Great customer service but I was charged $176.78 to tow my car a little less than 5 miles away.. only writing this because the mechanic i took my car to messed up my repair and now im stuck having to get another tow truck. Ive paid $75 in the past for a tow truck covering a much much larger distance. I was towed at 3pm during business hours and he showed up pretty quickly. I didn’t ask how much it would be until after my car was already towed because i did not expect it to be so much for such a short distance.. I feel scammed tbh
Fast. My car was stuck in a parking garage, he came and found the issue like he was a mechanic, fixed it and didn’t even tow me I was able to drive away.

JD went above and beyond the call of service today 2/27. He loaded my camper that has a compromised tow kit up on his flat bed, braved the hill down to a concrete patio drop site. He remained professional throughout, even when his truck got stuck. I would've been drppi a few f bombs.

We had an issue with our car battery and needed a tow and JD was the first place that popped up nearby us in Lakewood. We called and told him the problem and he worked with us on the price as much as he could and was there within 45 min. 1.4 miles later we were at the auto shop to get our car fixed. Very nice guy, great service and flexible when it came to price. I highly recommend.

JD was quick! I was stuck on C-470 in a bad spot where trucks kept coming over into the breakdown lane. JD came immediately and got me to safety. He was also $50 cheaper than the other 2 bigger towing places. Couldn't reccomend more! 5 stars.
Sal is professional, courteous and efficient. I was in a bind and he helped me out with a last minute request. He worked with me on the pickup times and communicated with me during the entire process. I had a great experience using JD’s towing. They transported my old truck from Loveland to Monument for a very reasonable price. Everything was easily arranged through text messages and was quickly scheduled the day after I made contact. I received status updates and pictures throughout the process and was charged exactly what was quoted. I will use them again!
The driver told he would see me in 15 minutes and he was there in 15 minutes.The price to tow my car was realistic and was fair considering it was around rush hour. He was friendly and helpful. I used JD's to move my classic car from storage to a speciality restoration shop. We agreed on a time/date - he met me there on time. Delivered the car to the shop quickly and efficiently. My car is really low to the ground - he did everything to ensure the car was loaded and unloaded safely.
