I’ve already recommended a friend. Joe was very helpful and efficient. Recently, my car was hit in a parking lot and that whole ordeal could have been a hassle. However Joe communicated throughout the whole process and the pricing was very fair. My car doesn’t even look like what it’s been through lol. Fresh new paint and can’t even see where I got hit. Hopefully I don’t have another car related issue but if I do I’ll definitely come back!!

Joe and his team were very transparent and detail oriented. And kind to someone who had just been hit / gotten a fender bender. They took the car right away and made work order changes seamlessly. My wife and I had an excellent first experience at Post Road Auto Body Shop. Joe, the owner, is professional, honest, and truly takes pride in the work his team does. He explained clearly the work that needed to be done to repair my 2021 Audi A5 Coupe, gave me a fair estimate, and finished the repairs right on time. The repair work done to the car has it looking as good as the day I bought it new. In addition my wife brought her 2021 Maserati Levante to get her driver side door realigned. Joe's team did the job perfectly the next morning and had it back to her in two hours time. We really appreciated Joe's friendly, no-pressure approach. Double Check all of the work done here. Damage was missed on their end 3 seperate times causing 3 seperate supplements to be done by the insurance company to cover damage this shop overlooked. The two week process turned into months as they continued to miss obvious damage that was from the accident. It was very frustrating to work with them. Would not recommend.

Post Rd Auto body fantastic job with my car. It’s a 10-year-old Lexus that looks like a brand new car right now. I had all sorts of scrapes and bumps and the bumper was falling off. They fixed it in a reasonable period of time. I highly recommend them.
Days after getting my brand new vehicle it was damaged by debris flying off a truck on 95. I took it in to see Joe and he had it in the shop that day to repaint the front fender. It came back quickly looking like nothing ever happened and I can enjoy my new ride again. Terrific staff too. I’ll be recommending Post Road Auto Body to everyone.
Super reliable, great communication, and fabulous work! Our cars were hit in 3 separate incidents over the course of 9 months, Joe and his crew did an amazing job all three times, whether it was being paid direct by the person who caused the damage or dealing with the insurance company, they handled it all!!

Last week my car was hit by a young inexperienced driver in Manhattan. I have a 2022 Toyota Sienna. The damage was to two doors and a rear element on the gas tank side. I recently moved to live in Greenwich, Connecticut. I did not know who repairs cars here, and who can be trusted. I searched for information on the Internet, and was in two workshops. I chose this particular workshop, I first looked at their work and I liked the quality. And it is not unimportant that these were not expensive prices for services. I admit honestly, I was worried, because I myself treat my business very decently and control the quality as much as possible. They fixed my car in three days. Today I took it, done very well, tinted the rear bumper as a bonus, thanks a lot to Boss and the staff who work in this business.

Really great experience at this shop! Tracey was really helpful especially with dealing with my insurance and communicating promptly and clearly. She seemed like she genuinely cared and gave thoughtful advice. They did a great job with repairs. Jose was also so helpful and caring, going above and beyond! Joe was great also and very upfront and direct, which I appreciated.
When I picked up my car, one of the office ladies was grumpy and rude with me. She seemed annoyed and said she didnt know I was coming although I had an appointment. Customer service is super important and makes a lasting impression...have to hold it together! :)
Other than that, great experience.
