I had 2 tows to move a car and motorcycle. We scheduled times and it couldn't have gone any smoother. They were on time, fast, efficient and most importantly careful with our vehicles. I would highly recommend.
We originally went through Toyota Roadside before using AAA directly and the wrong trucks showed up three times. It was a real bad experience. Then I called Grand Prix Motors and within 30 minutes, called and showed up. (AAA took 3 hours to show up with the wrong truck) Your employee, Murph was amazing, he knew where on my Toyota hybrid to jump the battery and we ended up not needing a tow. Thank you for a great experience and you are now in my contacts for future needs.

Grand Prix Motors did a great job pulling my Jeep out of a wooded ditch today. As soon as I called this morning, they had Greg the driver, who was professional to work with, out to the site in 15 minutes and did a great job pulling the Jeep out of the ditch with no damage and was very careful and courteous. Also, when I called Grand Prix Motors in the morning I had spoken to Michael and Nicole and both were very responsive, helpful and kept me up to date on the status of the situation! Great company, very prompt and highly recommend!
Truck broke down in the middle of a major intersection. From the time I made the call to when they showed up was no more than 30 minutes. Professional driver took care of everything and got our truck safely back to our shop. Highly recommend using them if you’re ever in a jam.
Had a 1987 F150 that couldn’t be started and parked in a difficult space. The tow truck operator was personable, professional, and really knew what he was doing. He managed to get my truck on his flatbed. I called to schedule the service and he showed up within an hour. Great service.
Driver was great and put in the extra effort to make sure he didn't cause damage to the truck he was towing by taking his time to disconnect the drive shaft so it would cause damage to the tranny

My truck broke down on the interstate. I called Grand Prix Motors. They were very professional and helpful. Not only did they arrive extremely quickly they beat the wait time they gave me. The driver was extremely polite and helpful as well. I’ve dealt with other tow companies in the past but Grand Prix Motors have been the best by far!
The whole pickup and delivery was exceptional. No problems at all. The driver was excellent driving very well. Made me feel comfortable the whole ride because I was upset about my accident. Unfortunately I forgot his name but I give him five stars

Had AAA come to tow first, but they could not get the car out of park did not have tire lift tools. Called Grand Prix towing and they were able to tow and deliver the car to the dealer for repairs. Would recommend and use again, thanks
I had a blowout at one of the busiest spots on I84 - just past a bridge, so oncoming traffic had almost no visibility- and very little shoulder. I couldn’t even get out of my car. Traffic was flying by at 65 mph! But Greg- a very good guy - came to the rescue. He parked his truck to make it safe and, even with tools and a jack practically in the slow lane, got me back on the road again. What a hero! Thanks, Greg and Grand Prix Motors!!
Called spoke to Mike I believed told him clutch went out and I was in the road had Keith dispatched to me who was a awesome guy held great conversations told him I was new to the area told him I had small repairs done by a shop and they rode my clutch to the point there was no more clutch. Told me who to send it to just a awesome experience thank you Keith because of how I was treated and my service was I will use you guys in the future and recommend you guys to everyone !!!

This team is awesome! We had a vehicle that made it home which would no longer start with some strange electical issue. We had get it back to the shop it was just at, but it was already nightime on a Friday. They had an instant answering service to take information. Within a short time a dispatcher was calling us to schedule pickup. They were also covering police calls and still offered to get to us within an hour that night. I chose Saturday morning and they came first thing. Vehicle was picked up and delivered safely. Thank you all for the efficient high quality service. Will be saving the number in my phone and recommending.

Greg was exceptional. He took all the proper precautions to make sure the vehicle was not damaged when loading and undocking the vehicle. Even the mechanic said he was world class in making sure the axel was not damaged.

To all the truck drivers, if you’re looking for a wrecker service or roadside service in CT I-84, don’t hesitate to contact this company, you will not regret.I had my truck broke down Friday morning on I-84 w, at Bethel town line, one mile before the exit 8. I called all the repair shops, road services, and wrecker companies around the area, no one was available, and they close on the weekends. I started searching again the next day I found this company ( Gran Prix Motors Towing) I explained to the gentleman my problem on the phone. He sent 2 tow trucks within 30 minutes. they’re very nice and friendly people, the cost was affordable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Thank you for your help.
