Had a confrontation with Store Manager Jennifer who wanted to pick a fight in the store in front of her staff. No Class or Professional Character. Jennifer should be Fired! She displays No Respect or Tactfulness to Customers.

Horrible customer service and lazy employee's that are not willing to make up a hydraulic hose. The parts they sell are not quality either. They lost my respect and business which really sucks for them because we are local delivery company with a fleet of older trucks that is in need of parts regularly. Do business with other auto part store like Napa in Frisco. Buena Vista instead.

The manager chick Jen, is almost always rude. Can’t trust ordering over the phone with her ever. Can’t trust ordering parts to that store in general, she just sends them back instead of contacting the customer.

Store manager Jennifer thinks she is better than everyone else. Tried to side swipe me and than proceeded to try to fight. All because I was having car problems while driving. Edit to add also found out she has tried to fight high school kids for simply being parked in the parking lot. On top of her continuing to order incorrect parts and sending ordered parts back almost as soon as they get in.

Went there for front brake parts. After mechanic inspected the truck it turned out the noises were coming from worn out rear brakes. Back to O'Reilly for an exchange. Both times I delt with "Christina". She was truly a pleasure to deal with. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly, she made me feel that they appreciate my business.

This place is hit n miss. If you're having trouble, or the employee you get is having trouble rather... then get someone else or come back another time... or just do your business in Summit or Eagle Counties while running other errands.

We spent some time at a cabin near Leadville and one of the quads wouldn't start. We began troubleshooting on our own and went to O'Reilly Auto parts to ask some questions and get what we needed. They were very knowledgeable and patient. They even used a battery to do some troubleshooting on the parts we brought in. As a result we avoided purchasing parts we didn't need and were able to get what we did need. It's great to experience a business that is willing to take the time.

Can’t say thank you enough to Jennifer! We were on our way back home from camping when the truck started misfiring about 10 minutes out of town. Called and talked to Jennifer, she had all the parts. I told her I was going to disconnect the trailer and limp the truck to the store and she said she could bring them to me instead and she even brought me a couple of tools I didn’t have in the camper to complete the job. This customer service level is top notch. Thank you so much for helping us get back home.

To say the service was beyond amazing is an understatement. Mauricio (sp?) was patient and knowledgeable and really went way above and beyond to assist us when we were in a bad spot. He completely saved our day (and weekend) and we couldn't be more appreciative!!! THANK YOU!!!!!

Jennifer is an absolute life saver and deserves a raise. The sheer amount of hoops she jumps through to help and make sure things get done is impressive and beyond the call of a 9 to 5 job. X Performance will forever be in debt to you.

The most professional, friendly, and wonderful service I’ve ever received in an auto shop, Vanessa is amazing!! As a not too knowledgeable female I usually have a hard time shopping for car stuff, but she really made me feel at ease!

Went on Sunday to buy a new battery. $235.00 and asked if they would install the battery, "yes, that would be included in the price". Lady with lots of tattoos was at the register and sent out a young man to install my new battery. I was in the car watching him. It took him forever to get the old battery out and he had to bang on parts of it to loosen the connections. When he wanted to install the new battery, he could not connect it, because he bent one of the connections from banging on it. He called another man out to help him and neither one of them was able to install my new expensive battery or unbend the damaged part. My husband had to tell them what to do. Then the younger man denied that he banged on the connection or bent the part. He flat out lied to my husband even though I sat in the car watching him the whole time. No apology from either one of the men. The next morning, I called and asked for the manager. Jennifer stated she was the manager. So, I told her my problem and all she said was: "well, you got your battery installed, didn't you?" She said they were not mechanics. Then why in the world do you install batteries???? I asked her what she was intending to do about the damaged part, and she said she could call one of "her" repair shops. I am still waiting for Jennifer's call back. She was rude, unprofessional and snippy. Again, no apology. Not even from the MANAGER. Such poor service. I will definitely go to Summit from now on. At least they have professionals working on your car and managing the stores.

Also the only auto store to have a battery for my rocket for miles and miles and you had 4. Called every store from frisco to grand junction and came through above and beyond. Thank you Jennifer. Went in to simply get an oil filter. Just because I forgot my phone went to my jeep and came back in. The hispanic guy with beard and tattoos and white lady with tattoo and glasses both started suspecting me of stealing when I was just trying to find the right wix filter.. was used to autozone part numbers wich orileys are completely different. They inspected the money I gave them as if it was fake 20$ bill. Then was at the window as I was leaving writing down my plates. And they both wanted to act as if they didn't do anything wrong. I'll be that customer everytime for you both everytime I come in now. Since only there the auto parts store in town and want to produce that poor customer service. Its absolutely sad that someone can't just come in and buy somthing with out being judged and discriminated.

Our battery died on our Infiniti while camping near Leadville, CO. Pedro was most helpful--he figured out the batt er Ryan the computer said should fit our car wasn't correct. He found the right one and installed it for us IN THE RAIN! AAAwas of absolutely no help. Pedro rode to our rescue! Thank you so much!

We visited in the middle of September 2021. We suffering overheating problems of undefined causes. We stopped in here because of the recommendation of RPM of what we could do enroute. The one employee on duty that early morning helped a unsure motorist figure out what car supplies to buy and offered advice on possessable fixes for our overheating problems. Thanks!

Had to get a new battery for my 4Runner and Pedro was extremely professional and helpful. Never had a problem with these guys since I've been a resident here, and its always been an overall easy experience. Being that this industry has never had the word 'easy' affiliated with it, it's nice to have the change of pace.

I was in Leadville over Labor Day weekend with a screw in my tire. Nobody open so stopped at O'Reilly. Two young employees tried to fix the tire and when they couldn't, they put the spare on. They refused to take any more than $10 for their efforts that took at least 30 minutes. So nice and appreciated!

Went in asked for 3 ft of line for a transmission cooler. Got home and found they gave me fuel injector line. Manufacturer's website says not to use for that purpose. Went back, store wouldn't take it back even though it was not what I asked for. When I ask for the wrong thing I could see this policy, when you give me the wrong thing cause no one there know what they're doing you should eat it. The right stuff was half the price too but I came home and ordered online. You will never get another dime of my money.

Was sold the wrong low beam bulbs in Salida, came up here the next day for work so decided to stop and get the right ones. The employee (Chuck), attempted to tell me he could not return the 50 dollar bulbs I got the day before because the package was opened. After a discussion he finally returned them, then when I went to the car to get the bulb out of my car (to ensure that I bought the right ones) he proceeded to check the bulb over just to make sure I wasn't lying about the ones I had just returned (which I wasn't). Terrible attitude, terrible customer service. Only giving two stars because he actually gave me the refund after I complained that I was sold the wrong lights.

Me and a buddy broke down in Leadville and had amazing help at this store. In specific one of their employees Mitch was an outstanding help and basically the reason we got home. Good people, and great service.

It is an Oreilly that I dont have to drive over a pass to get to. The people are nice enough and the parts are parts. National chain with a hometown feel. I go here all the time, and i do my part to be courteous. When my dilapidated battery gave out on me these fine folks went way and beyond to get me up and running.

The manager Jeff is the man. I lost a bolt 4 wheelin and he helped me come up with a Jerry ring to keep the suspension together till I got back to denver. He was helpful and went above and beyond and saved me from a painful tow bill.
