Driving into Mancos, my engine started to sputter and eventually died, luckily close to this shop. They helped me out immensely, lent me a tow rope, gave me an initial diagnosis and had my fuel pump installed and my car running quickly, all for a very reasonable price.
He installed a radiator and thermostat on my Subaru was done in timely manner. He road tested it to make sure it didn’t over heat. Good prices and he is thorough.
Been taking my Chevrolet 2500HD to Wayne (and Gary before him) for 13 years. He's solved problems that the dealership couldn't, often for less than he quoted, and has been scrupulously honest in all my dealings with him. Probably the most reliable repair shop in the Four Corners.
We were traveling from out of state and had an issue with our vehicle. These guys were able to grt the part as timely as possible. They were able to fix the vehicle so we could head home. Would highly recommend!

We just had our Toyota 4Runner in there with a couple who rented it from us through Turo. The check engine light came on. They took it to Wayne and Josh at B&N Auto and they figured out a rodent chewed through the wire housing. Wayne and Josh were able to repair it in no time at all! Our Turo renters are back on the road and back to their vacation. Thank you!! I highly recommend these guys!
These guys (Wayne and Josh) may have saved Christmas (well, summer vacation)! Our vacation stalled on Friday morning when our car broke down on the road through Mesa Verde Park. We had it towed to Mancos where we are staying for the week. We had visions of being carless as we assumed repair parts and work might take awhile. But nope! The radiator was replaced along with new hoses and all was done the same day. Vacation saved. Thanks guys!
Passing through with serious motor concerns with my van. They got me in quickly for a diagnosis. After consulting with them about what needed done it was agreed that the van motor was not at risk and the needed repair could wait until I got to my home mechanic. The owner and his mechanic were thorough, honest and fair in their charges.
Such a wonderful business in Mancos! These guys have worked on all my vehicles from chewed wires from critters, mice in ac, and dead batteries. Yes they will come to your house if needed. Highly recommend! Back on the road again! Thanks Wayne!
The manager/owner was extremely friendly and very helpful. I went in to asked about how much to change a sensor and it was inexpensive and they changed it out right then. Thank You. I would recommend this place to anyone!!! 👍👍👍👍👍
Went to Mesa Verde for vacation. I was pulling a camper through the mountains and had problems. I found I was leaking oil and my dip stick tube was broken. I found the tube and they found out that I was leaking oil from the front seal and a valve cover. They got me back on the road the same day. Very good service, they also looked over the truck since I was 1400 miles from home.
You guys were extremely helpful he did not make me feel uncomfortable to ask any of the questions and they explained it really good for me it was just awesome awesome interaction

This shop does quality work and is very knowledgeable. I took my car in for an identified oil leak. Not only did he fix the leak, but he found an additional leak and fixed that as well. Then he said a few words that sounded like music to my ears....." Your car will not be leaking oil anymore". For the past 5 years, I've been adding oil and no mechanic was ever able to identify the source of the problem. Go to this shop. You will have no regrets.
We needed an emergency welding job done on our travel trailer and had Gary's recommended to us by a local. When we arrived Gary was busy but willing to fit us in. His welder Josh did a great job and we were back on our way! Very happy with the service and the work done. As I was waiting to talk to Gary, another local was thanking Gary for the work that he had done for him as well.
Worst experience I've probably had with any type of mechanic. My car broke down while coming home from a work trip and I left it with Gary and he said he could help me out by driving my car back up north for a small fee cause he usually buys cars out that way. I waited for 4 months and never got any good news. Finally decided to pay the 1800 he quoted me for my broken timing belt. 5 months later I finally got my car back for a hefty fee. Not even 9 months later my car breaks down for the same exact reason(timing belt) I call Gary and he said his work was all warrantied and we just need to get it down there but he couldn't help me get it down to his shop( being a few hours away) because his truck broke down but to call him regularly to see if he'd gotten it fixed so he can help me. Almost three months later his wife calls to get my mileage and then don't hear anything for another two weeks so I call and she explains that I'm out of my 6 month warranty stage and they can't cover everything but will cover some labor. If that was the case then Gary should have told me from the beginning and not have me call back every other week and then 3 months later say that. I hate to write a bad review and probably won't do much but if you can avoid this shop and head to Durango or Cortez if possible so you have more than one option for a mechanic
Gary helped us when we stopped out of the blue.. My truck broke down and my family was with me. He helped us out right away and took my family down to a local motel . He got us fixed up as quick as he got the parts.
I wished there was more people in the world like him and his wife.
