Went in for a filter for my truck tried selling me the wrong one then when I brought it to there attention said they don't sell the wrong parts in a arrogant tone never again going in
Might be a smaller store, but they always have everything i need, so good inventory. Very helpful young man there helped me with everything this last time I was in.
This place seriously saved us. While camping in Alma our car began having some issues and they were so incredibly helpful and willing to look at it and help us. Couldn’t be more thankful for the people working here! 100 stars would recommend.
Terrible services, tell lies about being able to just drop old battery off. Now I need a receipt and paper work to prove I bought a battery two days ago. There unable to look up any of my information. The guys behind the counter just took at least 25 bucks from me. Big company screws over little guy!!!!
I had stopped in Fairplay for a pit stop but when I tried to get back on the road, my car would not start. All things pointed to a dying battery. I called AAA but their ETA was some four hours in the future. I decided to go for broke and hoofed it to NAPA to get a new battery. The staff were very helpful even giving me a ride back to my vehicle to check on the type/size of the existing battery and after purchasing it, they gave me a ride back to my vehicle. I got back on the road shortly thereafter and had no problems the rest of the day. Thank you NAPA!

My order for my service truck brake system was originally put in incorrectly but with professional customer service they went above and beyond to be sure my parts are correct. We blew a sparkplug between Jefferson and Fairplay and needed an ignition coil, spark plug and tools and God and the Fairplay NAPA provided them. The 3 young men in the shop were very polite and helpful.
Our alternator died on the way to Fairplay and therefore the car battery. We could make it right into town to the gas station, and then the car stopped. So we walked a road up to Napa Auto Parts to get a new alternator and battery to continue the drive. They only had the battery in store, but no alternator. Thank God we could make it to another auto parts shop one hour drive away and buy an alternator. ;)
Purchased a battery drove home to install.
When I opened my hatchback the battery was tacos on the top and leaking fluid in my vehicle, I called immediately to get a new one ordered. Today I went into pickup the new battery I was badgered and accused of improperly installing the battery by the manager "Dennis " I try to keep my business locally but I won't be doing anymore business with Napa in Fairplay
My husband and I were driving down from Mt. Sherman on a 4wd road and something punctured our tire. We stopped at NAPA Auto Parts in Fairplay and the guys that work there were so nice. Brought back a serpentine belt to exchange for another (it was never on the vehicle). They tried to charge me a 20% restocking fee because the cardboard sleeve was torn. Couple of pieces of tape is all it needed. After arguing with the guy he drops the fee to 10% and points to a sign on the wall. With me still arguing he eventually caved and removed the fee. I've bought quite a bit of stuff from this store over the past few years. I'll drive the extra miles and take my $$$ to Woodland Park from now on.
The guys here are helpful and professional. It's nice to have parts guys who know mechanics to be sure I don't forget things like filters, gaskets, and oil when I'm doing my own maintenance on my vehicles. They have a huge selection of parts on hand and order us parts when they don't have what we need in stock. They always have our best interest in mind. Prices and quality are great.
Only place in Fairplay, if u can afford to drive to denver or Colorado Springs it’d be better. #1 they won’t return their broke cheaply made products, That are highly over priced from the start. #2 staff are absolutely clueless degenerates. Just what you get living in a small town. Highly recommend avoiding them.
Rude guys at the counter, seemed very bothered by us being there. with a broken down RV from 5 hours away. my daughter desperate to use a bathroom the guy begrudgingly told her it was down the hall
and said we dont have public restroom.

didn't expect to be treated so poor by a Napa.
Dissapointed in the customer service, I asked one of the two guys to come outside to look at a part on my master coil that was hanging on by just a couple of strands of wire...his reply was "I'm too busy". There was only one other customer in the store and again two employees behind the counter. He could've went outside and be back in the store in less than 60 seconds. Since moving here from Georgia I've experienced bad attitudes and terrible customer service in the business community (For the most part). Thank God for Buena Vista
These guys are really great. Extremely understanding and helpful with all their customers. Anyone whom says otherwise probably doesn't know anything about cars or has poor social skills or drug problems
Was passing through and had the diesel engine sputter. My vehicle has an odd Toyota Diesel engine in it and these guys were able to find the parts I needed and send me on my way. Highly recommend this location.
