Friendly staff, quick to get me in with a tire issue, went above & beyond in their customer service. Update: I have used their services numerous times since the original review, they continue to do great work, amazing turnaround on drop in needs, great prices, and amazingly kind and helpful staff.
Hi, I'm the owner of a Dodge journey 2019 grey. I tooo my vehicle here for a new alternator. They examined it and noticed that I also needed a new battery. My car was there on a Wednesday and was fixed and ready to go on Thursday. They work fast and the prices didn't affect my wallet. I recommend anyone to come here if you want you vehicle fix quickly and easy on your pockets. Will give more stars if it was possible. They deserve it, honestly.
Alex and his crew helped me out of a workday jam by replacing my tire bearings. I stopped in out of the blue having never used this place before, They were busy and still able to accommodate me for a diagnosis, repair approach and upfront repair cost. Work was completed and I was safely!!!! back on the road. I was not a special case, they put the same effort into each client coming through the door. Highly recommend this place! I was driving to visit family and noticed the sidewall of my tire had a bubble in it. Even though it was late on a Saturday afternoon and near closing time, they replaced my tire and got me back on the road quickly. Excellent and friendly service. If I lived closer, this shop would become my go to place for tires.

My daughter had her Volvo serviced a while ago, maybe 4 stars then. Today we attempted to change the oil. A simple task. The plug should need a small amount of persuasion to loosen. 20ft/lbs max. We couldn’t loosen it with a long breaker bar and long extension. Been changing oil for 45 years. Only 2nd time had this issue. Both times because the probably used an impact driver to put the plug back on. She doesn’t want to go back. And I think they should fix the problem they created. Mad dad!!
Pulled in at the start of a very long road trip with a whining belt and low power on a JDM vehicle which I just had replaced. I assumed my trip was over given most garages won't touch this vehicle. These guys didn't hesitate and after some creative thinking had me on my way in a couple hours. Still going strong 1500 miles later. Great place.
Came in from out of state with a spare tire. I was desperate to find a place to help because I wouldn't be able to go much longer on the spare. Danbury Tires took me right in and finished the job in quick order. And at a very reasonable price.
From what I can see, this is a place that can be relied upon.

I drive 50 minutes to come here to get services done for my car from now on. The customer service here is so nice. I like coming here because of the good customer service and the good work they do. I come here for things even as simple as an oil change. Time in and out is efficient and they're flexible. Prices are always fair. Totally recommend

They did a valve cover cover gaskets, fixed up my rotors., changed my shocks, spark plugs, control arms, alignment، oil change and a few other services. The people here are nice and the service is 10 stars. The people are professional and friendly. They took a good look at the car and they told me what's needed and DID NOT TRY TO UPSELL ME. Prices are very good compared to other places I've been to and I was surprised they also use quality parts which I was very happy to see.
So grateful for this tire shop!! I got a flat coming from NY and there was no other tire shops open after 5 pm on a Saturday! I called them up to ask if they can take me after 6:30 once I get a tow truck to get me and they told me to absolutely come in! Once I arrived they took my car right in and changed my tire until 20 minutes! Every one here was so nice to use and treated us amazing! I would definitely recommend coming here if you want a pleasant experience for your car troubles!
Shop did a mount and balance for my car. They lost my lugnut key and did not take the old wheel weights off the wheels. Was a pretty poor experience and genuinely upsetting after paying so much for the service. Staff was professional and nice, but the negligence was enough to upset me.
Traveling from Maine to SC and noticed a nail in the tire on Easter Sunday morning. We were in the right place to have found Danbury Tires & Auto. They were open, friendly, fast and more than reasonable! Highly recommended

Went in for an alignment but also needed a tie rod . I would highly recommend this place. They are fair on prices and what stands out is that before they do any work , they show you what the issues are . Mo and Joe are very friendly and they get the job done as fast as they can . I visited two tire shops and was told I needed a new rim. But here, they were able to repair my rim and mount the tire—all at a price that worked for me. As a college student, affordability is really important, and I truly appreciated their help.

I don't usually leave reviews but this one i felt I needed to do. They're my go to guys!! Have gotten so many services here for my car from as little as a tire to as much as hours and hours of mechanical work. They're organized. Job always done right. They keep my updated if something comes up and they always work with a smile. Something hard to find nowadays. Used to go to the dealer but shopped around and compared prices and service and they won my comparison!

I don't write reviews often, but this was worth the extra time. The team was great. They texted me a quote for the front brakes of my Mazda. I have to say, they provided quality service for a fair price. I called everywhere for quotes and they were spot on, based on my research. I had them do the oil and some filters as well, everything was done timely, and again, a fair price. That's what people want today, just quality service without feeling like they are being taken advantage of. If you need auto work, got to Danbury Tires & Auto. A+ experience!
These guys are amazing...had a blowout and they took good care of me. They didn't take advantage because I was from out of town, fast friendly service, very reasonable prices, actually enthusiastic about helping out their customers. They open on Memorial day, (2023) as we travel from NC with our camper. Two tires popped and they had tires in stock for RV. Not even my insurance couldn’t help me with sending tires to my location i was stranded… They have good quality work, in good timing and good price.
This place is amazing i had and issue with my bmw and they were able to take care of it and fix the check engine light now the car drives 100 times better then before, the guys working there were really honest , and changed my tires. i also asked for my brakes to be changed and they told me that I didn’t need them and that they looked good. Really professional people. They got my business forever for all my car’s needs.
Brought my ram truck there to have 35 inch tires I purchased online mounted and balanced. when 2 out of 4 where mounted they noticed two of them were egg shaped. Long story short I returned those tires and the owner helped me order a beautiful set of copper master craft tires . they were received within two days. They even called me on a Friday an hour and a half before they closed telling me they could put them on the truck that day. Very friendly staff.
