I had a really good experience at Firestone. I brought my car in for an inspection and they took great care of me from start to finish. They were able to replace all four rotors and explained everything clearly, which made the whole process much less stressful than I expected.
I especially want to give a shout out to Ryan, one of the technicians. He was professional, patient, and made sure I understood what was going on with my car. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right.
Overall, the staff was helpful, honest, and efficient. I definitely felt taken care of and would recommend this Firestone location to anyone needing brake or rotor work.

I was in a complete bind upon arrival. A flat tire while traveling to a new contract in the middle of snow showers. the Firestone Manager kings way, wouldn’t take me in despite my emergency and sent me here. Mannix, the manager at the John St location heard me out and got me in and out ASAP despite being down two techs and a full waiting area. Mannix informed me of the many’s deals that are offered, specifically the Lifetime Alignment deal, a deal WE ALL should be coming for! If I didn’t live so far Mannix and the John street location would be Go To always. Thank you Mannix! Truly!

Mannix was very helpful when I walked in despite it being very busy. He recommended I come back due to the wait but still added air to my tires. I feel much safer for now with temps dropping overnight.
Called in thanksgiving Thursday with no heat in the car. Customer rep Mannix walked me through the possible causes over the phone. Gave me clear instructions on the Firestone process and waited for me personally when I arrived so I didn't have to explain everything again to someone different.

The service I had here was exceptional. Customer service was even better. I came in today beyond stressed needing a battery. I had gone to 3 other places and nowhere was able to provide me with a battery let alone install it. Mannix provided excellent customer service. He ensured me my truck would be in great hands and had me out of there within a reasonable amount of time. I will definitely be back for service and will recommend this location as well!
Ryan my advisor was very educated on the inside I had with my car. I only needed a well check done, but I also mention that I might need the tires checked. With that the advice was I needed new tires, but since I couldn't afford all four new ones, I had to get only two, with proper placements on the car, after assessing where the traction was most I've and that I still had a couple of good tires with mine on them.
I appreciate the work Christopher the technician did on my car, all of them working today an the advice o get about the environmental recycling they do with oil changes, is what keeps me coming back
Julio was an awesome mechanic and very helpful, he explained everything so I understood, definitely recommend and will be returning for my future car issues to him . 10/10 clean and friendly staff and they are also very fast and time conscious
Julio was absolutely attentive, courtesy and knowledgeable. I was totally having a morning and the car situation did not help. He took care of me and had me back on the road safely and feeling a lot better than I came in.
I came in for an oil change for my 2021 Mazda CX5 Turbo and a tire rotation. Jayden was the associate that helped me out. He was super friendly, courteous, professional and helpful. Firestone should feel lucky having Jayden being part of the team. I hope he is compensated properly for his work ethic and helpful demeanor towards customers!
The atmosphere there is very welcoming. The staff is very friendly and they answer automotive questions in an understandable manner. The work on my car was done in a timely manner. The waiting area is comfortable and clean. The snacks in the machine are fresh and the sodas are cold.
Ryan G went above and beyond helping us find the best tires not only for us, but for our daughter, just a few days apart. He was friendly, approachable, willing to help, and knowledgeable. In a time where customer service is so essential, yet scarce, we found it with Ryan. EDITED: Today I called to follow up about another rebate we are waiting on and spoke to Julio who was as eager to help as Ryan! He was kind, eager to help and followed up quickly!

Service was good and fairly quick, and the staff was kind and professional. However, I was a bit disappointed they didn’t check or adjust the tire pressure properly. I also came in needing an oil change, but it wasn’t offered or mentioned, so I ended up taking my car to Walmart the next day to get it done. Overall, not a bad experience, just could’ve been a little more thorough.
