Ryan and the team here are the absolute BEST. I came to this location a few months ago to get tires. My car broke down on 95 south on 10/10/25. The only place I can think to call in a time of trouble was Firestone. Ryan eased my worries and ensured I had the best experience. He called me to give me a status update as it relates to the cause of the breakdown and told me what else needed to be fixed. I will never go anywhere else for my car needs. Julio was absolutely attentive, courtesy and knowledgeable. I was totally having a morning and the car situation did not help. He took care of me and had me back on the road safely and feeling a lot better than I came in.

I came in for an oil change for my 2021 Mazda CX5 Turbo and a tire rotation. Jayden was the associate that helped me out. He was super friendly, courteous, professional and helpful. Firestone should feel lucky having Jayden being part of the team. I hope he is compensated properly for his work ethic and helpful demeanor towards customers!
It's a hard to find a shop you can trust, but whenever I bring my car here I feel like I'm getting good work at an honest price. It's nice to have at least one thing that I can rely on
The atmosphere there is very welcoming. The staff is very friendly and they answer automotive questions in an understandable manner. The work on my car was done in a timely manner. The waiting area is comfortable and clean. The snacks in the machine are fresh and the sodas are cold.

I went into Firestone on John Street, Bpt, for emissions and it was so smooth and quick. This location is nice and clean and the gentleman who assisted me was very personable & professional. I will definitely be back to have my next emissions done at this location.

Unprofessional, made an appointment for an alignment.. get there and they tell me it’s going to be a minimum of 2 hours wait to even get my truck in the shop.
No regard for customers time. Just drove over half hour one way as well. And this isn’t the first FIRESTONE to drop the ball. West haven location as well sold me a lifetime alignment for my truck knowing its lifted and then tell me after it’s not correct ( one tire is closer to the firewall than the other ) that they can’t align lifted trucks.
Save your money and go to a real shop. Not a set the toe and let it go. A bunch of amateurs!

I had a flat tire, that wasn't able to be replaced on my own because a few nuts wouldn't come off. Ryan quickly acknowledged me and got to inspecting it. He was very knowledgeable, kind and proactive. He gave me multiple options and explained them thoroughly which helped me make a choice that fit my needs best. He made sure to replace the nuts giving me problems too! Amazing employee, you can tell he takes pride in what he does-rightfully so!
I found the managers very willing to assist me with all my car care needs. The techs get the work done correctly the first time around. So I trust their work. I especially appreciate that I am kept updated as the car is being serviced and that they take the time to go over things afterwards. Thank you for your good work.

Service was good and fairly quick, and the staff was kind and professional. However, I was a bit disappointed they didn’t check or adjust the tire pressure properly. I also came in needing an oil change, but it wasn’t offered or mentioned, so I ended up taking my car to Walmart the next day to get it done. Overall, not a bad experience, just could’ve been a little more thorough.
