Megan saved the day! She drove up and noticed we were driving the struggle bus when trying to install some windshield wipers. What took us a sad 15 min to fumble around in unsuccessful circles. She got in less than 5, I am so appreciative for her. Even if it's just windshield wipers- totally saved what was left of our dignity.
Older lady working had an attitude and was rude, sold me 1500 brake calipers when i needed 2500 so I go replace those telling her I need the left side and she sells me the right side one, don’t go here it’s better to go to the one by the mall. At least there they listen to what you need and are nice.
Dashboard light popped up, I stopped by O'Reilly's to see if they could diagnose which light it was. Sorry to say I didn't get the gentleman's name who assisted me (I'm thinking he's the manager) he diagnosed it, got the replacement bulb, and he changed it for me! I just wanted to express how much appreciated his assistance. This is how business used to work. Thank you so much for all your help.
Ben was an absolute legend, so kind and helpful! My car broke down in Fruita and he helped bring it back to life. Incredible knowledge, I have never had such a positive experience dealing with car problems in the past. Thank you, I am really grateful!!
Jennifer is amazing! She went above and beyond for me, working out a warranty for a bad vaccum pump. Called multiple locations in another state and tracked down the part that a mobile mechanic did for me months ago. Awesome job and thanks again!
Needed replacement parts for rear license plate lights and they had what I needed in stock....which I totally didn't anticipate them having seeing as how my vehicle is from 1995.....'Preciate y'all.
How I wish all of my retail and service experiences were like the utterly fabulous one I just had at the O’Reilly location in Fruita, Colorado!!! Tucker went far, far, far above and beyond what he needed to in helping me replace my problematic rear windshield wiper…he is an absolutely incredible employee, and he very much deserves not only a gold star and a crown, but also a raise, and an all expenses paid vacation to the destination of his choice!
He is incredibly professional and proficient, but also very personable and I am just so grateful to him.

So very helpful here at the Fruita location. The other day, I was in to get stuff for an oil change. I was unsure of the air filter and the young man Jarrett took my old air filter out and put the new one in to make sure it was right.
They helped me install a battery; but no one was on the store when I arrived and they were more interested in chatting among themselves than in helping.
My Peterbilt was low on oil, and the truckstop didn't have any oil for semis (funny, right?) So I walked 3/4 mile in the 90* heat to oriellys and not only were they friendly and had all the shell rotella 15-40 I needed, but Austin also gave me a ride back to my truck. Thank you so much, I'll always prefer oriellys because of experiences like this!
Nice having an auto parts store in the we west end of the valley. Not having to drive into Grand Junction for auto lamps or a battery is a real time saver. Even though it was a Sunday and a holiday, they were still pleasant and helpful.
Only place I go for auto parts & accessories. Jerri is really helpful and knowledgeable. Most of the other staff is pretty awesome too, but she's my favorite.
Consistant and helpful, several selections and fairly decent pricing. Carry windshield fluid to batteries, oils, and standard parts. No tires or larger items. No public restroom, ok parking. Great to have in Fruita.
Me and a friend attempted to drive up to Grand Junction a week ago for a very important trip and we're from UT. Her truck broke down in Fruita. We were able to make it to O'reily's and the gentleman there diagnosed the truck perfectly. We had a bad battery and alternator which he replaced both on the spot for free! (obviously we paid for the parts but he put them in for free which he totally didn't have to do) They were amazing over there! They offered us drinks and to use their employee restrooms & allowed us to charge our phones while we waited. They were very inviting and comforting while we waited for them to fix my friends truck. Amazing people to say the least, i wish i would've remembered their names but they were amazing! I highly recommend this location :)
Bought wiper blades somewhere else but couldn't get them on. The staff was very helpful and put them on for me. I love going here for my automotive needs. Always helpful and knowledgeable and if they don't know they find out for you. Thanks a bunch.
Fruita O'Reilly is my favorite O'Reilly's ever, maybe my favorite autoparts store ever. Those guys have been tremendously helpful to me time and time again. Paul, Zack and Geri, and the others have always been willing to listen to me when I was having trouble diagnosing problems with my diesel. I'm grateful for those guys and girls.
The staff is awesome and very helpful nothing bad to say about the people or this location. It's the part quality that is terrible I needed a starte so I picked one up. It didn't fix my no cranck issue so after checking everything else I went back for a replacement after deciding it was a bad starter. Picked up second starter mounted it and still no crank. Again I checked everything even purchases close to $200 in more parts to no avail. Finally took car into a shop who found that the second starter was also bad. They put in a auto zone starter and it fires right up. Now out several hundred and weeks of searching for a problem because the "newly refurbished" parts i bought we're bad. Won't be wasting my money on O'Reilly parts anymore.
We were having problems with our 98 jeep wrangler on our way from Idaho to Moab Utah. We ended up replacing an injector and our battery in their parking lot. All the employees were knowledgeable, helpful, kind and courtious. I would highly recommend this shop.
I went into the store today, a women who was working was not much help at all. When I asked her a question of what exactly I needed she took me to isle and said that everything I needed would be here... She went back to the counter to talk to the other employee. I am very disappointed with Fruita O'Reilly employees attitude.
Since the truck broke down two weeks ago we've been walking to get the needed parts. Well today this nice lady that works here, didn't catch her name, offered to drive me and my Young son back home. We are very grateful for the understanding and over the top customer service. Thank you very much.
