I was thoroughly pleased with their service. I got off the phone at 9:58 in the morning and the car was picked up by 10:30 in the morning. If I could give them more stars I would, as well as having very fair pricing.
I junked an old pickup with them. Simple process, fair and quick. Guy on the phone and tow driver were both pleasant to do business with. I definitely recommend giving them a call.
Needed to get rid of a couple old car/tractor batteries. Oak Ridge Mom & Pop wanted to charge, went to Dell's and they paid me for the batteries (not a lot, but I got a couple cups of coffee out of the deal).
I called about having vehicles removed from my property. This is my first time and don’t really know how the process goes. The gentleman on the phone told me that he needed to have someone come out and look at the vehicles at the time. I told him it was ok. I had something come up and I wasn’t going to be home to wait for them to come. The gentleman did not tell me what time they would be coming. He told me he was going to call me back to inform me of the time. So in the mean time I called back and told them it was ok not to come out today. He told me that I was a “real scumbag”. So I hope this review helps the judgment of other customers before presenting your property to this business. Thank you.

Wow I just talked to a guy over there they take recycled batteries and pay you for them what a pleasure to talk to somebody that doesn't have an attitude which I typically find. You guys definitely got five stars in my book thank you for being five stars.
I was told to get a tire from them to replace a tire with a hole in it. They overcharged me and when I brought it to be put on my car, the manager said it was worse than the one they took off! Don't trust them.

Unprofessional business that cut corners to make a deal done. Takes advantage of unsuspecting customers. Know what your talking when speaking with these gentleman. It's a scrap yard for certain.
Very easy to work with. Went down late in the day around 4pm to ask about getting my car picked up from a gas station. They went same day to pick it up when the other junk yards said they could take it sometime in the next two days. They offered an amount in the same ballpark as the other places I called and even let me take a couple things out of it once they got it back to their shop. I would definitely work with them again if the unfortunate circumstance arises that I need their services.
Definitely did not get the value for the metal I gave them. I used them out of convenience. I usually use lajoie in Norwalk which would have paid around 40 to 50 dollars. Here I got 6 dollars. Well I learned and will drive to Norwalk when I have scrap metal. They were nice enough and courtesy but 6 dollars for a trunk full of aluminum they called steel. Yea I got ripped off. Live and learn I guess
Extremely helpful and generous. I needed my vehicle out of the driveway and out of my hair. They came the next day after I called and towed it away for me, and I even made some money on it as well. Thanks guys!!

I asked the man to look at my 1999 Subaru legacy turd he looked made me an offer and they picked it up within 90 minute's. I had to clean it out or they would have picked it up earlier. The flatbed operator filled out the paperwork and was professional and Sianara Subaru! So much better than lajoies!!!!!
Thieves, Took a 2005 van, tires 20 percent worn, and gave me 50.00 in scrap and hauled away.You be the judge, I wasn't there, they saw my wife and the rest is as described. again you be the judge but I will never grace them with my business again.
Called Dell to pick up an old car with 230,000 miles that I needed to junk. It served me well since 1997 and owed me nothing. Their service was great, said they would come in about an hour....and they did......and also received a very fare amount for hauling it away as junk. I would use Dell again, thanks
When the shop doesn't have a fee table, and asks you "What are you looking to get (for a car)?" That should raise all the red flags. These people are unprofessional, and will try to rip you off. Stay away.
