Daniel (truck 141) towed my totaled truck, full of tools and my personal belongings, to my home in the mountains after a devastating accident on 6th avenue highway in Lakewood. It was in their impound lot and a couple of days later because I spent one in the hospital. It took a couple hours of waiting at their impound lot on Tejon to be on my way home finally but as Daniel later explained, there had been a company-wide driver meeting that afternoon so I figure I was lucky to get him as my driver. From talking with him on our 50 some miles trip I could tell he was a very diligent and conscientious person and felt like a friend. When we got to my house, Daniel went over and above to get the truck skillfully tucked in to my driveway so I could transfer my tools and possibly salvage the parts that are still usable. It was very refreshing to have a driver that cared about me and my situation. My only disappointment was that the driver, who is not identified on my paperwork, threw a scoop full of floor dry into a broken window of my truck at the accident scene. All in all it was worth the $532. And I was very lucky not to be seriously injured
Came to the rescue in 10 minutes and helped tow our truck to our preferred location. Karl is such a kind soul and so friendly. Thank you Karl! Saved the day
Daniel in truck #141 was professional, kind, and accommodating when he towed my vehicle. This was my first experience with a tow company and I was lucky to get Daniel. Thank you for making my situation less stressful. Huge help!
Edit: DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE these scammers just sent the previous owner of my vehicle a bill for towing despite the fact I was physically just there, they have copies of all my information, and know who the insurance provider is and who they are supposed to charge. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
These guys really need to get their act together. Rude and unprofessional behavior from the staff, though the driver I dealt with was great.
Had to use AAA yesterday and they sent Ace. But right before that an Ace worker helped us on his off time. He happened to be having lunch where our car broke down. Anyway they are all so nice and efficient and kind. Good company
My apartment complex required us to empty the Parking lot for a day so they could repave. I had just gone through all the trouble of getting a replacement title so I could sell the vehicle for junk because the engine blew. It was a process because the title didn't have both of my last names and my ID does. So I had to go through extra steps to get it done. My son and I pushed the car out of the Parking lot the night before, and put it on the street. We moved it to the end of the street because we wanted to be considerate of the people who park on the street so they could have parking closer to their doors. We live in an area where there are lots of small apartment complexes that line the streets. There are no houses in a several block radius, only apartments. I had put some bins of brand new seasonal decorations I got that I planned to take to my storage unit in the car. I ended up having to go out of town to help my son in another state. We didn't have a way to get the car pushed back into the Parking lot because it was uphill, and towing would negate any money I might get from selling for junk. We decided to do it when we got back. I get a message from my other son who stayed here at home that there's a letter from ace towing. I called them to find out that my car had been taken by them. Apparently it was reported abandoned by Lakewood PD. I am sure Lakewood PD can look up the license plate and see who owns a car and their address. If they did that, they would have seen that I live just down the street from where the car was. By this time, the car had accrued over $1100 in fees. They said if I paid for the tow, and handed over the title, I could get everything from my vehicle, but that would have been a waste. There was a lot of stuff left behind in my vehicle, but not worth the $250 to relinquish it. I'm also not sure they wouldn't still charge the storage fee.
These people also took my son's Car years ago and when we went to get it, we went to the wrong location. By the time we figured that out, the right one would be closed if we drove over there, and we ended up paying over $500 to get the car. Because it was the third day. After the third day, they charge you extra. At least they did then.
Ace is not the cheapest for tows either. The people who towed my car when the engine blew charged HALF what ace wanted for this tow. Lakewood PD uses ace for some reason, that's who they called when my engine blew and I was stuck on the exit ramp off the highway. I do not recommend this place to anyone!
My sister Terri called for a tow and Mike and his female assistant I wanna say I believe her name was Christine sorry don't remember for sure came out in a very short waiting time,and went above and beyond helping us getting to a close by walmart for tire's. They both were very prompt knowledgeable as well as friendly and pleasant we got them thru AAA road service and would diffently recommend this company because of these two great people THANK YOU Mike and associate
Daniel; truck 141. He is one of the best tow truck driver in the world, for real. He got the car from destination A to B even with strategic tow placement for no damage to the vehicle. 10 out of 10 would recommend to friends!!!!!
So so thankful for the help of Todd with Ace! He had truck #133 and he saved me from the side of a super busy highway!! He very gratuitously accepted a long trip to drop my car near my house, about an hour out of his way. I have used Ace Towing many times but Todd showed amazing kindness, gave prompt updates and was familiar with the area (even when I wasn’t!). THANK YOU!
I called AAA and they sent John in truck 106. He arrived much more quickly than I anticipated and could not have been more helpful. My car was in a lot that was way too small for a tow truck, so he helped us get the car to a location where he could safely get us on the truck. He made a rough situation much easier.
Carl was absolutely amazing and so helpful, made my bad car situation as convenient as possible. Used AAA and they had him tow my car, he arrived super quick as well. Couldn’t have asked for a more helpful and overall friendly person to help me with this. Thank you Carl!!
Scheduled a tow through AAA. AAA service was average, but the service from Ace was fantastic! Friendly and helpful call from the dispatch team, then a call from Carl, the driver, to say when he would arrive. Once he did (right on time!) he was friendly and fast to get the car on the truck and on its way to the shop. Thank you!
I used AAA and they sent over ACE Towing. He arrived within 20 mins. I had my dog in the car and he made sure my dog was safe in the car. He was very nice and it was very pleasant. Made the whole ordeal a lot easier for me

Had a flat tire and had problems with the spare. I called AAA and soon after Darrius w/ Ace Towing called me with ETA of 20mins. Quickest service I've ever received when using AAA.. Darrius arrived in the timeframe quoted and was very knowledgable. After learning my spare was wrong size, he was able to tow my car quickly and carefully. He kept me informed during the entire process and I am very grateful for his services. Highly Recommended!!

Ace Towing was PHENOMENAL!! Very prompt and genuinely kind/respectful service. I had the misfortune of calling my dad to wish him a happy Father’s Day to unexpectedly see him in an ER bed the same day I had to get a tow. The driver they sent out really felt like my own dad coming to rescue me, he was truly a blessing. First of all, after an accident, the tow truck driver didn't know how to connect the truck to the van. Our mistake was not getting the vehicle out right away and instead waiting for insurance that never existed by the party that caused the crash. After learning of the insurance, we attempted to call the yard to see what the cost would be to retrieve the vehicle. They wouldn't help without VIN info so we had to call back. Called back and was told it's too late, van was scrapped. They sent certified mail to two old addresses and called once. They didn't know where the van was sent, strange. Not nearly enough effort to get in touch with the owner.
i would like to take this opportunity to express my deepest gratitude to Daniel (141), who was the absolute man in retrieving my vehicle after breaking down at the bottom of and entrance to the 25 under an overpass - the absolute worst place for my alternator to die as there was no shoulder to push my car onto and traffic was backing up behind me. i was scheduled to drive to Dallas that day and the timing couldn't have been worse for this to happen. Daniel pulled up like an absolute chad and maneuvered impossible traffic conditions to retrieve my bricked Cadillac and saw to it that i made it all the way home so that i could perform the necessary repairs. dude is a wellspring of professionalism, efficiency and positivity. i couldn't have asked for a better experience. thank you, Daniel.
Hit and run. Ace tow truck hit and damaged my vehicle with careless and aggressive driving at King Soopers parking and the driver tried to getaway speeding, but I was able to chase him and take pictures and report him to the Lakewood Police
Drew was the most awesome technician. He was so careful. I felt he really did care about doing no damage to my vehicle and was successful. I’m so thankful for this company today.
Unfortunately, I used them to tow my wrecked truck home, but they were quick to respond, friendly, and compassionate. The lady who dispatched the driver asked if I was ok and gave me words of encouragement.
Bob towed me on 2/23/2023 he was so awesome and helpful! Price was $180 from Lakewood to Northglenn which I thought was very fair considering how careful he was with my car and it being super cold out and having to hit rush hour traffic to get there. Thank you
Todd is the world's best tow driver. Untull i med Todd, I had never met a tow driver that genuinely cared about the customer. He took his time to make sure the tow went smoothly, and offered advice on my vehicle. Very satisfied with Todd.
We received a professional and kind service from Ace Towing. Brad did an amazing job. He was professional and polite. Along with the fact that he was an Army Vet like me made him pretty solid in my book. lol. Thanks for your service Brad and thanks for a pleasant experience with the tow. We had to have our car towed because the place that changed the oil forgot to put the dipstick back in and it saturated our starter. just a tip for ya all. always check your dipsticks and plugs after someone changes your oil or you may end up like us.
