My car started acting weird while visiting the park, I stopped by and Daniel said he'd check my battery and turns out it was my alternator he gave me a lot of options and price ranges as well as recommended multiple shops in the area I really appreciate yall

HUGE Shout out to Lauren, Bruce, Dylan, Alexis, Anthony, Max and literally everyone else working 12/28/25-12/29/25 Everyone was unbelievably helpful and kind during a very stressful time. Everything from providing chairs to sit in while we called tow trucks and insurance to supporting us with referrals and tools. Can’t thank these people enough.

Only have good things to say. Ryan Glitch, the manager, has been nothing less than great. Incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and good to me.

My first visit here almost two years ago was positive - staff was really polite and helpful, tested my car battery and got a new one installed for me. Earlier this week though I came in with a different vehicle that had an old battery and needed a jumpstart after work. I explained my situation to the employee and he told me I had to go to a dealership? Didn't even take a look at my vehicle. Went to Napa auto parts down the road the next morning - tested the battery, got me a new one and installed it all before I had to go to work, saving me an hour+ long road trip

Very friendly and helpful staff! We had our key fob stop working and the tires were improperly inflated on our rental car. They helped us with battery replacement in the fob and offered us air for our tires.

I went in today because my battery light went on. I can’t express how helpful everyone was, especially Daniel R. Thank you so much for your kindness. You have no idea how much that meant to me! And the rest of the staff was amazing. There was a woman (if you see this, what’s your name?!) that was so kind and helpful as well. It felt like I had a community of help when I went in. Thanks so much to all of you!

Check tire warning light came on in my car. After Googling where I could get air in Estes Park, I drove to O' Reilly's. Cesar checked and adjusted air pressure in all four tires without charge. I appreciated his assistance. We'll done.

I wanted to leave some praise for the staff at this location. Had stereotypical dead car battery on vacation. They diagnosed and replaced all in under 30 min. The manager was very friendly and helpful. They addressed my problem and got me back to my family vacation. What a great store!

The manager was so helpful! She could have just sold us the retainer clips we needed for our Ford Transit Connect, but she also gave us the info we needed to actually remove and reinstall the clips so much easier than we had been doing. Thank you for making our repair pleasant and quick. Your shared knowledge helped so much!

The folks at O'Reillys helped us when we were having a battery problem with the rental RV. They were really nice and even called some local mechanics if they could come over and swap out the batteries. Their help and great effort safed our vacation. Thanks again for the help!

So grateful to Cesar and Alexis for being absolute lifesavers!!! After a 13-hour hike, our car key fob battery died — total nightmare. We called ahead to check if they had the coin battery we needed, and they were not only super helpful on the phone but went above and beyond when we arrived. They lent us the tools to open the key fob and even helped put the new battery in. Their kindness and patience made a stressful situation so much easier. Truly amazing service — thank you both so much!!

Many thanks to Lauren and crew for their service at this location. Lauren helped us get our daughter's radiator hose repaired so we could drive back home and avoid the tow. She spent extra time helping us figure a temporary solution when they didn't have the part. Turns out no one in NoCo had the part. Great people, service minded, and very kind.

We stopped into this O’Reilly Auto Parts because our Tahoe lights were flashing on 11/27/24. We had just gotten into town and this was the night before Thanksgiving. The two gentlemen who were working did a battery check and did everything they could to determine what it was. Even though there test proved the battery and alternator were fine, it was the fact they were willing to go out in the cold and check things out. That is just great customer service. They also made recommendations of local mechanics who we could have check things out. Really appreciate these two guys and their willingness to help.

I cannot say enough good things about this O'Reilly Auto parts location I was stranded with my dogs in the local mountains with a broke down car and the Estes Park TEAM at O'Reilly Auto parts came through!!! I cannot say enough great things ..they delivered the parts even brought my dogs dog treats and food!! thank you guys so much you're my go-to all the employees and management here are absolutely amazing!!

The people who drive the white Nissan Versa company vehicles with a “How’s My Driving” sticker apparently like to engage in road rage. What goes through your head to get angry and flip someone off for no good reason in a COMPANY VEHICLE!?! And this is a common occurrence from this company… I see this kind of behavior all the time around town. Seems like these drivers don’t deserve their job and should have their license revoked if they get angry about being passed legally and at the speed limit.

I am on vacation and i woke up to the battery being dead in my vehicle. I called the store and got the manager, Kevin. Kevin was AMAZING!!! I was so pleased with the customer service, Kevin came out to our hotel and swapped my battery out at no extra cost!! The service was great and professional! I would recommend Kevin and his crew to anyone and everyone in the Estes Park, CO. area. Thank you again!!

Was on vacation....battery died, called the store. Kevin came out with a jump box, we got it started....he followed me to the store. Ryan tested the alternator to be safe and then installed my battery, no hesitation, just superb service. The employees there are super nice and are very knowledgeable when it comes to what you need. I highly recommend doing business there! They sure helped me in my time of need.
