I went to Performance Imports on a recommendation from a friend. My Mercedes GL 450 needed a cam shaft repair which I learned was a very involved and costly repair. I found the staff at Performance Imports to be transparent about the details of the repair, communicative during the process, friendly and thorough. They also worked on my behalf with my third party warranty to limit my out of pocket expenses. My car runs great! I’m so happy with the results and will definitely use them in the future.

I've had an awesome experience so far with Noah and company. Considering the state of the classic Mercedes diesel I had towed in; I was very satisfied with the overall operation. Noah and the team communicated well, provided solutions to some challenging issues with the car, and had great turnaround time. The team accommodated my personal level of automotive enthusiasm and was very responsive to questions. The care and attention to detail was evident especially considering I found some thoughtful work done which never showed up on the bill. For classic cars I feel an owner has to be more selective about auto repair shops. I am grateful for Performance Imports. Thank you!

Great service. I bought my 01 boxter online. Had the shop pick it up for me ,change the IMS bearings and do a full service. Noah and his staff are amazing. They kept me informed during the whole process. I could follow the repair on Instagram which was also amazing . His prices were very reasonable. He quoted me way less than rival shops. I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs work done on their import.

My father owned a Foreign car Repair shop for 45 years and was the best at his trade. He sadly passed away last year. I inherited all his classic older European cars that I know nothing about. I had brought them to a few other "European repair specialty shops" and had bad experiences. Shady work, overcharged etc.
I met Noah and his team last summer and am so impressed by his knowledge and expertise. Even some repairs that seemingly were going to be serious big money jobs Noah was able to diagnose with ease!
The most recent example is a 1985 Mercedes 500 convertible that the automatic top only went half way down. I was concerned that this was going to be a big complicated job and what the cost to repair this would be. Noah called me to let me know that it was just a sensor that was out of alignment. I was ecstatic to hear this as I was preparing for a substantial bill!
They did a full service on my 2003 Land Rover that now runs like new amongst a lot of other misc. work that my dads vehicles needed.
I had been trying to sell a 1977 Mercedes 450sl on my own to no avail. Noah fixed a few things, had it detailed, sold it for me and was very satisfied with what he got it for!
It is really hard to find a trustworthy shop and especially one that can properly service European and charges less than the dealers! I highly recommend Noah and his Team. They really know their trade!

Performance Imports was recommended to me as a quality place to have service done on my wife's 2011 BMW 328ix. I was a little skeptical as I have been getting this vehicle serviced mainly at BMW dealerships but I decided to give this a shot, if for nothing else at least another estimate. I am extremely happy I decided to have Noah take a look at my vehicle. He took the time to pay attention to me and listen to what the needs of my vehicle were. Moreover, he went out of his way to walk me through exactly what was wrong with the vehicle. He allowed me to look underneath the car and pointed out what were the most serious issues that needed to be handled immediately and what were some things that we would need to keep an eye on. This showed me that Noah and Performance Imports were not trying to rake us over the coals on costly repairs that didn't need to be done (as was the case at some notable BMW dealerships in the area) but were focused on the most serious problems.
We have been driving the car now for a few weeks and everything is running smooth and couldn't be happier. Noah was kind enough to work with us to set up a maintenance timeline for future visits and we are confident that he and the team at Performance Imports have our best interests in mind. I would highly recommend this business.

It has taken me months to write this review and the reason is that I have been completely blown away by JUST HOW GOOD THEY are.
I have been a habitual leaser of new high end cars forever, and I listened to BMW and Mercedes haters for far to long ( most secretly really want one) telling me how expensive they were to keep up. Additionally I have to confess that I stopped by the local Mercedes and BMW new car shops ( the temptation was too great) - bottom line - not impressed with the experience - I passed performance lot a lot and there inventory is impressive , pricing great - still I waited - till two friends who are within the arms reach a slap-able distance bought BMW's from them , 2 years no issues - OK OK I know when to surrender ! I now own a " high mileage" Mercedes and a "high mileage" BMW that I bought from Performance - WOW they are honest, accommodating, personable, (both the front of the house and the back) don't make faces behind my back when I come in without warning for some really dumb stuff and they laugh at my jokes!
Michael and his wife were so helpful. I brought a vehicle I was purchasing from an individual there for a pre-purchase inspection and wanted to get it checked by someone who really knows foreign cars (specifically BMW). I'm in the military and needed it done in a hurry and they fit me in same day! They went above and beyond and were very kind and friendly. I am so glad I found them because I will definitely be going there in the future for any service issues and when I want to upgrade my car :) Brian the tech was very attentive and Noah as well..everyone there is stellar. They should have 5 stars on here for how great their customer service is!!! Highly recommend.
I've taken my car here for a while and the service was always fine. I was recently having some abnormal issues with my car and Noah at Performance was so patient and helpful. He went above and beyond to explain everything they had done, what they were seeing, and gave me different options of how we could proceed. Very helpful - definite recommend.
Very disappointed with my service experience. I needed an oil change, a new rear spring, and work to get it past emissions. Three weeks later, the car is ready for collection, together with a bill that is substantially larger than I expected (as they couldn't locate any springs, they didn't even start that work); certain items were not properly estimated and communication was sporadic and vague - several days went by when I didn't even hear from them at all, and once when I called I was put on hold for 20 minutes. I registered my unhappiness with the owner and he merely shrugged and attempted to justify the size of the bill and the three week delay - it appeared that he couldn't care less. At least the car passed emissions (after the deadline, so I will now have to pay a fine).
I have bought and sold cars through Performance Imports and they repair my vehicles. I have worked with them for many years. Everyone is friendly, helpful and their work is done well. They have told us what work we should be doing on our cars but also what work can be done later, which has saved us $ in the long run.
They sucked all the joy out of buying my daughter's first car. First there was the incredible disappearing 30 day/1,500 mi warranty that was promoted and discussed then withheld with no accomodation on price. Independent inspection showed the recently steam-cleaned engine and bay actually had oil and rack and pinion leak. They did the repair work but refused to warranty that work. At the close, after all money had changed hands and paperwork signed ... "here's your key." One key? Two is the norm. At $400/key I expect full disclosure of that at the outset. The car is what we wanted. The process was not. I'll be angry for the next 30 days or 1,500 miles - whichever comes first - and more so if something serious goes wrong. I will pursue reimbursement for the key - even if that means small claims court.
Buyer beware. Last year I purchased a beautiful BMW for $23k with 68k miles. Eight months later and $6k worth of serious mechanical issues, this car was clearly a lemon. I told Performance that I wanted to trade the car towards something more reliable. They offered me $10k towards a car in their inventory or $10k cash and were not willing to help at all with the repairs. In my experience, Performance paid little attention to detail and were just looking for a quick sale. They WILL NOT be there for you after the sale.
I highly recommend Performance Imports! I recently bought a cls63 amg from Diane at Performance imports and she was nothing short of amazing! I couldn't be more satisfied with the whole car buying experience with PI. From the minute I spoke to Diane on the phone, set up a test drive, and finalized the paperwork it was a seamless process without delay. The whole time i was treated as i was family. All of the vehicles at PI are extremely clean, and hand picked to offer the lowest costs, best quality and cleanest cars around. I couldn't be more satisfied with Diane, and PI as a company. Nice Family owned, and operated dealership with extremely nice vehicles. i have purchased a lot of cars in the past and this was by far one of the best, if not the best car buying experience to date. I have been doing business at Performance Imports for over fifteen years and have purchased three used cars for them doing that time frame. If you pay 15K or 5K you can rest assured that the team at Performance Imports has done all they could to ensure your vehicle is both safe and reliable.
Always professional and thorough but may not be as fast as you would like, similar to good food. It's may not be ready when you want it but the quality is worth the wait and price.
Performance has always been good to me. My last experience was a coolant leak in my wives Mini Cooper, they were thorough, honest about the job and it's complexity, and successful with the repair. They are not a "fly by night" repair shop. I highly recommend them.
