They were so helpful fitting me in to schedule a used vehicle inspection within 4 days of receipt of vehicle. And then day of I accidentally went to the wrong mechanic across the street . I went over and apologized and they said it was no big deal. I will consider them again in the future!
I went here for a Tundra pre purchase inspection, incredibly knowledgeable team who saved me a lot of heart ache. Very thorough and took their time diagnosing and inspecting the truck bumper to bumper. Explained and showed all potential issues and explained them in layman’s terms to me.
I spent two mortgage payments and an entire week at Japanese Auto Service who couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my 2006 Lexus RX 400h. These guys figured it out on their first try and had my car back to me in a few hours and for a reasonable price. I’ll definitely be bringing my car back to these guys
My car’s check engine light recently came on, so I called and spoke to Laura. She said I could stop by and they could use their scanning to see what the specific issue was. I stopped by on my way home from work and the owner came out and did it himself. He was very upfront and honest and told me the issue and said that it wasn’t something that needed immediate attention. And would not impact my ability to drive the car. I was grateful for his honesty and since my car is older, I didn’t want to invest a bunch of money in my car for nothing. There was no charge for his assessment and advice. I am definitely returning to this shop to give them my business.
This is a stand-out auto repair shop. Not only do they go out of their way to accommodate new customers, but they also bend over backward to accommodate existing customers into their busy schedules. Definitely not an above and beyond customer service experience. I was stranded with a blown tire, literally right outside their shop as a coincidence thinking that this was the worse/best thing. And couldn’t take the small amount of time to help me get a new tire on my rim. Probably would say an easy 15-20
Min job cause I already had a tire I just needed someone to put it on the rim. With 2 hours still left before they closed and after seeing I hadn’t been to their shop before they turned me away cause they were trying to wrap up already for the night…
Don, Craig and Laura are very professional, and straight to the point---no upselling; they did exactly what I requested. I needed my Miller Cat catalytic converter shield installed and they were able to complete it in under an hour, and at a very good price. Stop by their place; they know all things Toyota.
Don and Craig as do the rest of the employees at His Tech REALLY know their stuff and are going to give your vehicle a total comprehensive going over to give you all the information you need to get your car back to optimum running order!! As good probably better than what the dealership can do for WAY WAY less!! A really safe confident place to take your Lexus/ Toyota or any make. They will put a smile on your face.

Call on 7/10 to ask some questions and tried to set up a time. Woman that answered the phone was clearly in a hurry to NOT speak with me. I had to tell her 3 times that i need to work out transportation while my vehicle would be in the shop. She finally told me… “do you want the appointment or not, I have other things to do”. Really… wow! I would post a zero, but it’s not an option.
If this is who they want as there up front person… I will be finding a new shop.

I have never met a staff who are so honest and trustworthy. They told me that the tubing connected to my catalytic converter was too short and installed improperly my Midas. Instead of making money off of this, they advised me to go to Midas and ensure that they fix the problem. Even gave me their business card and told me to have Midas call them if they gave my any trouble, I will definitely be coming back for all my car maintenance in the future!
Fantastic and trustworthy local business! They were able to get me in quickly for an estimate (dropped off in the morning with plan to pick up at the end of the day). I was expecting it to be a pretty significant (and expensive) repair, but they ended up finding a minor issue that they fixed that day (and for a reasonable price). I really appreciate when car repair places don’t recommend things you don’t need and take time to explain things to you. I’m definitely planning to go back for my next service!
Unfortunately I got a DUI and have a blow box on my car. Since then I have completely quit drinking, have paid my dues, and have a blow box on my car with several interchangeable mouth pieces for mechanics to use. I spoke to Laura on the phone who made me feel rejected and worse about my situation saying "nobody would want to work on your car if they had to use the blow box, would you?". I get it. I made a mistake. But all I wanted was a vehicle repair, not a moral degradation lesson. She said she would ask the owner, but I instead have found several other mechanics more than happy to work with me and my vehicle who also have worked around the blow boxes. Plus I didn't get the guilt trip. Laura, no thank you.
My family has been bringing our cars to Don and Craig for years. They are honest and transparent and offer great service. They stay very busy, but always make an effort to fit our cars into their schedule. Always recommended for import auto service!
Solid shop for my Lexus and Honda over the years. Avoid dealer svc. markups and go here. Trusted and honest, which counts for a lot. I've bought used cars, taken them here and said, "Find everything wrong with it." Could've taken me to the cleaners, but being a business with strong integrity, they did not. Simply pointed out basic service items and went from there. Recommend 100%.

I have been taking vehicles to Craig and Don for as long as they’ve been in business here. They know what they’re doing, give me honest answers and reliable, quality service. I’ve always been happy with their work and advice. I once took a used car I was about to purchase to them and they told me not to buy it and why. They don’t take advantage; they are a company and people of integrity as well as competence. I give my highest recommendation. My only complaint: they’re going to need to expand eventually because they are THAT good.
Craig and his mechanics really know what they are doing. My 2002 Toyota Tacoma was not running well and they made a quick diagnosis and did a great job with the repair. They also gave me practical feedback on other service items that needed attention and I was able to decide how best to spend my limited repair funds. I have been coming to Hi-Tech Import Automotive for over 15 years, even back when George and Mary owned the store. I was concerned when the shop was sold to new owners, but Craig and his crew are absolutely fantastic. They are extremely knowledgeable and skilled, as well as totally honest, and very personable. They are able to explain the problems they identify with your car, and what needs to be done to remedy the problem; and they never perform or suggest work be performed when it is unnecessary. I find them to be fair in what they charge for labor, and unlike some shops, they do not overprice parts. I trust these guys 100% and I cannot say that about any other automotive shop. I want to recommend this shop to everyone because I know I can do that with full confidence that everyone I refer would be happy. However, if I recommend this shop to everyone, I'll never be able to get my car in!
The guys at Hi Tech are the best. I've been taking my Honda and Lexus vehicles there for years and always receive excellent service. They are honest about the service your car needs, and will never try to push a repair you can defer until later. Even though I live across town, I drive 40 minutes out of my way to get my cars serviced at Hi Tech.
