We got stranded on the side of the road with alternator and battery problems and Terry came to get us. He and his wife were very helpful and friendly. They got us the parts we needed and we were able to leave the same day. Not to mention their adorable dog Cracker and the very curious goat who stands at its fence. I highly recommend if you need an auto body shop in Eads.
The alternator went out in our Honda Odyssey while in Eads, Colorado, seven hours away from home. NAPA in town did not have one in stock and was absolutely no help getting one there. But TERRY answered the phone At 8 AM and sent one of his guys half an hour one way to go get us one. And when the alternator was brought to us, he even offered to help install. We had a newborn baby in the car, stranded dead in the water and Terry came to our rescue. Cannot recommend this guy enough. We are so thankful that people like this are still around
The folks who run this place may be the nicest people I have ever met. I had a wreck outside town and was far from home. Terry and his wife took such good care of me from retrieving the wreck outside of town to storing the wreck at their place in town. They were understanding in letting me get the things I needed out of the vehicle, let me stay on the property til my ride arrived, and made sure I was taken care of all around. Terry is an amazing man from another time period. They just do not make men like him anymore. He's the type of guy John Wayne dreams about being when he grows up. I just want to thank both Terry and his wife for making a very bleak situation a bright spot. They are a no nonsense, honest, hard working kind of people that the world needs more of, but sadly has less and less of every day. If you are in the Eads area these are the people to do business with. Period.
We stopped to help a stranded motorist. We could not get their car started, and called a truck stop in the next town to see if they had road service. They recommended Terry's. The other car's driver thought any help would be one, to three, hours away. Terry responded quickly, and was at the breakdown spot in about fifteen minutes.
Terry was a huge help getting me back on the road on a Saturday evening. Even gave me a used part I needed to get things going, only charged for the tow! Allowed me shop space to work on my truck. He and his wife are great people.
