My wife tried to return a part I got on napa online.... guy was a prick and would not do the return will never use that store!Only had the part for less than a week!
This place is ridiculous. They have products on their website that they don’t even sell our order in store anymore, I called to order parts and the guy tells me he can’t order anything because he’s leaving town, so why are you even open answering phones if you’re not even gonna let a customer buy or order products!!! Horrible service!!! I would do 0 stars if i could
What a joke. Went on to return a ignition switch that was no good, it would bind up when turning the key. This thing was brand new purchased a week ago and only put in to find out that the original one in my truck was better. The older man looked at my part and said sorry we do not return electrical parts and walked away. Did not ask any questions did not even think about helping me out just said too bad so sad. No where on the part or on the receipt (which I had) did it say no refunds/returns. Talk about horrible customer service! I am done with Napa, it is way to hard to warranty any of their stuff. I will now do all my parts shopping online or at O’Reilly’s. Do not buy any electronic part they will not warranty or take a return on it even if it is junk out of the box. Horrible customer service!!!!!!!
There's always some old man there to tell you they don't have the part and never even looks at his computer because he don know how to use it very poor service I've gone here over a dozen times looking to buy parts or tools and never once left with something??
Top shelf service and competitive prices. Al is very knowledgeable and was able to quickly get us back on the road. The building is historic and this NAPA Auto has been in town since 1928. Support local and visit Al.
