It's now a shell of it's former self, when it was Levine's, the guys behind the counter were the best in the business. Sadly, I can't say that anymore. And they closed the Brewster store after 20+ years! What a disappointment.
This place used to be great when it was Levines. After being bought out by Parts Authority, its not even half as good as it once was. Every time now its a wait.
I went to the Danbury Levine's to purchase base coat and clear coat, I asked specifically for base coat/clear coat. When I used the paint the color was a perfect match, but not base coat it was single stage. Mistakes happen I understand that, but when I called to see what could be done I was told, yeah that is single stage paint, not base coat and sorry there is no warranty....come in and we will make it again and charge you for it. I promise I will never use that location again, customer service is awful!!! and cannot be trusted.
Had to grab an air filter and showed up 5 mins before they closed. They greeted me like they were just opening. Not rushed or made to feel like I was keeping them there. Super friendly and knowledgeable.
The best parts around the quality of the parts are way better than any other parts stores. parts counter person in Norwalk store Mr. Chris Loyd Radeschi is great over the phone and very helpful. Always get quality parts with no defects unlike other autoparts stores, He also took the time to help explain to me what the part does and why the mechanic said I needed it. Excellent service. customer for life
If I could give less than a star I would. 45 minute wait for a part ordered to their inventory. They couldn't find it, insisting it didn't exist. Guess what, it's real. Never going back, downgraded so much since they closed their last location.
This place use to be good but ownership change and now you go in there and have to wait a long time to get service i came to make copies of 2 truck keys and was waiiting for some one to get of the computer soo after 30 minutes of waiting i was told they dont have the keys and the guy didn’t even bother to look to see if he had them i will give them a few years and if the service dont change they will be out of bussines.. stay away from this place
Had a key/phobe? (On spelling) problem they helped me out big time and explained to me details I needed to know. They were very patient with me, thanks guys, Great Service!
The most rudest counter people I have dealt with. They Rather give you an attitude than tell you nicely that they don’t carry a product. I work for a parts department and always calling around for parts and every single time I call Levine’s on federal road it’s nothing but attitudes. Legit hung up on me after I called and asked if they stock torque converters… “NO” click. Last time I ever use them.
I was looking for a motorcycle radiator cap online that would cost me $50.
They found a replacement for $6!!
Not only I was able to troubleshoot the problem but also ridding that same day.

Excellent source for all your automotive and truck needs. It's one of the last places left where there are knowledgeable parts people behind the counter. If they don't have my part (that has only happened a few times) it's there the next day. They still have parts books, behind the counter, for the really obscure purchases for old and rare parts you may need.
I went to Levine’s on federal rd. I ordered a tie rod for my work van on Thur the 18, paid for it and she said the part was ready to pick up. I asked if I could pick it up on mon because I was really busy that day. They said that was fine and it would be ready whenever. I found out that they were open on Sunday and went to pick up my part. Nobody knows where it is and without the manager (who nobody could get in contact with) they could not give me my part. They are very unorganized and I guess anybody could go pick up your part if they just walk in and say hey I need this part. So pissed right now. I guess that is how they do business and I am out 20 dollars in gas and 2 hours of time and hopefully not, but probably 88 dollars for the part. Thanks Levine’s but I would rather go get my parts from autozone.
Excellent customer service. They treated our problem as if they were their own. Ordered the part from another store, had it within 1 hour. Went to parking lot to make sure part was right one before purchase! So appreciated!!

Typical Autoparts place nothing special really. A bit dirty. Staff is helpful and friendly. Have a good selection of polishing compounds and sandpaper etc.
Straight forward auto store, I replace my own bulbs, filters etc, sometimes buy parts for a mechanic to install, this insures that premium parts are used. Staff always courteous and helpful.
