Passing through Walsenbug check engine light came on. Needed immediate attention. Chris was highly recommended. He was able to diagnose and correct the problem. We were back on the road in a couple of hours. He also checked in the next day to see if we made it to our destination. I highly recommend Chis and his team. Thanks again Chris.

Excellent Professional Service is what I experienced with mechanic Chris Daniels I have a 2012 Jeep Wrangler that was in need of repairs that Chris fix & resolved in a very short time frame prior to a long roadtrip which was very much appreciate! He's also very informative on the progress of and findings of resolution.. my Jeep has over 217k on it and is now running stronger than ever! Thanks Chris !

If I could give Chris from Daniel’s towing a 10 ⭐️ I would. We had a blow out ( the second one that day) on the interstate driving from Colorado back to Texas. Our roadside assistance was going to take too long . It was 7 pm on a Sunday night and we were in the middle of nowhere. I googled a towing service and figured we could stay in the first town we came to. Our reservations were for Trinidad which was still another 40 miles away. Chris Daniels was so helpful over the phone. He was there in 15 minutes. He towed us back to his shop, put the spare on, checked the others and recommended a new set of tires. He told us to go ahead to Trinidad , but to drive slow and told us where to get tires the next day. He even told us to call him to let him know we arrived safely. He was our guardian angel. Spoke with Daniel about towing a vehicle quite a distance because of some engine trouble. While we ended up able to drive it to dealership, Daniel went out of his way to accommodate us and was extremely helpful! Very kind individual and I would highly recommend calling for any towing needs.

We were stranded in Ft. Garland and Chris saved the day (and whole trip)! After our truck refused to shift, when we stopped at a gas station, we called Daniel's for a tow to Walsenburg, to get a repair. After loading up our truck on the flatbed, Chris said Let me take a look underneath first. Well, seconds later he popped out saying Problem Fixed! Our shift cable had come loose, and he was able to pop it back on, without even needing a tool. So, instead of being stuck in Walsenburg, we were back on our way and able to finish our trip. I doubt that there are many tow truck drivers that would have even tried to figure out a problem like this, and it shows what real customer service looks like! Obviously, he can't work miracles like this on every tow, but I would still highly recommend Daniel's Towing Service any day. Thanks again Chris!

There is nothing negative I can saw about Daniel’s! We were in the beginning of our camping trip when I started having problems with my truck. He was willing to help us get it taken care of quickly due to the fact we had to leave our camping spot the next day. He not only diagnosed the issue quickly but made the repairs just as fast. When he called to say the truck was ready I had another issue I forgot to tell him about. He didn’t get frustrated but diagnosed and repaired just as quickly. The service, repair and follow through was amazing. I wish he had his shop closer because I would use him for all my automotive needs.

Our son and grandkids were on their way from Okla to Colorado when the AC in their truck stopped working between Clayton and Raton. After making numerous phone calls to all sorts of dealers and auto repair shops, nobody would even look at his GMC on a very hot Friday. Then while exiting at Walsenberg, a sign for Daniel’s was spotted and they turned around and stopped. Best decision ever! After 2 trips back to Trinidad for parts, the blower motor was fixed (at a fair price) and our family was back on the road. We highly recommend this place!

I can’t tell you how much I appreciate Daniel’s Towing! Not from the area; rotors melted down the La Veta pass, and he was so sweet to get me in and fixed up. He took such good care of me and my kids and I’m so forever grateful.

Do not go with these guys they are price gougers they charged me $6 50 to tow my van from alamosa to Trinidad The rate is $400 an hour very unhappy with the service and the price

Went above and beyond wht he needs to do to help and got me to get a new rental car and made sure I got back to Washington State to be home with my wife and kids I appreciate and highly recommend using him if u need anything and If I am ever stuck again there I will be using his service again

Oh my goodness!! I got myself stuck with a tow dolly yesterday there in walsenburg...I have never towed anything in my life and Chris came to my daughters and my rescue. He was so quick, professional and very very helpful. I was so stressed and just about in tears when he saved our day. We were able to get back on the road to Dallas Tx. Amazing speed and customer service!!Standed 6 miles out and in the middle of nowhere, 6am and he answered 1 ring, got to me in under 10 mins, had me at the tire shop in under 30 mins. Amazing job and cheap, call before anyone else in the area!!!

Hands down the best towing service this side of i25. I HIGLY recommend this company. Honest, on time and friendly.

I called in a crisis and they didn't have a slot for me. They asked me what was going on and after I explained it they said "sounds like this is your problem, if ur up to the challenge this is how you can probably do it yourself. Otherwise bring it in tomorrow morning when we have time." He took a few minutes to describe his theory, he ended up being right. I ended up fixing my own car thanks to them. I seriously owe them! I'm gonna find a way to pay them back.

Chris is amazing! We had car trouble on i25 and called him. He was busy, but he thoroughly helped us get our car running again by talking us through the steps. His service is invaluable & he's super smart!!

Chris was incredibly fast and no BS, I had my problem(s) fixed on the same day in the middle of a road trip & was back on the road by the afternoon.

My motorcycle broke down thirty miles from Walsenburg, I called to request a tow back to town, he said would be $700, I was waiting to see if my roadside assistance was confirmed, forty five minutes I called back to request a tow and he ask if I was the guy that called earlier and I said yes, and he said it’s $800 now. Just to give you perspective, I could of rented a sixteen foot U haul trailer and drove back to Oklahoma for less money. This is a person that takes advantage and price Gouges stranded people. There is a special place in Hell for such people

Me, my wife, daughter, and two dogs broke down in what I would consider the middle of nowhere (between Pueblo and Trinidad) on our trip back home to Texas from Denver at 7 in the morning. My roadside assistance available through my insurance was taking over an hour to NOT find me any tow service thankfully google came through with Daniels towing. They answered right away and were at my vehicle within 25 minutes. Chris( I believe was his name) Was very professional and quick to hook up and get us towed to the dealership back in Pueblo. He was friendly and his calming presence definitely helped lower our stress levels throughout the whole process. He even let me know I could submit for reimbursement from my roadside assistance company and I've started that process. I hope I never break down and need a tow again but in the off chance I'm in southern Colorado if it happens then I know who I can trust and rely on to help get me out of a tough situation. I definitely recommend calling Daniels if you need a tow!

Chris Daniels saved our trip! Driving down from the Denver area to the Sand Dunes, our van died along I-25. We were able to jump it and barely get it to their shop. I was third in line at the shop but he quickly came out and assessed the situation. He was clear in his communications and got us back on our way by prioritizing our car above all the others. He called with updates and got us back on our way within three hours! I was beyond thrilled as I was ready to have to spend a night in Walsenburg waiting for the van to get fixed. I wish this shop was in our area as I would take all our cars to him. He even called the following day to be sure the van was running well for us. He is a rare find in today's world!

Daniel's Towing is a first rate service. After my accident they immediately got my family into his truck, and ensured their safety. He then provided a great level of professionalism in taking us to a safe place to wait for my ride. Then when my insurance company dropped the ball on us he then called them and got the ball rolling to finally get the service proceed.
