Not a family business and definitely not community minded. Will literally shop anywhere else after the childish behavior the owner decided to display all over social media. How embarrassing
You would think a small town shop would want to stick up for their residents/customers but instead they call for your car to be towed away while you attend the annual fall festival
Tried to buy doors for my jeep. I’m outer state so asked if I could get some better images / videos of the doors as the response in the chat was a bit dodgy. After my request, my message was seen but never wrote back, so I assumed it was a scam. I followed up my message 3 months later asking if someone could get back to me as I was genuinely interested in making the purchase. I got a smart ass reply which I was extremely disappointed. Even after this I was still keen to make the purchase but they just saw my messages and ignored. For a family company that claims to pride themselves on service and being a veteran owned business… not cool. Not sure who I was talking too, but they need to be fired if they are an employee as they are costing your business, and if it’s is the owner… well no words. If the owner does read this and wasn’t the person I was speaking to, please get in touch with me as I’d still like to purchase the doors. I’ve attached screen shots of entire chat for you to make up your own mind but I would highly advise to buy else where , as the themselves seem to want people to buy elsewhere also. As another family business owner to another, externally disappointed and businesses like yours small businesses a bad wrap.
Absolutely terrible customer service do not purchase items here for they do not care to help you when you need it replaced under the warranty.They're too busy helping other new customers spending money

I had been searching for drain plug gaskets all over the valley and the last place I looked I found them they are very knowledgeable definitely going back next time I'm looking for a car part
My husband went in and said no one was wearing masks. He got upset and walked out since he has me with severe asthma and his mom and sister with autoimmune disabilities. He can not afford to get any of us sick. I saw that on the website they had a mask requirement but no one is following that.
Kim went well above and beyond anything expected from a parts store. He tracked down an alternator for our Murano and then actually delivered it to us where we were broke down in a competetors parking lot. As if that was not enough, after I broke the pigtail on the alternator he went back to his store and brought us a new pigtail and crimper. I am absolutely floored. I will be paying this one forward for sure. Thank you Kim!
