Excellent experience all around. I hadn't used Aspen Total Auto in years, and I'm happy to be back with them. They had all of my previous info online, so it was easy to get back started. Service managers are highly capable and communicative. Work was done on time and within budget. 5 stars.

Aspen Total Automotive is awesome. Here’s why: -easy to understand proposal of work and great verbal follow up with details -put me on the schedule and had a loaner to get me around for the day -finished the job when the said they would -easy after hours drop off of loaner and pick up of my car meant I could avoid end of day traffic from aspen to ABC -final bill and work done details and information were easy to understand and detailed -they also credited me for some tax that was not necessary so they are looking out for clients at every step

This repair shop is competent, fair in its charging and friendly. I used to travel to Glenwood for repairs only to often have to return to the repair shop when the repair required more work and pay high prices. Aspen Total Automotive avoids all of the travel and provides quality repair at a fair cost. Try Them.

Friendly and professional team, very pleasant from the appointment booking on the phone to the vehicle drop off and pick up. The team communicated with each other as well to the ease and assurance of our experience. This will be our go-to for oil changes and other maintenance from now on!

We needed new tires for our truck. Patrick was very knowledgeable and cost conscious about recommending a solid product with great value. Super easy to schedule with their new after-work appointments. Service was outstanding with attentive check-in afterward to make sure everything was working as hoped. Local owners Sarah and Matt are providing great products, great service and are doing great by the community. Doesn't get any better than that. We love taking our vehicles to them.

I’m so impressed with the attentive care given to my Audi. The service at the front desk is polite and helpful. The work on my car has been thorough with helpful suggestions for future care. I’ve never had such great car care! I will never go back to Audi for service again!

My car was giving a tire pressure monitor (TPM) warning, and I had temporarily replaced a coolant hose with an air hose. I was charged $330 for diagnostics, despite the issues being obvious, but they still weren’t fixed. The coolant system wasn’t broken down and inspected, and the TPM sensors weren’t replaced. I paid over $500 and left with only an oil change (for which I supplied most of the oil) and a single brake light bulb replaced. On a positive note, Pat was very nice and made scheduling easy.

This place is great Sara the owner is friendly and attentive. Patrick and Pat, as well as Jackson, the German Shepherd, and his owner, who I forgot his name I’m sorry also friendly and courteous. They got me in and out quickly and it is my go to place when I am in aspen!

Highly recommend! Ran into unexpected car trouble while visiting Aspen for the weekend, and Pat was extremely helpful in getting us in last minute to make sure we could drive hours back home safely. Truly a life saver and made the whole process smooth/easy.

Had a tire blowout on the way to Aspen over Labor Day weekend. The concierge at our hotel referred me to Aspen total automotive. I called them and dropped off the tire which they had to order and had it in the next day. Saved the vacation! I highly recommend using them!

From start to finish the team at Aspen Total Automotive was professional, and thorough. They kept me informed of all the work that needed to be done and were transparent of the cost. Very happy with their service and will continue to use them in the future.

Needed a quick emergency tire repair, called and asked for availability and cost, and to my shock- less than an hour later our tire was repaired, and cost EXACTLY what they said it would be ($40 which is very fair considering the zip code!) My wife and kids took the car in ( I was working) and were treated with kindness and respect. Very well done, wish I had these folks for all my car needs…! 5 Star indeed.

The team at Aspen Total was super helpful and knowledgeable when I took in my old Land Rover in for a 50-point inspection. Awesome communication throughout the entire process of what needed fixing vs. what could wait.

In town from Atlanta for work and had brake issues. They quickly worked me in to their schedule, kept in constant contact, and allowed me to drop off early. Within an hour I had their diagnostics, estimates with options and online confirmation. A few hours later we arranged payment by phone as I was working late, and my car was waiting for me that night with paperwork. Can’t thank the team enough - my only regret is with the after hour pick up I wasn’t able to thank them in person!

My truck just gave out in the highway at 4:45 on a Friday. Scott and the team at Aspen Total Automotive were happy to get my truck in ASAP. The problem was quickly diagnosed and fixed. I was back on the road in just a few days. Friendly and communicative staff. These guys are great and I’d trust them with my truck anytime.
