Very professional my baby beemy looks like new!!! They texted or called to keep me up to date on the progress answer all my questions. The car rental company Enterprise was there when I arrived to keep me moving while my girl was in the shop. The check in and check out very fast and efficient. They even washed her inside and out. Their operation is a well-oiled machine. Incredible service - Liz and Vanessa are so so helpful and make the process very smooth. They are the first shop we call for any repairs and as far as I can tell they are prepared to repair any and all cars, including luxury. Love that they work directly with our insurance (GEICO) and Enterprise so submitting claim and getting a rental all happens seamlessly in one place. You can tell that they take a lot of pride in their business. The estimate they submitted to insurance was very reasonable and significantly lower than an alternate estimate we received.
Mike’s Towing kept us updated by phone and email throughout the repair process. The work on the passenger-side door was outstanding—you’d never know there had been any damage. Their office staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful.
I love this place liz and vanessa are very professional and polite also I have learned nobody is perfect but this company goes out of their way to keep you happy even though you can't keep everyone happy and I would not take my car anywhere else but mikes and Matt is a great guy

I got hit by a vehicle in Mike’s was recommended to me. One of the owners reached out to me directly and made me comfortable. I asked around and people gave super high praise for this place. I picked up my car today after a few weeks and it looks AMAZING. the car looks like it came right off the lot. Never again!! I see you never cared about taking care of my car . All you want was money. The worst service I ever received from an Auto repair shop . Stop showing the car that you did not service. It was a 2016 Toyota Camry that you showed no care about taking care of my car. Sad!! Stop taking people money if you not going to service the car right. I even called Liz about my car before and she was supposed to replace the driver side window . It never happened. So be honest to your customer and tell them the truth. You never even tested the car out to see if it was working properly. You just handed over my car and nothing else was done. My car almost hit a person and I messed up all of the passengers side cause you refused to check the car to see if it was running properly. Never again
Liz at Mike’s Collision Center wasted my time today just now for 11 minutes and made sure she heard all my business prior to telling me that I should go to another “SERVICE” station, well hun that’s the only good advice you provided to me today. Too bad it costed myself 11 minutes plus of my time which btw is not FREE. My advice is simple, I would NOT recommend “Mike’s SERVICE CENTER to my friends and family and pretty sure they are already lacking, ya know Liz, repeats & referrals like a TRUE AMERICAN BUSINESS SHOULD CONDUCT THEMSELVES WHILE SPEAKING WITH THE VERY CUSTOMER OF WHICH LITERALLY PAYS ALL OF THE SALARIES AND HOURLY WORKERS WITHIN THE ESTABLISHMENT OF WHICH IS NOW TOTALLY IN QUESTION SND ALSO BE DISCUSSED LIVE ON THE BEST BROADCAST THAT I WILL BE THE GUEST WITH MUCH TO SHER.

Great place! They took care of some minor damage to the tail of my ancient Forester, and did a fantastic job, at a fair price. They got me in quickly, and completed the job in short order. Had to wait a couple of days for a new taillight, but they kept me informed at all times. Car looks like new.

Body work is expensive! I'm glad the other driver was at fault, because I would not want to pay this bill. That being said, the work was amazing! The car looks brand new, and it was worth the wait (13 days). Constant text updates kept me informed of the progress. Enterprise made the pick up and drop off very easy, everything was at the body shop. Very friendly staff!
I would not hesitate to recommend Mike's Towing and Collision to anyone in need for collision repair. They are so friendly and professional. They made drop off and picking up the rental car a breeze. I was kept updated on my vehicle's progress and the work was completed ahead of schedule. The car was brand new (600 miles on it) when I was rear-ended and it looked brand new again once Mike's finished working their magic. Highly recommend and one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time.
I was pretty shaken up after being hit and almost run over standing outside my parked car showing a house as a very busy realtor. I saved up to buy my car and it is practically new. Attention to detail should not be on their home page, nor should it say we treat your car like our own. If they treated my car like their own then they must abuse their own cars. The work done was very careless. They twice damaged my vehicle and never said a thing. I also found a broken part in my trunk which they claimed was not part of my vehicle, which I’m not so sure. They changed my taillight and the clear lens on it didn’t even match my other one And couldn’t even put the cover back on after they fixed it. It’s minor but once again it’s lack of attention to detail. James assured me that they’d take care of me. They did not as the last repair they did left paint ripped off. I told James it’s fine because I wanted to get as far away as possible. They may have been great once but they’ve fallen off dramatically. Stay far away from this place.
From start to finish, they were very professional, considerate, seamless and very clear about the entire process. After the work they did, can't tell anything happened! Obviously don't want to go back on a regular basis, but will go back to them if the need arises. Many thanks!
Hands down the best shop in town. Matt was a pleasure to work with. Liz and Hannah were always helpful when I called in. They took care of any of my requests. Matt is very detail oriented and speaks passionately about his work. Also, everyone I spoke to took pride in their work. This is what separates them from their competitors. I was used to jerks in the industry that tries to rush you off the phone and cuts corners behind your back. Matt’s knowledge of paints, and body work for BMW made me more comfortable than bringing it to BMW themselves. A+ guys. Highly recommended!
