made me feel much more relaxed and at ease. The guy that came to check my battery was very friendly and although my car wouldn’t start with a jump, he offered to make arrangements for myself and my son. ( sorry I don’t remember his name) George towed my car and his friendly attitude and interactions with my son really helped. Andrei at the shop was extremely upfront and honest with me about when he could get my car fixed. They were very busy that day. He was very understanding about this time sensitive matter and towed my car over to a different shop that could guarantee me back on the road that same day at NO CHARGE. John another driver who towed my car to the new shop was so sweet and gave my son muffins and cookies from his personal lunch to make sure he had something to eat. All of those gestures meant so much to me and turned a bad situation into a good experience. Thank you Riverside Service I am very grateful to you all!!!
Our Riverside towing experience was great. Original estimate for pickup was 90 min but they were there in 15. Yeah!!!! Roger got our car up and off the street quickly, and we had a nice chat while driving to the tire repair shop. He was professional and courteous. Highly recommended.
