Just had my windshield replaced 2 days ago. One of the guys was smoking holding his cigarette over my car while working on it. They billed 2.5 hours of labor for 50 minutes of work - even if drive time is included in that it’d only be 1:45. And on top of all that, this is by far the worst windshield install I’ve ever had on any vehicle (it’s a lot of vehicles, I’m old): it has so much wind noise. It sounds like there’s a hole in the glue!! I didn’t even drive the car for a whole day after the install. It sat in the warm garage- the best case scenario for the glue! I’ve never seen a glass company not put tape to hold the windshield in place, these guys didn’t do that.
Integrity Glass is an outstanding business. I purchased a door from them a while ago. They came out to my building and installed the door that the construction company could not do. Thank you Jeff and the team. We appreciate you so much for driving the almost two hours for the install. 👍
They installed a windshield for me. The service was fast and friendly. It's beautiful I can see clearly again!!! Highly recommend. I got a quote in Durango and about died, they were 300.00 more than integrity.
I have had two negetive experiences w integrity in Mancos. First was poor workmanship on a windshield install where the window was not sealed. The second experience was poor customer service, when asked for the quote for a window they said they would get back to me and when they didn’t I reached out and they gave me a price and said the window would be there by a week from the time. A week goes by and they hadn’t even ordered it. They said that they required half down to order it. I think they should have told me that before I burned a week waiting for a window I needed to install. I told them I’d find someone else because they had a communication problem
I have had several windshields replaced on both old and new vehicles as well as having numerous chips repaired and have always been treated great. I would recommend them to anyone! Good people as well!
Excellent customer service. Other places in the area takes weeks or even a month to replace your windshield. This company ordered one day 2 days later new windshield! Highly recommend
I had to put a new windshield on my car due to the rock rubble they left on 160 after they recently re chipped it. Within a months time I had 4 cracks on the windshield. Integrity was professional and did a beautiful job!

Hard to find a business that can replace sunroof locally in the 4 corners area and I throughly looking thru Google and making phone calls I came across integrity glass, otherwise I had to travel 6 hrs out to get my sunroof replaced. Intgrity glass did a good job replacing my sunroof glass to my tundra, very good customer service. Determine to get the job done and rite. I give them 5 stars because I went home with an actual sunroof window no more duct taping. 😁👍🏽
I was looking for a particular style of glass for a bathroom and they had it in stock, cut it immediately, picked it up that day and it looks awesome. The staff was friendly and helpful. Thanks integrity glass!

I wish I would have known beforehand.
Not getting into the details, I have somewhere to be and was quoted with a time of 45 minutes to an hour.
This is after ordering the incorrect windshield and having to reschedule once already.
The people are nice enough, (albeit wrapped up in their own work) but the lack of urgency is pretty upsetting.
The work was decent and they were able to do the reschedule for the same week. All in all it was "OK".
The windshield looks nice, but it's not like they made the glass....
Very satisfied. Everyone I met was dedicated to making me happy. Honest, and worked diligently to get the job right. Have to go back and have my windshield done, now that I have a place. Edit. I had the tint peel, when I rolled down 2 windows. No arguments and was repaired. Extra labor was appreciated!
Nice people but have to leave a review based on my experience. They repaired a chip in my windshield. As soon as it got cold a huge crack shot out from the spot they repaired. They told me 99% of repairs our effective but that they essentially don't guarantee their work. They offered to replace my windshield for 50% off. In my mind, they did not repair the windshield resulting in the crack. They should replace it at no cost. I will not do business with them again. Integrity lacks integrity.
Integrity Glass replaced several of our large custom windows in our home and did a great job. I just found out they do auto glass as well, they replaced my driver's side window on my Toyota Tundra and matched the tint perfectly! Highly recommended 5 Stars
We took a rock to the windshield on a road trip. These folks were able to set us up an appointment within the hour and repaired it while providing some great local knowledge along the way. So thankful for them!
They have done several windshield s and a Back glass for my vehicles and always done a great job. Easy to get ahold of, they take care of the insurance directly. And arrive when they say they will. I would use them again.
Well they replaced our windshield, but must not know how to put the rear view mirror back on because it fell off a day after windshield was replaced. Good work in all.
I found myself at Integrity during a cross country trip: I had accidentally broken the rear windshield of our vehicle. We were pressed for time and needed to get the repairs done quickly. We contacted Integrity - the owner, Jeff, was extremely helpful - he worked with us to get the glass replaced quickly and without breaking our budget.
Turnaround time was 24 hours for a rear windshield. He had us in and out quickly. Work was great quality and held up driving 2000+ miles from his shop. If I happen to find myself in Mancos and in need of glass repair, I'll be visiting Integrity again.

Jeff Eastin the installer and his helper came out to the RV park where I am staying in Cortez, when they said they would, removed the old broken half windshield from my motorhome, and replaced it in less than an hour and a half.
Not much more to say. I'm a happy customer. I wish more service companies were this professional.

Replaced a double pane fixed window that had a bad seal. Their estimate bet two others almost by half. They installed the unit with the original tint in a timely manner. I'm very happy with their job and their price. Professional, friendly service. Would definitely recommend them and I enjoyed their visit.
We recently moved back in the area, our daughter while visiting hit a deer, which required a windshield replacement. We were pleasantly surprised at the competitive price and professional service we received.
One month later we had a sunroof incident with another one of our vehicles, and once again they were very fast, efficient and professional with the repairs. I generally don't do reviews but wanted to do this, as a thanks for the good work.
