We were traveling down the road and our tire low sensor went off. We stopped by and Jack took care of us and had us back on the road in no time. Very friendly and excellent service.
Amazing group of guys, can’t recommend them enough. Had a blowout on my trailer and they were able to swap out the tire and patch another one in well under 30 minutes. Got me back on the road incredibly quick. Hard to find another shop that compares in speed and quality of service around here.
I dropped my car off to have a few things done, but the main thing was to investigate and fix a squeak I had coming from the front tire. They not only did not do that but they told me they didn't hear anything and it wasn't squeaking. The minute I got in the car and drove away and made a turn, I heard it plain as day. Not only this, but I was charged $145 for an oil change and a tire rotation. Complete highway robbery. Never again.
On a cross country road trip we were cruising on the highway and got a low pressure alarm for one of our tires. Unfortunately, the pressure was dropping extremely fast and we decided to stop in Parachute and came across this gem of a spot. Geno had us in and out in less than 30 minutes with a patched tire, literally saving the day and our trip. Fantastic service and customer care!!
Came in to get my tire patched, the gentleman Geno helped me out in less than five minutes. Very kind and helpful! A great place for all the locals and anyone passing through
Gino and Jack are 2 of the best guys around. They'll get your tire fixed and have you back on the road quick! This shop is very honest and doesn't overcharge for service.
There's also a good selection of snacks and drinks while you wait.
They had my car for 10 days, and did very little. They then hassled me for not returning. They seem to get tire work done okay, but the mechanic service is poor at best. Can’t go back.
Thank you for taking care of my Wife and Daughter's with their flat tire. It is good to know that there are still good people in the world that are not looking to take advantage of everyone!!! Thank you!!
A friend was having issues with her car they got her squared away enough to limp it home when she tried to pay they told her to have a great day and charged her 0.00 because of that they now have 3 households with 8+ vehicles that will be getting all services done at this establishment. Took my car to get one of my tires fixed and patched. I don’t know the name of the man working but he was very nice. He found a tiny nail in my tire. Patched up my tire and put it back on my car. Thank you for your great service!
I got diesel and hoping to use restroom but no you need key for it plus costumer only but there was no one at cashier so I got my fuel and left in search of restroom
Why close door in such small town
Wheel bearing failed in de beque canyon. I called to see if they could press one for me the next day. They said absolutely no problem. I showed up the next morning, and the guy Gizmo or whatever was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Save yourself a headache and steer clear.
Doyle, Sammie, and Jack were amazing! We are on a cross country trip and 4 miles before Parachute our wheels started to screech and sound and feel like they were going to fall off. We pulled in and Sammie quickly identified the issue, had to order parts (came in next day) and fixed the problem (wheel bearings and ball joints). We were pulling a travel trailer, and Doyle pulled it to a safe place to stay for the night (a nice rest area just around the corner from them), and even checked in on us later in the evening and kept us informed.
Doyle, Sammie, Jack, we can’t thank you enough!!! You were the answer to our panicked prayers!!!

We took both of our vehicles in and had the alignments done on the. Huge mistake mine had brand new tires and I didn't even get 7000 miles to n my tires from a poor alignment. My husband had to take his in to big o to have it fixed properly and I have to take mine in next week. Very disappointed and costly
Came to fill gas after a rough day where I had my first fender bender. Doyle & Sammie helped fix the dent free of charge and truly made my day… I cannot express my gratitude in words! Thank you for your kindness.
It was kind of an emergency situation. It was getting dark, I had a flat tire on I70, and I had another 250 miles to go. I pulled into this shop and prepared to pay any price to get me back on the road. They came out immediately and took the tire into the shop. I walked to the Subway nextdoor to grab a sub. When I came back, the tire was ready to go. They could con me (someone who is totally vehicle ignorant) to buy a new tire, but they only charged me $23 for fixing it. I was back on the road in no time.
They were very nice, honest and professional. Highly recommend.
These people are delusional enough to force you to pay for an item to use the bathrooms they have for the public. Charging money to use a bathroom. No one should support this gas station/ service center in any way
We had a trailer tire blow and quickly had a new tire and were on our way in no time. Jack is a one-man ‘pit crew’! So fast and friendly. Fantastic service.
I came to Parachute Lube & Service traveling from Kansas City to SW Colorado to a job related appointment. Check engine light on car and it started running rough. In less than 90 minutes they had it diagnosed, fixed, and I was back on the road with a repaired ignition coil. And I made my appointment on time. They were my personal NASCAR pit crew that day! Thanks guys! Warm, friendly, honest, fast!
