Arvada Auto Wrecking JunkYard in Arvada (CO)

Purchased many parts from here before. All parts are reasonably priced. The entire staff is really helpful and always quickly pull the parts. They always seem to have everything I need. Parking was alright, it's always busy so there's always cars in the closest parking spots. I would definitely recommend purchasing from here for all you later model vehicle needs.

Be aware! Customer service does not exists there. Paid for the part, they failed to deliver it when promised. After asking to give my money back, they refused saying that I signed the paper and have to pay 30% restocking fee. (I did not even see the parts...) Had to open dispute with CC company. Will never go here again.

I bought a salvaged 2017 car and these guys are the only place in town where I was able to find parts for it. Javier always tries to do well by his clients to make sure we're getting a good deal and that the parts will be a perfect fit. If they can't help they know someone who can.

Found out the hard way why they love to sell items for cash! Don't expect them to refund your money or let you return an item you pay cash for. Beware the "cash discount." Absolutely terrible customer service! Owners response is not truthful. The item was bought and attempted a return several months ago.

The counter girl will tell you it’s the correct part for your vehicle and when it isn’t they will say sorry, no refunds just store credit, to a junk yard. About the type of person you would expect to run into at a place like this. Save you TIME and buy online where if you’re sold the wrong part you can return it for a refund and not junk yard store credit. What a joke.

We have purchased a few times and Karen has been a tremendous help in getting the right parts. Nice customer service. We will be using them again.

Awesome service, Called several places in regards for a part for my vehicle and I couldn't locate it anywhere, finally i found this place, they had the parts that I needed called in advanced and by the time I got there my part was ready the guy at the front desk was very helpful. Recommend this place.

No customer service whatsoever, lazy labor seems everyday of the week went is simply talked to front desk girl then come 1 hour after waiting she’s tells be the part is on the car if you want to wait so I wait then 2 hours after pulling that same part off my own vehicle and coming back (also outside during blizzard conditions(took me 30-40 mins most)) says they couldn’t pull the part...... maybe if there was a drive to actually work things could get done I’d rather pay the extra 50 at lkq. Ridiculous

Odd place, they won't pull parts in advance of you're arrival? I guess they like watching you waste your time. The girl at the counter seems like she would prefer a root canal to working there.

Worst customer service in the world, I had everything they promised and put on hold for us recorded, after making a three hour drive they refused because there employee made a mistake!!!! Not only did she make a mistake she didn’t own up to it!!!! Manager was very rude and said he doesn’t care about his reviews but I figured I would leave one anyway

Went to visit Arvada Auto Wrecking because they had a salvaged car that I was looking for. Good: Indeed they had the part I was looking for and the price was good / very fair. The staff is minimal but I did find what I needed - I really didnt need an associate to help but but the guy was there anyways. Overall a good experience and I will def go back the next time I need a part. Great hours and the location was easy enough to get to (off I76 & Sheridan). Bad: A little disorganized, but it was a junk-yard / salvaged vehicle yard so I understand - it didnt bother me at all.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS AUTO WRECKING BUSINESS!!! My mechanic found an used transmission for my car with this company, on March 14. They said they would deliver by March 18 so my car would be ready the next day. When my mechanic wasn't calling me, I called him and he said the A-Arvada Auto Wrecking was making excuses as to why they haven''t delivered the part on time. He said when he was talking to the owner, the owner transferred him to the shipping clerk. WTH! They didn't deliver the part till late the following Friday and my car wasn't ready till today. I wish the owner would pay half of car rental bill, but that's very unlikely.

I call to ask if they have a part. Yes, the girl says, they have it on the shelf. I drive 60 mi. thru Denver traffic. No, we don't have the part, the car has been crushed. I do not understand why this place has a computer if they are not willing to update it. I do not understand why they can not make sure that the part is on hand before inviting someone to come there. NEVER AGAIN.

I had a bad experience dealing with A-Arvada auto wreking, they offered me a part for $279,00 and when I went to pick it up the price went up to $490 so I ordered one from Nissan dealer instead for $480.00. Check the price from the car manufacturer dealer because you may get a better deal.

They are scammer please be careful they charge the card and then run away with out picking up the phone number or replying

This place was awesome. I found a hard-to-find part for my Volvo in great shape, and they took it off and loaded it in my truck in a few minutes. Pricing was extremely fair.

Days and hours of operation is a bit confusing as it says on google that its open on Saturday's but it was closed and a tow truck driver said that they are never open. I'm not sure how this junkyard works or days that are 100% operational.

Ive been dealing with javier for almost 3 years and never had an issue with him. I always call him first because even if he doesnt have the parts he helps me find them.

I have no idea how these guys are still in business. called over 50mtimes in the last 2 weeks. What a joke!

If I can give this place lower then a 1 star I would.. they sold me a damaged part and covered it up with a plastic cover... then when I brought it up to them, they denied it and bullshited me saying that damage wasn't there.... stay away from this place!

Friendly staff, helped me track down some hard to find parts for my Scion on a Saturday. Prices were reasonable too.

Very slow service, say they have part ready but when you get there they're still pulling it or haven't started. Make you wait another 20 min.

Bought a radiator with a condenser and all the fan installed about month in a half later and the parts were bad called them and told them about it and the answer was it's pass the 30 day warranty we can't help you with it told them I would take a different part and the same answer was it's pass the warranty date can't help you with it
