Drove 5 hours to look at a truck. Spoke with Craig the previous day and asked if they were negotiable on the dump truck. He was pretty rude to begin with but had something I was looking for so decided to check it out anyway. I get there as soon as I meet him he absolutely loses his mind and starts screaming at me about how he’s won’t negotiate and I’m not kidding actually yelling at me before I could even get a word out. This guy is an absolute psychopath. Stay far far away from this place. You will see this dude on the news one day I assure you. I don’t have a clue how this business operates. Look at the reviews! I’m still shocked at what happened today it’s hard for me to even comprehend how someone could act this way.
Just called to ask a couple questions. Craig is very rude and unprofessional. He sure does a good job of stacking up the negative reviews. Should have looked at them before I wasted my time dialing as based on my experience with him, they are all valid.
Not a good guy to deal whit, stay away, his word is not a word took 6000.00 from us said he would reimbursed us if truck was not what we wanted drove 900 miles to look at truck witch was a rusted painted over piece of scrap metal. Craig you can do better but not with me hopefully the next guy.
Customer service is horrible. The owner is rude and also racist he asked things that shouldn't be of his concern. I have no idea why they are still in bussiness if they don't have anything. Will never return to this store again.
The owner is rude as all hell! We called about a truck he claims there hard to find then I replied there around and he told me to go buy another one hahahah ok we will how you stay in business is beyond me. He must be doing really well to be acting like that.
Very unprofessional Craig I see you had the time to lift the Box as soon as we left. We have cash money but your racism self wouldn't let you make a sale. If you hate your position find something else to do in life because what you're doing now is not working. Sell the business and move on.
The most untrustworthy people I have ever dealt with. I had bought 2 engines and they were supposed to be “conplete.” There was one that came conplete but the other came as if I purchased a long block. So I called Craig the worst salesman I have ever spoke to and dealt with. I called him stating that the parts were missing and he said it was no problem I can get them for you. He had told me to give him a week so I called him Friday of that week. He told me that he “was busy” so he couldn’t get the parts for me. He told me to give him another week so I did and I called him once again and he came to tell me the same story that he was busy. So then I asked when exactly he could get me those parts . Then he has the audacity to tell me it would have to be another couple of weeks. This is ridiculous how these people do business. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS AND CRAIG!!
This is the most unprofessional, Rudest, unhelpful companies I have ever dealt with... The owner is an absolute Jerk. I would recommend staying as far from this company as possible.
Worst Truck sales place I’ve been to, some old guy wouldnt even let us see a Truck they had for sale. We got there asked if we can see a Truck he answered right away his price, asked him what would be the best price? Told us we couldn’t even look at it anymore. So yeah I would never recommend anybody to even buy anything off those people. Drove 50 miles for nothing.
Driving down i25 from the Longmon exit to Owl canyon exit, was riding directly being people, speeding, shined brights in our review just because we passed him, got in front of us and slammed on his breaks then speed up, flipped us off as he passed us. Rude as hell!
This is the most unprofessional business. My husband and 16 year old son stopped by here wanting to look at a sleeper. My husband had been working on one of our 11 semis and he must have looked like he couldn’t afford a sleeper so the owner wouldn’t let him look at it. My husband walked out and after my husband left, the owner threatened to beat up my 16 year old son. Way to show what a coward you are!
I went to this store today and I received the worst customer service, they guy who helped was just awfully disrespectful, I even asked him is this the way you treat your customers. And he just continued yelling at me, enfronta of other customers. Do not shop here worst service.
Most rude service I have ever encountered, I would like to see a better service at this place. The guy that was helping me out just started giving the worst attitude, he harassed me as I was speaking to him. I don’t understand how they even provided such service. How disappointed I am in the customer service at this place .
This guy was awful! I came looking for a truck to buy, and the owner acted like I was a major pain in his butt just to be asking about his inventory. In fact, when I asked about the mileage on one truck in particular, he got extremely angry and virtually demanded that I just get out of the truck and get off his property. He was so upset that I was interfering with his day, that he was mumbling to himself as I walked off his lot. I can only conclude that he has some kind of mental illness.
Craig Sparrow is a very rude and racist individual, no help what so ever, told me he doesn't sell trucks as there were many for sale behind him as we spoke. Sad that there are still people like that in the Greeley area.
THIEVES, These people are very dis-honest and ripped me off on a blower I bought from them, paid part cash and last part by check owner started yelling in front of my daughter of 8 said he was not going to give me my blower for truck and said do you understand English very ignorant white people hillbilly type he does not know me I have a Masters in Economics not a 3rd grade education. When my wife finally picked up blower they swapped for another older blower would NEVER recommend these people to anybody. Warning for anybody these people will rip you off. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT DESERVE A DIME WHEN MY WIFE REQUESTED OUR MONEY BACK after this incident they did not want to return our money. For the owner I request him to get a better attitude and some teeth for better customer service. STOP LOOKING LIKE A HILLBILLY .Any business done by this company is shabby and very underhanded BUYER BEWARE.
Horrible customer service, I felt unwelcomed , the guy in the main office just wanted to get rid of me. I was ready to buy a truck cash. Whatever his reasons were its on him I still will get what I need and move forward. But I don't recommend this bussiness at all.
