10 out of 10!!! JEN in dispatch and JASON our towman are out of this world!!! I'm out of state and needed our car towed off the interstate and they couldn't have been more helpful as my eyes and ears from afar. I could not have gotten through this ordeal without them! I'm beyond grateful for Jen and Jason! You both were so kind and understanding. You brought back my faith in humanity! Keep being awesome!
Jason responded to our AAA call quickly and was beyond kind in the face of our stress. He even called a local tire place nearby for us to ensure that they had the correct tire for our rental car. In spite of the circumstances, this part of it could not have gone more smoothly.
A and R Towing responded to my AAA service call. The response was very quick (30 minutes or so). The driver was very professional. I was able to ride with them to the repair shop too. Not only was he professional and kind. He was able to tell me about a possible recall on my vehicle.
It's taken me some time to get over my shock and disgust, so it took me some time to actually leave a review. I wanted it to be as detailed as possible without sounding like an angry Karen customer. But my concern is also for the safety of any future customers that may get the same "driver" that was dispatched to me. I was passing through on a trip, several days ago, when I found myself needing a tow service. This company was close by and the reviews had seemed pretty positive. The guy they sent out, I believe his name was Ken or Kent. He had the odor of alcohol on him. Every once in a while he'd make some comment about sleeping with the bosses daughter and bragging about having totaled a truck but didn't have to pay for anything. The truck was filthy as if it hadn't seen a wash in weeks. Piss poor management in my opinion if you can't even keep clean sober staff on hand.
Steve went above + beyond responding to my AAA tow reassuring my truck made it all the way back to Ft Collins! Highly Recommended. I'd give 6 stars if allowed.
Harry is the best and very reliable. He was able to find us with in 20 minutes of being stranded out of state on the side of an interstate with very minimal information on where we were broke down exactly. I was only able to show him a screen shot of Google maps. He came and rescued my family of five. He was very professional and caring! We chit chatted almost the whole way to the hotel. My family is very appreciative of this company and their swiftness and their professionalism. They were. Willing to help help. 5 stars in my book. Even the lady who answered our phone call was excellent. If u are stranded call them. They will have ur back when the universe seems to be going the opposite way.
Staff is very disrespectful and unprofessional. Was involved in an accident and had my car towed to them called them to see if I could come and get the rest of the belongings out of my car and was told that we had to pay more fees than what I already have to them. Did not inform me that I was acquiring more fees the longer that my car sat there. Also was told that the registered owner has to be the one to get into the car when the allowed my husband to get into my car the first time but now being told only the registered owner can get into the car. Just wish they would not tell one person one thing and then tell another person a different thing. Very unprofessional
I have used this company twice within the last month and they were extremely helpful, nice and professional and got the job done right away! I would highly recommend them.
Got in a pretty bad car accident on July 10th this is where my car was towed I spent 12 days in the hospital and called these guys my bill was already over $1,000 still trying to figure out how to at least get some of my clothes out of my car
Have you these guys a few times and never did I have the experience that I had yesterday. If I had I would’ve never used them a second time. Granted I understand there’s policies in place for reasons however I was beside myself when I was told that my 4 pound Maltese would have to ride in the vehicle being towed for two hours while my husband got to ride in the car with the tow truck. It wasn’t until the third tow company that in a compassion was shared with me and I was more understanding is the reasons that those policies are in place. However that should’ve been explained to me by Brandon who was so callous and so what seem to be compassionless when it came to my genuine concerns for my dog which is also a family member. So I feel if it’s not safe for human it should’ve been safe for my dog. I do appreciate dedicated towing & recovery because at least they had the empathy to explain to me why. I’m not saying that A&R TOWING won’t come to your rescue like they have me many times in the past but I will say that there’s a new policy in place that says your dog can’t ride in the cab of the tow truck and that is in fact new because this isn’t the first time she’s taken a trip in anA&R truck. Just don’t end up surprised and stuck for a two hour trip like we were. Maybe they should post new policies that are putting in place that quite possibly could help with the situation a little bit as well.
When I had a tire blow out and I did not want to change it due to fear of damage to the rim, the tow truck came quickly. The driver did a great job getting it towed over 100 miles to the place I wanted to take it for repair. I was a bit shaken by the experience, and he was very kind. He went above and beyond, even offering to stop and get me a snack.
Wait how do use these guys a few times and they always come through takes such good care of our car can’t go wrong with A&R Towing! Thank you Brandon, Chris and Kenneth and the rest of the team! You’re the best!
I called for a workout at 6:57 AM. Chris got here and got the job done in more than enough time for me to get to work by 8 am. Thank you so much Chris and A&R towing!
They took advantage of someone's lack of English skills. Tried to make me pay outrageous fees. They left window down the whole time filled the car with snow also too lazy to look for medication that was in the car I ended up having to pay cash to refill them. . Then wanted almost 400 to get stuff out of it they are dishonest and thieves Was mad because I wrote a post that was honest.they are crooked and rude.now had to hire an attorney to sue them.
From the very beginning of my experience everyone was so nice! The dispatcher was very patient with me as I tried to give her my location, the tow truck driver was quick, extremely knowledgeable, and personable. When I had to get my car out of their lockup lot the nice little redhead girl was super nice and quick with my paperwork! Definitely recommend and will definitely be using this company again!!
Terrible customer service Wouldn't even look for my prescription medication while I had to come up with their outrageous fees after having my car stolen.
