When I called to confirm that they had the part I needed Logan was friendly and helpful, and in store Angel was amazing and even offered to help carry the part for me because it was heavy. I got there last night at 8:51 because my windshield wiper broke and I was heading home to Colorado Springs. I already knew what I needed and I just need to get in and get out so i could go home. The employee made eye contact with me and got up and locked the door. The employee told me his manager makes them close the store 10 minutes early and he’s going to get in so much trouble. After finally letting me in i was in and out before 9pm. While I was grabbing my items the employee kept making remarks the entire time about how horrible his job is and how “this” happens every night. Grow up.
I went in yesterday, 06-27-to help my dad with his battery. There was a little mix-up but not on the boys at the store. Although, they did their best in helping me and my dad out. And I totally appreciate all their help.
Went in for a new battery. Assistant manager greeted me immediately and helped assess my old battery and find an appropriate replacement within 5 min. So helpful!
Caesar & Daniel at this location are amazing! They deserve raises and recognition for outstanding service. I called the store looking for snow chains. I had very little for budget and help from family to help me purchase. He checked there store found my size for my tires, held them till I got to the store. I appreciate your help in time of my need!!! I've been going to O'Reilly for over a year for all my car needs!!

Zero customers in the store except me. Not greeted or helped by either of the kids at the register while trying to find what i was looking for. All good, easy to see why this store gets no business. Luckily the autozone next door was helpful and attentive, with more than just a pulse.

I have an interlock installed in my car and it has been a nightmare situation with my battery. I went to O'Rileys for help and let me start by saying, I cannot say enough good things about the store manager Demetrius!!!! I went there needing a battery and have zero knowledge about anything car related. He looked up the make and model of my car, he went over the various options that were available to me, and helped me make the best decision based on my situation. He went above and beyond, taking my old battery out and putting in the new one. It is a rainy day and he didn't mind getting cold to help me out. Best experience with an auto part store!!!
Took my son in to get oil and filter for his car. Employee was quick to look up correct filter, and we were in and out in like 5 minutes. My go to spot for parts, and it is right across the street from where I live. So that helps!
Bought antifreeze here and splashed some of it on my hand in the parking lot. Came in and ask if I could wash my hands. Guy said the bathroom is closed to the public. Really O'REILLY? I can't use your bathroom to wash a chemical off my hands. Hopefully, no one gets anything in their eye or their kids don't have an emergency.
The guys at the Colfax and Fenton location are the best. Super nice and helpful. After spending an hour or so trying to watch YouTube to learn how to change my lowbeam headlight bulb, I pulled into your store and a gentleman with long hair and glasses (sorry didn't catch his name) working in the morning on Wednesday was very helpful in choosing the correct bulbs and even installed them for me. Took him no more than 10 minutes. Anytime I need any car stuff I choose this location for that very reason. Thank you!

The guys at the shop there today absolutely saved my car - had it not been for them I would’ve blown my engine due to the negligence of an AutoNation shop. Hands down best customer service by far! So grateful these guys know what they are doing and are so willing to help! Thankful for them today and so grateful for their efforts to help me with my Jeep today.
I'm not to happy with this lifetime fuel pump i bought ive replaced it twice and I'm already 2 months in and have to do it again sorry but I have to go somewhere else and get better quality you has a Corp need much improvement. Employees are always cool at least you got that.
I was sent to this location to pick up the batteries for my Fob. The gentleman who helped me, Robert, didn't even offer to replace them for me. Not that I needed help doing that but it would have been nice if he offered.
I was taken care of immediately when I walked through the entrance! Moe was helpful, professional & friendly. He grabbed Reily who grabbed his meter & they both came out to my car & tested my fuses & the current in my car. He was equally as helpful, professional & friendly! Jon was such a hospitable guy. He greeted me right away and had no hesitation to go look at my prob with my car brake lights( In the freezing cold) He helped me test my battery and replaced it! Jon was very knowledgeable on mechanical work and kind to help me out. I highly recommend this location for any car troubles being that auto zone told me over the phone they couldn’t help me out and how awesome the employees are.
Really happy with how I came in with a battery issue and not only did Randy help me he even hooked up the battery and did a quick check on the alternator. All of this was done fast and super friendly if this ever gets read I hope that Randy gets a fat raise he deserves it in my eyes
I was stuck with the dreaded dead battery and no knowledge on how to exchange it out. chuck, the store manager, went out of his way to help me understand it and get it all swapped out. He was so nice and so patient and he definitely deserves some recognition!
