We came out on vacation and were 9 hours from home when we had brake trouble . I called first thing in the morning and Brandon got bright in and fixed up in reasonable time and was super easy to work with .
Bad tow bad attitude , I'm not sure who came to pick my car up but they have an attitude that needs adjusted !!! my grandpa just got out of heart surgery and was coming back from his appointment . The guy got there early and wanted to complain . My grandpa asked if there was any paperwork. The dude had the nerve to tell him he don't have time for small talk !!

My daughter was on a road trip halfway across the country from home with some friends. While visiting Estes Park she experienced an issue with the car. 1000 miles from home with limited tools in the car and sunset approaching fast we didn’t have many options. I contacted Bob’s sent them a pin of her location and they were there in no time. They made the process fast and smooth and I cannot thank them enough.
This company is definitely a scam ? they really tried up charging me to get my car off their lot and pretty much tried stealing it by asking to leave my keys ? but that’s ok have fun collecting cars taking up space on your lot ? (still got the title and keys in my possession) ?????
UPDATE: We went to go get the car and got screamed at by who I am assuming is the owner. He wanted us to pay $165 for the tow, even though the only reason we had it towed there was to have the tire fixed which he apparently wasn’t able to do. We had to call the police because he was being so aggressive. He told us we was “waiting for a tire” and when I asked for proof that he ordered the tire he said “come look in my shop at how many tires I have” which I refused because I felt uncomfortable with the way he was treating me. He then tried to rope a random customer into being a witness for him. He told us we should be thankful he wasn’t charging us to keep the car there when the only reason the car was still there was because he hadn’t completed the service he promised and wouldn’t answer any of our calls, or answer and say he needed to call back then never call us.
We talked to many other companies in town who said the way we were treated and the wait for the tire was absolutely ridiculous. We had to pay another tow company to tow it to a business in town who fixed the tire same day. I’ve never been treated so poorly by a business, let alone the owner or manager of a business. I’ve already filed a complaint with the BBB.

My boyfriend used Bob’s Towing to get his car towed when it went flat (the tire is stuck on the car, we could not get it off). They took the car and said they would be able to fix it at their shop and call us when it was done.
It’s been more than a month now and we still don’t have the car back. We’ve tried calling multiple times and cannot get anyone to pick up. We’ve left so many messages. We finally drove by to try and talk to them the other day and nobody was there, but we can see the car. The tire hasn’t been repaired, it’s still sitting outside of the shop.
I had my car worked on by mohammed. I have had a lot going on lately and been a little stressed out. Mohammed treated me extremely well and he was legitimately fair on what he charged me. He did such a good job and was so kind to me. I gave him a little over a hundred dollars extra on top of what he charged me. I would definitely more than recommend business for this man.
We had a fantastic experience with this company. Our truck battery went down while on Vrain in traffic. They had a truck there in less than 5 minutes and got it back to their garage and we were driving out with a new battery in less than an hour. Super friendly and professional!

Been 2 months trying to get an invoice, over 15 emails and tons of voicemails left. This company is a bit of a joke ?♀️ maybe I’ll write a better review once they actually get me what I need……
Do not use this company! This company left my family stranded in a parking lot this weekend. I called them at 7:30pm and was told the driver would contact me. 45 minutes later still no call yet. When I called back I was told he was probably in the canyon. We were patient and after 2 1/2 hours later we called back and were told the driver couldn't be contacted and to try another company. This was almost 10pm. We were stranded the other company we called was another 2 hour wait. No vacancies this weekend. We had to call a friend who thankfully was awake and drove from Greeley to come give us a jump.
DO NOT BRING/ TOW YOUR CAR HERE. This was the worst experience with any vendor for any services ever.. Stay away from this guy (Mohamed) my truck was towed there, they fixed nothing & held my truck for ransom until I paid him $640 to have it towed to another mechanic who actually fixed it. He double changed me for the wrong part & got very upset that he couldn’t figure out the problem because “someone else worked on it before him”. I figured a triple ASE certified $165 dollar an hour mechanic should be no problem. This guy is THE WORST & should be avoided at all costs..
I hate to leave a bad review but, if you need a tow in the snow, call someone else. Mohammed was aware he was sending an inexperienced driver to get me out of a ditch, but he still charged $250 (talked him down 25 bucks) since it took 2 hours. Over an hour of that time was spent deciding how to get himself unstuck, then he finally figured out how to get me out. I was nervous the whole time and begging for someone with more experience to help. (He was not experienced with snow or towing) Ive heard from friends and neighbors that Up Top is the place to call for a tow.
Outstanding service from Bob's Towing! Mohammed came to our rescue when we had locked ourselves out of rental car and also lost the key fob. He popped the locks
so we could get all of our luggage and personal items out of the car. He even helped us look for the key, since we could not start the car without it. But when we were unable to find it, he loaded us and all our luggage into his van and drove us to our hotel. He was so friendly, professional and knowledgeable, we sure appreciated his assistance, and were also pleased to meet him. Highly recommend!
Amazing service!!! We locked our keys in our car — with it running — on a Sunday morning. We called and they were so nice, dispatched a guy immediately and he was at our cabin in 20 min!! Absolutely amazingly fast service on any day but especially on a Sunday morning!
My van slid off the road this past weekend. Called for them to come out on Sunday morning. Cole was prompt and professional. Quickly winched me out and stayed to make sure there were no other issues. Highly recommend.
These guys were so friendly, helpful, and got me back in my car quickly when I'd locked myself out in the cold on a weekend night in Estes. They arrived on sight fast and there was no damage to my car. Reasonably priced. Grateful for the crew at Bob's Towing. Thanks for your help!
Cole and Mohamed are the best! After an accident coming down the icy roads in the Rocky Mountains National Park, Cole came and pulled us out of the snow. He was very personable and made us feel safe in a time when we were worried. Mohamed ensured we were safe while the vehicle was being towed and provided a great overall experience. Thank you guys for all the help!
