Could not be more pleased with the service from Eagle Vail Towing, specifically Victor. Victor saw us stranded on I 70 at Vail Pass. He stopped to help us and towed our rental vehicle to Silverthorne. Enterprise rental roadside assistance was useless, but Victor made all of the difference.

Staying in for the week from omaha, ne was referred to them and they took me as a walk in to replace a stem in tire. Manager was great pulled me right in had me going in half hour... would come back they were great.

Highly recommend this company for heavy duty towing needs. Sandra was patient in helping me schedule the service, and Steve was excellent in adaptability and thoughtfulness in getting my RV out of the mountains after my brakes failed. Their customer service and professionalism cannot be beat and for safety the service is worth every penny.
When we got stranded with car trouble on the highway, John at Eagle Vail was super kind helpful. He helped us get to a safe spot, diagnose the car issues that we were having, and towed us 2 hours to our destination!

I don't know where to begin to thank Hollywood with Eagle Vail Towing for helping our family out. Blown tire on I-70 and we had been messing with trying to get the spare tire off for an hour and a half. Hollywood showed up within 30 minutes compared to another tow company that quoted us two hours. Once we learned the closest tire place didn't have what we needed, Hollywood spent an hour with us lying in the dirt and hammering at the lift mechanism until he got the tire down. He was so kind to our kids, including letting our 5-year-old show him his new Transformer. We're from out-of-state, but for anyone in the Vail/Gypsum area needing a tow, I can't recommend Eagle Vail Towing enough.
John was “Johnny on the spot!” He was kind, patient, very thorough, and an overall kind gentleman. We certainly hope to never have to be towed again, but if we do, we hope it’s with John!
Our car broke down on I-70 about 3 miles west of the Eisenhower Tunnel in a stop and go massive traffic jam. Luckily there was a flatbed tow truck on the shoulder. The driver was Mike and he was very helpful and courteous. He drove us the 89 miles to our home and made a bathroom stop for us, having been stuck in traffic for a couple of hours. He walked our dog as we went in the rest room. He went above and beyond to make a bad situation a lot nicer. Thank you Mike!

First a gentleman named John stopped and asked me if I was alright and checked to see what the issue might be.
The next day a young and very friendly man came, his name is Rocky. In the end he was the one towing me. He even gave me a ride to the store!
They not only tow, they also make sure you are alright!!

We narrowly avoided an accident but ended up stranded in about 2 feet of snow in the median on I-70. Despite our best efforts, we couldn't free ourselves from the deep snow. Fortunately, Eagle Vail Towing came to the rescue. Anderson and his team were quick, efficient, and got us out without any damage to our vehicle. A big thank you to them for keeping us safe!
Mike was unbelievably helpful. We broke down at the end of vail pass . He tried everything to figure out the problem. We needed to be towed to Ft Collins. He was polite and skilled.i, my daughter and 2and a half year old grandson sat in his cab. He saved us . ❤️
TLDR: Simon & Mike are nothing short of angels on earth who appeared during a crisis and resolved it with patience, determination, skill, and compassion. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement, and you will see from other reviews that this is simply how they do business. These are the people you want to show up for you, and to call anyone else for help would be a massive mistake IMO.
The long version of my story is that after hitting a patch of black ice, the front half of my BMW ended up hanging over the edge of a guard rail. This occurred while driving back to Iowa from Utah, so to say we were in a terrible situation is an understatement. We got lucky and Simon appeared about 5 minutes after the crash, pulled over to check on us (we hadn’t even called a tow company yet mind you), and immediately called the state troopers to report the accident for us and figure out solutions for extracting my car. While a local sheriff, firefighters, and EMS checked us out, Mike showed up with his flatbed. Mike & Simon spent no less than 30 minutes carefully maneuvering my car down from the guard rail while meticulously working to preserve my front bumper, which they had warned me might come off during the removal. Simon directed my friend on which ways to move the wheel while he ran around the car moving and adjusting wood blocks under the tires so that my front bumper would remain intact. Next, we got to spend several hours with Mike as he brought us to a local gas station to get warm and decompress for a few minutes after the accident. As someone in my early 20s who has little experience with insurance, Mike helped me navigate the claims process and ensured that the towing I needed to get to my rental car would be covered- he selflessly spent over an hour on the phone with insurance for me. Mike then drove us to our destination in Denver, all while uplifting our spirit and making sure we were okay. Not once did he complain about the claims process which ultimately took several hours, nor the drive to Denver. If all that isn’t enough to convince you, Mike even helped me arrange transportation of my car back to Iowa. These guys are the real deal and I’m lucky to have benefited from their decades of experience
If I could give 10 stars I would. Eagle Vail towing is top notch. My car decided to die on I70 less than one mile from the Eisenhower tunnel in heavy ski traffic. The first tow company my insurance reached out to never came or called me so I sat there by myself freezing for 4 hours in the dark with no hazards & a black car. Then my friend sent Eagle Vail to the rescue. They got in contact immediately & updated me frequently with an eta on the truck arrival. My driver Mike was awesome. He loaded my car in a minute then took myself & my vehicle down the mountain north of Denver. It was a horrible experience being stuck up there but after a few minutes in the truck with Mike it made the experience a million times better. Thank you Mike, Amir & John for taking such good care of me & getting me home safely to my daughter 😊
I was in an accident on Eisenhower Pass last weekend—slid across the highway and into a snowbank. My airbags deployed and my car was listing at an angle in 4 feet of snow. As soon as I got off the phone with 911, a tow truck pulled up, driven by an angel named Mike. He was patrolling up and down the pass, and when he saw my car, he stopped and immediately came to check on me. He let me know that state patrol was on the way and made sure I was warm enough. He offered to help me out of the car, but we couldn’t do it without another pair of hands. He came back to the car to let me know the ETA of the emergency team. I had never been in an accident, but he talked me through every aspect of it. After I was able to get out of my car, he let me stay warm in his truck, then drove me to the tow yard and waited with me until my husband got there to pick me up. I know that I was a bit in shock and full of adrenaline, but he just let me chatter and made sure I had what I needed.
I am in awe at the kind and caring manner in which I was treated. Mike didn’t just tow my car (they actually had two trucks there working to get the car out), he showed me care and concern, mitigating any fear or anxiety I would have otherwise felt. It takes a special person to bring peace to someone in crisis and I am so grateful. Thank you, Mike, and thank you Eagle Vail Towing!
My wife and I were involved in a small accident during a snow storm with our rental vehicle. Miraculously, Carl was pretty close to the crash site and saw everything at the moment it happened. He approached us in a very professional and caring way and assisted us with the entire process. Right after we finished with everything and our rental was loaded on his truck, he dropped us off in Vail which was our original destination. Carl and this company deserve nothing but the best, they are truly one of a kind!
The coolant hose on my semi truck blew on i-70 going up Vail mountain. One of their trucks pulled in behind me when I was putting my reflective triangles out, took a quick look and said they could fix it on the spot. All they had to do was go and get some coolant and parts. I called my company and they said go for it. Another driver showed up and took the hose to the auto parts store to get a replacement. While they were working on it, another driver showed up in the semi tow truck. There was a clamp that needed replacing as well, and thankfully this company was well stocked. Great job!! Very worth the money. Stay safe out there!

Ok, Phil B may not look like an angel but I assure you, his wings, are tucked and hidden under the reflective vest. I was stranded on a mountain pass and my truck was dead…. Spitting coolant everywhere! Getting a little nervous because there was no cell service and it was getting really cold…. 35 degrees and colder. I had a photography class to teach on the pass and it looked like I was not going to make it. Then, Phil happened. He pulled over and with a smile and a wave asked if I was ok. I explained the situation and long story short, Phil B, spread his wings and got me to my class and then the next day made sure I made it into town. I kid you not, on the man’s lunch break, he skipped potential family time and a meal to come help me at the local part shop replace the part that needed replacing. Wow…. For real. I could just cry grateful tears writing this. Not saying to technically request the guy, but if you get the opportunity to do that, do it.
Our rentals transmission decided to give out as we were pulling into the walmart parking lot on our way into town from denver leaving us in the middle of the entrance, John happened to be driving by and asked if we needed help and pulled us out of the way and into a parking spot. He spoke with the owner of the rental car and had all the information sorted in minutes. Not even 10 minutes later Carl arrived with the flatbed to save the day. Carl drove us 20 minutes out of the way with the rental on the back of the rig to drop us off with all of our gear that was inside. Easily the most relaxed towing experience possible. I had to tow a rear-wheel drive car in Avon. Amir showed up in the spot promptly and kindly explained what needs to be done. He knows what he is doing and finished his task very efficiently & quickly. I also got a confirmation from the rental car location after he dropped off the car as he handed over the car with all necessary information. Great experience!
