I walked into O'Reilly's and was not very busy. It appears to be your typical auto part store. I needed threaded rivet inserts. I asked the staff behind the desk. They stopped what they were doing and helped me find them. The parts were in stock. Slightly more expensive than purchasing online, but the convenience of getting them the same day is priceless.

I came to O’Reillys in Gunnison passing through. WILLIAM assisted me with product purchases. He’s the best auto parts employee I’ve ever come across. If he was my employee, I’d be wanting to give him a raise quick because I would not want to lose him.

My family and I were traveling through recently and our car started having issues starting. Chuck was GREAT to work with! He tested our battery and sold us a new one. He also mentioned that our wipers were scratching the windshield, so he help us some new ones installed. Thank you Chuck for being awesome! We need more people like you!!

Hands down the best O’Reilly! We arrived with our Harley Davidson in need for some help as our sparkplug kept popping out. Thread was gone so Chuck helped us with the Rethread kit and fully explained us what to do and came out to check up on us as we went. Without Chuck we would be stranded and now we were able continue our travel to Denver. The manager Rafael was so kind to lend his tools and brought us water in the hot sun. We spent a few hours outside fixing the bike and they never complained. Chuck made us smile with jokes and helped us as much as he could. They were amazing! Thank you so much!!

Had a broken car part, brought broken part into store and asked them to order me a new one. $50. Part arrived, was not the right part. Ask for a refund. Refunded me $30. Why am I missing $20? I ask. They respond 'We don't refund shipping costs'. This is not a message to hate on the employees, mistakes happen, I get it. This is a message to upper management who control things like return policy, you lost a customer for life by being cheap, and I will actively advise and persuade anyone from ever shopping at your store.

Its wild when you ask for a roll of brake line 3/16, they tell you that's not a real thing .can y'all please hire smarter ppl to run your store . worst parts store in town

Awesome help from Angel Raphael. So kind, helpful, joyful and friendly. It helped me with a battery issue and got me back on the road safe and sound! We need more people like him working in the stores. Five Stars!

I had ordered Some diesel fuel storage additive and i didn't check the label upon pickup, it appears i grabbed the incorrect one but no worries as Paige was able to swiftly correct the mishap and was able to remedy the situation, it's Because of this that i will continue to use O'REILLYS as my #1 Auto parts store

I would just like to say that it's always easy going into O'Reilly's when Brad's there. He goes above and beyond to make sure I'm always makes sure I get the right part for my needs. He's always enthusiastic and helpful which goes a long way.

Very poor customer service. Other customers were friendly, but the staff was just awful. I enjoyed friendly, helpful service at NAPA Auto Parts. Won't be going back to O'Reilly's.

Went in after I blew a brake line on Cinnamon. The clerk Marc was short and unhelpful. I gave him the part number for a generic 12" hard line that I found online and when I asked if they had one a little longer he said "I don't know anything about brakes." And refused to go look on the shelf where he found the first part or even use the computer. I had to stand there and search on my phone myself and give him the new part number as he texted on his phone. When he rang me out he didn't even look at me as he handed the receipt over. I've never had the stereotypical idiot parts store employee experience before coming here. My local store has always been great. Thanks to Oreilly's for having the part I needed but I'd avoid this location if at all possible.

Stopped in when a check engine light came on in our RV while we were traveling. O'Rielley's employee pulled the code with their scanner and had a remedy for our problem. Very professional staff and quick service.

Marc (store manager) and Loy provided me with excellent service. I bought a 1987 Toyota 4Runner to road trip back to the West coast from Colorado. They both helped me source parts and complete fluid changes in the parking lot before I hit the road.

I really like O'Reillys and have an account with them. Visiting in Gunnison for a few weeks and made a quick stop to try to find something unique. The lady working there apparently was having a bad day and unfortunately let it out on me as well. Yelling at her dog (pitbull?) sitting right where customers can see it and it see us. Asked for a unique part and she told me to go look down a row...which didn't have what I needed. Came back and asked more specifically and she grumbled back that items like that only come in kits. I suggested that online there are option. She huffed and puffed and yanked the computer over to show me that there was nothing. I helped her enter the right term and there were results. She just turned the monitored and stood there impatiently. Since there were multiple pages of results, I asked if she could scroll down. She pounded the keyboard to show the next. Again, I asked if I could see more, and again she pounded the keyboard...obviously not wanting to help. I apologized for inconveniencing her and offered my sincere best wishes that she have a nice day. No response from her. No future customer from me. Hope that attitude works out for you and your store.

The manager refused to warrant a battery even though I had a receipt. I've had too many times been given the wrong part, them tell me it was correct before I leave. Go try to put it in and then realize it was indeed the wrong part to then bring it back and switch it out to them tell them they were incorrect again

Recently I had a brake light on my car go out it was original bulb of 28 years.. I went to the Gunnison store and got new bulbs but the young lady working there sold me 6 v bulbs instead of regular for a car of 12 v. I'm thankful I only blew a fuse and not fry my electrical system.. So make sure lady's and gentlemen to pick someone who knows what they are doing . She's been there a long time she should know better or maybe she did know better and did it for a reason. Just saying

Needed a battery they had it. It was polled sitting there waiting for me to be picked up. When I came in the store, the manager ignored me. Another gentleman help me. The manager knew where the battery was sitting on the ready to be picked up cart she let the other person struggle and my self struggle for almost 20 minutes Right next to us or she was helping another customer finally she said oh the reason you can’t find it is because it’s sitting over there on the to be picked up card. By that time my brother had found the NAPA had a battery for us walked out manager. She is a terribly rude person.

Store has most all auto supplies you need, and stays open later than the other auto parts stores. They seem to have changed some things there, including personnel and management. I'm comfortable with the new female manager, as I truly feel she cares AND gives good direction and answers questions confidentially and educationally. I truly feel she knows the answers she's giving and doesn't fudge it or pull the answer(s) out of thin air, like my previous interactions at this store. Much needed change for this location and a very appreciated improvement. 👍

My daughter was in need of a new battery for her car. Benny the manager was very helpful, and professional with getting it tested and replaced for her. All the staff was very helpful and professional as well. Hats off to the staff at the O'Reilly store in Gunnison.

Stopped at O'Reilly's in Gunnison today, we needed new batteries and windshield washer nozzles and blades. Jason knocked it out of the ballpark!! He went above and beyond and proved there still is such a thing as great customer service. Thank you Jason!!

While camping on the mountains, the battery on my Honda went dead. After getting a jumpstart, I drove to the Oreillys in Gunnison hoping they could help me. Nichole, the store manager, greeted me with a smile and assured me it was no problem! In no time, employee Dylan had my battery changed and me back to my camping trip. They even gave me recommendations of a great place to go hiking! You can always feel when someone is “just doing their job” or really wanting to help and these guys were certainly the later. Thank you Nichole and Dylan for turning my bad experience into a good one!! 😊

We waited outside the local Gunny Lube (for an oil change) for over an hour. No one showed despite a call the day prior ensuring they would be open on Saturday and it was first come first serve So we drove nearly an hour to be there first. A long line eventually turned away as no one showed. Since we needed fresh oil to get home... We rolled over to O'Reilly's. I bought everything I needed and Rodney was unbelievably helpful despite being swamped by customers and being the only one on duty. With his help we changed the oil in the lot and he even provided a some ground salt to soak up any oil spilled.

I just wanted to give some praise for David at the location in Gunnison, CO. We were headed home from vacation and had a long car ride ahead of us but had a dead battery when we went to start the car. When we were passing through town we spotted the O'Reilly with the open sign lit up. I pulled in and went inside and saw they closed at 8pm. I looked at my phone and saw it was 7:57 and thought to myself they're going to love me coming in with this problem when they are trying to go home. David and another team member were outstanding though. They got my battery for me, stayed there until I was able to replace the battery and even let my family come inside where it was warm. (it was 10 degrees outside) They went above and beyond and feel this type of character and service should be recognized.

I was in the middle of a motorcycle trip through the southwest and ended up having to change my oil part way through. As a pretty frugal guy I didn't want to go to a dealership or shop so I decided to change it in this O'reilly's parking lot. The guys working there even provided me with an oil pan and tools I could borrow! Shout out to David and Kyle, they got me the stuff I needed and made sure I was good to go so I wasn't held up on my trip.
