I believe her name is Monica but she is the rudest, most unprofessional costumer service representative I’ve had the displeasure of interacting with. The rest of the team was helpful and although the work they did on my car turned out nice, it took twice the amount of time that was estimated and the communication was extremely lacking. State Farm sent me here and I probably wouldn’t consider returning for any future repairs.
Crash Champions were great. My needed minor body work after sideswiping another vehicle. The repair work was excellent, the paint was perfect. The work was on time or nearly so (my car is a 2009 model so parts must have been difficult to fine). The shop did an excellent job detailing the interior before returning it to me.
They installed the wrong color name plate. Said they would order. Also they removed my sport bar and left bolts out. Sport lights worked prior to repair. One is not workin now. I spoke with GM he was going to call me in an hour with a solution. That was a week ago! Weeks later I am still having problems with this facility. They also installed a pillar molding improperly I got tired of the no follow up from the shop and started to communicate via my insurance company. They lied to me insurance company and said that they contacted me and my concern was addressed a week ago. This is not true. This is the most unprofessional shop in the collision industry. Stay away from these liars!!!
Unfortunately our car has been involved in 2 accidents this year.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Do not believe that their work is warrantied for life because it isn't. After four months the paint started chipping, we took our car back for it to be repaired thinking it was under warranty and they said it was our fault. So now we are trying to deal with State Farm on this but it is a nightmare. State Farm recommended this place. Don't go there.

This company was fast, friendly, and fair! They over delivered on timeline, repairs, and were fair on pricing. My car was returned to me repaired and sparkly clean. My car was repaired in less than two weeks and they did quality work. Very impressed and have already recommended to several people.
Zero accountability, AVOID THIS LOCATION!!They lost parts on my wheels after they handed the car to another shop and then refused to take accountability for their mistake. They looked me in the eyes and said you aren’t gonna do anything. They talked over me more than one time. Multiple employees were talking over each other just to get their loud point across and as I was leaving they made childish remarks about what I was wearing as well every employee in the shop chiming in making remarks about me as I walked out. 0/10 would never recommend their service to anyone. Also be careful, they might “misplace” parts on your car and then say best they can do is order more. They also told me to my face that the parts they installed on my car were brand new but upon inspection, you can clearly see they are used and dirty.
Excellent experience here. Staff members were very helpful and friendly. This shop was a preferred provider for my insurance and things went very smoothly between insurance, Crash Champions and the Enterprise rental office they both work with. I couldn't have asked for an easier experience and they did a really nice job with my car. I had to go back for a very minor issue and they took care of it on the spot.
Very friendly staff! Easy to book an appointment. Easy to work with via insurance. All the work was done well, and the vehicle was returned to us even sooner than expected!
I hope we never need to use them again, but if we did, I would be happy to go back and know that I was in good hands!

I needed some work on my car and this location is literally across the street, 368 ft away. I dropped by the office on Monday morning, March 24th and Adam was the one who came out, took pictures of the damage on my car and told me I would have an estimate by around 4:00 that day. I did not hear from him so called and left a message on the 27th because he was not there. I told the receptionist for him to give me a call or email the estimate; still NOTHING. April 2nd, I call again and ask for Adam but he was out again so I asked if they were just not interested in working on my car or what was going on because I STILL had not heard from anyone. It is April 8th and I still have not had any contact. Guess because I was paying out of pocket I was not a customer they were looking for or that the damage did not meet their standards. I have assumed from their actions that this is not a company that I could trust to do what they say they will do. It would have been so convenient for me and I have watched the quality of work drive out of this business so therefore I wanted them to do the work. I’m am sorry they did feel I was a customer worthy of their business.
They are excellent communicators, always updating with progress reports. Monica is amazing, personable, very knowledgeable, explained everything along the process. They did an awesome job fixing my daughter's vehicle.
I had my car fixed here through Progressive insurance after I was rear-ended on a snowy night. GREAT people and great service. They kept me updated through texts on when my car was estimated to be ready and called when it was done. I got my car back in less than two weeks and a couple days earlier than their anticipated completion date! Daniel worked with me and was very friendly and answered my questions when I dropped my car off and when I picked it up. They had to do repairs to the minor damage in my bumper and it looks good as new! I would definitely recommend this location if you need work done on your car and I will be going back if needed in the future.
Excellent service and repairs. I highly recommend Crash Champions for collision work. Every other place I called had a 2 month wait for just an estimate appointment. Crash Champions had a drop off option that included estmate and repairs. They wasted no time getting to my vehicle. I had excellent communication on the parts needed and progress on repairs. The staff in the office was great. Very professional. My car was hit while parked and initially seemed like not much damage. They replaced a dozen sensors, matched paint colors perfectly, and detailed the car inside and out! I received complete photos of the damages and the repairs. I received regular updates on the progress towards pickup dates. In the end I got the car 4 days early! Looks perfect. Highly recommend!!!
This shop did a nice job on the repairs to our truck. The number one reason I would not recommend them is that the communication in the office and with me was horrifically lacking. My truck was in for repairs for 6 weeks but it wasn’t until my rental car had to be returned before the shop actually started communicating with me about the status of my repairs. I was trying not to be a bother so called once a week. Normally I was told that it should be soon as I was one of the vehicles that had been there the longest. No one ever stated they were waiting on parts and often Monica, the representative who answers when I called, told me that she would tell them that I had called, and yet I did not receive calls back. The one consistent bit of communication that I was given when I called was that they were so busy with new contracts and that’s why everything was taking so long.
The one thing the shop was very good at was that they had not completed part of our tailgate and they got me in and out in one day when I brought it to their attention.
When we were on the way to pick up our truck, Monica called and said we owed about $6000 before they would release the truck. I was 10 mins away and had driven over an hour to get there. I knew what she was talking about as the insurance company had sent us the check. However, this falls into their communication issues, we had already picked up the truck and paid part of the cost. If we had not returned the truck, we would not have known about that additional cost and we already had the truck! They were absolutely due the money, but I thought their quote had been significantly lower and was pretty excited about that. As no one had ever told me anything about their quote until we picked the truck up, I was just assuming. So, when I told her that I did not bring my credit card to make the payment and had no alternatives to get home, her manager allowed me to go home and I called in the remaining payment. Unfortunately, when Monica was telling her manager the story in front of me, she used air quotes to say that I had forgotten my card. I had not! I did not bring it on purpose as I didn’t know it was necessary.

I can't talk about pricing as insurance covered all the work done on it since someone hit me, but extremely satisfied all around.
So my car wasn’t even in an accident we had it serviced a year or two back and the bozos ripped off the clips. I go to crash champions so they could put the Bumper back on it’s an easy job I thought I guess not for them. A month goes by and they call me up I go down to see that it’s hanging off! Not even lined up right and bro comes out and says “that’s the best we can do” my 6 year old niece could do a better job in arts and crafts they for real put my car together with Lego pieces.
Crash Champions Lakewood customer experience was really great, especially for them being a car repair place. They actually finished my repair about a week or so earlier than they originally anticipated and called me as soon as it was ready to pick up! They reached out the auto insurance for me to get the payment process started. The repair and paint job looks brand new. They communicated with me via text, email, and phone along the whole process which was very helpful!
The staff at Crash Champions were the best! Incredibly personable and quick to respond to getting the body work scheduled and setup. They sent text updates as they had them available and communicated when my car was ready for pickup. Enterprise was my rental car company and they were also able to drop off and pickup the rental from the Crash parking lot which made moving car seats in the rain SO MUCH better! I would definitely take my car back to this location for any future body work! Oh, also my old car looks great as well :) Thanks Crash Champions!!
The customer service was outstanding The pickup times were even earlier than I had anticipated. I only have one minor complaint, which is that my car wasn't polished after the paint job.
I was hit pretty good by another driver and when my insurance recommended another place I panicked because they wouldn't be able to get me in until the end of this year. I found Crash Champions on a random Google search and it was the best thing I probably could have done. Once I got my insurance to work with them they got me in super quickly, and they did an amazing job with my car! I almost cried seeing it once repairs were done because it was a weight off my shoulders knowing I had given my trust to a dedicated team who repaired my car quickly and with care. They kept me updated frequently and answered my (many) questions every time I called, and the only payment was my insurance deductable. If I ever have to go to them again (I hope not for the sake of my bank account) or if anyone needs a reliable place to fix there car 10/10 recommend this place. I probably sound cheesy and like a suck up but I really am grateful to this place and the team who helped me. Thank you guys so much for fixing my car!
People are friendly and attentive. Body work on my Maxima looked ok and the painting looks really good. The body work, however, did not match the other side of the vehicle

Brought my grandmothers car here for insurance repairs. The repairs were completed in a timely manner, but they broke the key fob and then tried to tell us that it was broken when they got it! We gave them the spare key to the vehicle that has been kept in my safe!
When we got the vehicle back, we couldn't even open or close the key fob completely.
When my mom spoke to Johnny about it today, he was very rude. She did not even raise her voice, but explained to him that THEY broke the key fob and his response was to speak over her and tell her to "calm down." He said "these things break." Yes, they do, but it happened while in this shop's care. The key fob is broken like someone crushed it with something. The manager opened it and said it was broken. The manager can't even take responsibility for the mistake that his team made. Things happen, but this place has no integrity and the management team has no customer facing skills at all.
I will update my rating if and when they replace the keyfob. Just waited a week for a callback I didn't recieve and had to follow up on because the manager wanted to see if my insurance would cover it...that makes no sense since the shop damaged it! Obviously my insurance said no. This is slimey business practice. Now we have to wait for another callback while they decide whether or not they're going to replace it. Luckily we have an attorney who can help us if they choose not to fix their mishandling of our property.
UPDATE: Shocker, Johnny never called back. The receptionist was really nasty when we called about speaking to an owner. Wouldn't even give her name. Wouldn't provide corporate information. She said "you can find it online." Luckily we found it on our own. Corporate has been very responsive so far, but the issue has not yet been resolved.
I arrived this morning after clarifying my deductible on my truck. They tried to charge me more than my deductible. They also did not complete the work the exhaust was not put back in place the Runningboard was not repaired. And what was repaired I could’ve done it myself there is swirl marks everywhere there’s no paint correction. Not only did they try to take it vantage of a woman they refused to take the rental car keys for me. The work that they did do a high school student could’ve performed. Absolutely no quality the repair was not finished they handed me my keys and they try to charge me more for my deductible True definition of trying to take advantage of a woman. And I can tell you right now without completing all of the work how dare they tried to charge more. They build Geico for all of it. I will be sending Geico the photos of the non-complete job on my ram so they can retrieve the money that they paid to have it done correctly. They did not finish their job or complete their contract and yet required more payment then was necessary. Because I’m a woman. I let Geico know the repairs were not complete I saw on the order that they paid for them to be complete. My ex-husband has done bodywork for years I should’ve just had him fix it for me. They absolutely did not do their job. They billed my insurance company for a completed job that was never completed. The photos attached will show their ability to do work on a vehicle and their lack of ability to complete everything they build the insurance company for. I was logically upset I’ve been having a very difficult month and they did absolutely nothing customer service wise other than to escalate the situation. Service non-Grada also I just realize the bed was not at all replace the fender was not replaced they simply popped back out the dent. I just called their corporate office. In my personal opinion it looks like insurance fraud I don’t think that my insurance company disagrees. You have billed them for multiple things that were not at all addressed charge them for parts you did not put on my truck. Service non-Grada. Absolutely appalling do not take your vehicle here run do not walk away from this company we will see how the corporate office handles them. 20% of the repairs were completed and not to a satisfactory standard. Collected money for parts and labor that was not performed from my insurance company.
My Jeep was broken into but Crash Champions did such an amazing job. They even took the time to repair chips in my paint for no cost.
I would not only bring my car here again I would also recommend Crash Champions to anyone in a accident.
