My brother had some Subaru parts that he wasn’t able to return to the manufacturer and I was referred to Brian by a friend. Brian was friendly and super helpful by buying the parts from us for a reasonable price. Never received other services but have heard great things!
Unfortunately I was in need of a Transmission for a client. One person directed me to the other and no one would help me. They kept telling me they would call me back with info on the part and would never call. I had to call from another phone number because they wouldn’t answer my calls and then again had no luck with getting info or prices. When I reached out to the other person that takes calls I explained to him the other person was no help and if he could help me and he said he couldn’t do anything about it. It’s sad because I would rather spend money with a small business but their careless customer service has driven me away.
Brian helped was great. Needed an engine to swap. Gave me a great deal on used one. Worked out great. Lots of parts and expertise. Definitely my go to subie parts guy.
Great service and easy to work with. Brian sold me a 2006 Subaru Outback that has proven to be an extremely reliable and well-serviced car. If you're looking for a used Subaru you won't find a better place than here. 10/10 would definitely purchase another car here, but I won't have to anytime soon because the one he sold me runs so great. Bought a used engine for my Subaru Forester. Shipping was quick and the engine was in great shape. Unfortunately it was listed slightly incorrectly (very hard to tell the variance on this particular engine) and wouldn't work for my application. Contacted Mike, he was super helpful and communicative, took the engine back no problem and gave me a full refund. Even though this particular engine didn't work out for me, my experience with the customer service was overall very positive.
Most pointless salvage company I’ve ever ran into. Been attempting to call some guy at a 303-922 number and get no responses. Then when I get a hold of the actual yard they say to call that number. Well, I told that gentleman I have been calling and getting no return calls or anything. I even left a voicemail. Then the guy responds (well just go find another one if he won’t answer). Looks like these idiots won’t be in business much longer.
Sheisty. Will tell you every engine and transmission has low miles. Lies. Will sell you blown engines that aren't tested. More lies. Basically full of lies and sells trash
Brian has poor customer service skills. After hearing his price on an engine and me telling him that I found one a little cheaper than him from a highly reputable company he said “o yea I would go with that” and then hangs up without saying anything. Brian your price for your product is not the reason for the review your piss poor attitude is. You can be upset all you want with the fact that there is another company that has a lower price than you but that does not excuse your poor customer service.
I was referred to Brian by a trusted local shop, as a specialist who could do quality engine repair on my 2012 Subaru at an affordable price. After diagnosis Brian was transparent and informative about repair options, enabling me to make an informed decision with zero pressure one way or another. The repair work was done for less than the initial cost estimate, and my car is running beautifully (better than before the incident that caused damage). Highly recommended.

I have been going to All Star Imports for years! Brian is a great person and is easy to deal with! I bought a Subaru Outback from him and it runs well! .I have another Subaru Outback that I buy parts from All Star Imports and they always work great and are at a great price. Brain put a 2.2 liter engine in my Subaru after I had a head gasket problem and it has been running incredibly well for the past 12 years! If you need any Subaru mechanic work All Star Imports is the place best around!
If you need Subaru parts this is the place. If by rare chance they don't have it, they will find it for you. Oh your not the DIY type thats ok, they are pretty darn good at the mechanical end of service too. And yes the service other imports but why would you want anything other then a Subaru in this crazy weathered state.
Bought a transmission from here and everyone was nice and great customer service, but they told me the transmission was from a car when it was not from that model they told me.

Spoke to Bryan about a wheel for a 12 year old Subaru. He told me he has it and wants $150 for it. Asked if I could come down and look at it. Said "its not mine. Its my friends wheel." Told me he had to call him. What?? Can you act a little more shady for a 1 star review?
I just had the best experience here at All Star Imports. Brian gave me a price for new clutch on my 2015 forester that was lower than dealership by $500. He used the best parts, not the cheap stuff. The mechanic (Callum) took me on a test drive after and educated me on how to properly use a Subaru clutch. I trust these guys, they do great work at the best price and I’m happy that I found my new mechanic!!
Brian is a great guy. He has helped me on several occasions, and I'm sure there will be plenty more times in the future. Has always gone above and beyond and his prices are more than fair. Great selection of used Subaru parts.
I had a great experience with Brian and All Star Imports. My Subi needed a new engine which would have cost me an arm and a leg at the dealership. I'm so glad I decided to go to a local business. All Star was professional, quick, and cost conscious.
I can usually fix most things on my Subaru myself. When I don't have the time for something I bring it to All Star.
My first visit I thought my engine had thrown a piston. I told the guys I needed a rebuilt engine thrown in. Instead they replaced the timing belt, engine worked great, and I saved a couple thousand dollars. I've always felt like I've gotten a fair deal on good work here.
if i could would give zero for stars. waste of money and time guy doesnt want to honor his so called "1 year/12,000 mile" warranty when thr motor he sold me was bad all the oil i poured in came dumping out right away due to the access plate not being sealed properly by his so called "motor guy". invest your money somewhere else with better service.
I needed a piece for my car. They showed me a piece and they took my car to install it. When they brought my car back, they had put another piece that was broken, yes, BROKEN and they installed that without my authorization. They charged me $120 and I left that place with that stupid broken piece. The experience was AWFUL.
These guys are crooks stay away from them when in guy quoted me 150 for the short block buildable short blog I go back in same guy tells me 250 now I own a shop and have several friends in the business every single one of them is been ripped off by these people with junk parts talked to several people they prepare their vehicles only to have a breakdown days later after getting them out of their shop with this With the same problems
DO NOT buy a car from Brian Goldstein!! He is a crook! He took advantage of the fact that I was a single mom of an infant, who couldn't be without a car. Told me the battery was new in the car and it was almost 10 years old! He charged me over $1000 more than the car was worth, said he would fix the small issues the car had, and when I took it to him to fix those things he turned around and charged me $200! And to top it off, he was a huge jerk about everything. WORST experience of my life! This man deserves to be put out of business. What Brian Goldstein did to me was criminal. If I could give negative Stars, I would.
All Star Imports was great to work with. I had my 2000 Outback serviced through them recently, including my head gaskets. Brian was very fair with what he quoted me and he was very straightforward. Plus, his prices were definitely cheaper than other places, and well below what a dealer charges. But best of all, he is very honest...which can be hard to find in a car mechanic.
