Did a great job fixing a crack in my windshield. It’s been about a month now through several freeze/thaw cycles and off-roading and the crack hasn’t grown a bit and is essentially invisible. They were quick and easy to work with and did a much better job than I could have done myself. Highly recommended!

These guys are the best! We got a replacement part for our bike rack from them that we couldn't get anywhere else. We bought our rack from them a couple years ago as well! They hooked it up both times.
Do yourselves a favor and just get your windshield replaced here… Courteous, excellent customer service, great repair!!! Save yourself the trouble of the down Valley shops not worth the time and effort!!! I’m glad my Uncle recommended this place, they are totally top notch! Brought my Sprinter Van in as well as an owl box I received for Christmas to swap with an existing box. I was told by the owner before scheduling the appointment that it was no problem and it would take an hour to swap the boxes. That seemed reasonable to me as the manufacturer charges $100 to install the box. I dropped the van at 2pm for my 3pm appointment. When I arrived at 4pm the guys were still working on the install and didn’t see the shelf that came with it despite being an Owl Dealer/Installer. I ended up waiting until 5:30pm for it to be finished. I guess they started working on it right after I dropped it off because I was charged for 3.5 hours and cost me $625! When I asked about the charges I was told “you brought your own food to the restaurant” and “it takes a lot of time to unpack and dispose of the cardboard that the new owl box came in”. Really disappointed and mad at myself for not getting a quote before hand.
Unfortunately, we just had to replace a windscreen on one of our cars for the third time in two years. Cracks & Racks always took care of this, quick, efficient and professionally. Super friendly people, very responsive and great service.

I was so impressed with the level of communication that Scott exemplified. I love a business that works like this. He was so quick to respond to my questions via text and even got me an earlier appointment. My bike rack was installed very quickly and Scott took the time to explain everything about its operation. This is a great place to get a top of the line bike rack for sure!

Probably the easiest, most seamless process to get a new windshield. Scheduled via text, dropped my truck off 2 days later in the morning, received text it was done 4-hours later. They coordinated with my insurance company for payment. 15/10 would recommend.
I had a disappointing experience with this company regarding a mail order item. I made an error in my order, which resulted in the wrong item being shipped. When I politely requested that Cracks and Racks pay at least part of their rather expensive shipping charge, they responded with a series of increasingly aggressive and abusive comments that were completely unprofessional and inappropriate. I recommend taking your business elsewhere.
Really helpful and kind! Their service team member quickly assisted me with a lost hitch rack key and provided some recommendations and resources. I really appreciated that they weren't just out to make a buck but are true experts and trusted community members. They do business the right way at Cracks & Racks.
Cracks & Racks completed a very difficult installation of an OEM Range Rover Sport luggage / dog barrier. The instructions from Land Rover were horrible, forcing the team to essentially design the installation. They worked with me whenever a question came up, and in the end did a superb job as you can see. Even though the process was much more labor intensive than we thought, they honored their original estimate. I really trust these guys. They do a great deal of work on luxury vehicles in the Aspen area, and rise to the challenge. Great outfit.

I rarely ever write reviews, but they did an amazing job! My truck has always had a huge crack in the windshield and I finally broke down and paid these guys to replace it. The part that stunned me was that they even glued the headliner back into place around the windshield! I didn't even ask them to. I'll definitely be coming back if I need to replace any glass ever again.
