Most of the time I walk in, attendants are standing behind the counter and they'll watch you and never once offer to help. I had a question the attendant could not answer so the manager came over and he was somewhat of a jerk. I only go to AutoZone now these people really need to up their game. I hope the regional manager is reading this.

I can't tell you why, but each time I've been in there it seems like they'd rather do anything but help a customer. Today 12/20/25 every employee I witnessed was friendly and super helpful.

So I came into Falcon without any back lights or turn signals. I was freaking out because I didnt want to get rearended or pulled over for no tail lights. When I came into the store I came in like a deer in the headlights I told Chris I need help and told him the problem was having. He said it sounds like a blown fuse and was like let's go check it out. Chris was so friendly and kind. He helped me find the blown fuse and replaced it for me. I'm so grateful and will continue to be a customer of this location. Thank you again Chris!!!

Really starting to like O'Rileys more than Auto Zone. Always have what I need and the staff seems much more engaged and friendly. Same goes for this location. Had what I needed, in and out with no fuss.

They have pretty much everything you may need and if not just give them a call ahead of time so they can have parts shipped to them. I usually call them early in the morning before a project and they have everything I need by 11am. Only add would be them keeping more gates green line heater hose in stock

Love, love, love this place!!! Good old-fashioned customer service, from super kind, knowledgeable people, every time! They’ve helped this grandma out so many times with batteries, wiper blades, lights, even an air conditioner part. I went in this morning because someone pointed out that neither of my taillights were working. I work evenings and drive home in the dark, so needed it fixed right away. A lovely young man named Noah discussed it with me, quickly found the right bulbs, and even went out to my car and put them in for me, showing me how to do it so I could (hopefully) do it myself next time. It felt like it was a local mom & pop shop, not a large chain store. I drove home with a full heart that there are still truly good people in this world. Thank you Noah!

Had to get brakes for a common car and these guys could not get the right part ordered after 2 times. It was clearly stated what part was needed and they still ordered the wrong part a second time. Taylor had the worst attitude even after yall clearly made the same mistake twice. I was forced to go to Autozone and Im glad I did because I received amazing service and the correct part was given to me the first time. I didn't have to argue and make something simple clear as day for your employees to understand what type of brakes I needed. They are really unprofessional at this Oriellys. It's best to go down the street to autozone and save yourself the headache of dealing with the stupids. I will be calling the corporate offices since my time and money was wasted. And I was forced to drive to work with bad brakes because of your incompetence at this store. Have a great day.

I have been working with them as the parts supplier for my repair shop in Peyton since I opened nearly 5 years ago. Never once have I had an issue with their customer service or parts availability. Rarely do I have parts failures, which is crucial when you operate a repair shop. Having the parts I need in a timely fashion or available right away helps me service my customers quickly and effectively.

I had a good napa deep cycle marine battery I reconditioned slow charged there. The young man on the night shift was very helpful and when I got in a bind and called him a week later he said it was good and still there another week passed B4 I was able to pick it up but of course the day shift decided they're keep it. I know they have a limited amount of space but for real soooo many people abandon there 200 dollar batteries that they reconditioned there?? No the day shift was rude when I called about a part. They had no problem giving me the 10 bucks for the core. It was so obvious. I guess I will stick to AutoZone.

Wanted to share a recent experience I had with Sid at the Falcon location. They were great with helping identify what was wrong with our vehicles and went the extra mile to get us the right parts ordered in a timely manner. They treated my little girl who was with me like royalty. Definitely made me feel like my business was appreciative. And made our “daddy/daughter” trip to the auto store much more memorable. I just moved from AZ to the Peyton area and I seem to be in a season of minor truck repair lol so I have been in here a lot the past couple months. I found O'Reilly in Falcon somewhat by mistake but I am grateful because I have been treated so kindly every time. I want to call out Scott specifically-- the man is so attentive and knowledgeable. I have been blessed to walk in while he was on staff almost every time so far and he goes out of his way for, not only me but, every person in front of him. Being a public servant myself, I understand the level of energy required to be "all in" for the customer, and this man truly gives it his all. I do not want to discount the rest of the team, they have all been wonderful. Thank you guys for being so helpful and kind to me. I am sure I will be back soon lol.

I believe in the guy's name was Scott or Jason but the store has always gone out of their way to help and to get you the part and any information that you need I prefer them to any of the other ones locally or in town. 07/28/2022 I am not use to kurt not being there. He was so knowledgeable.. However, 🙂.. Mark is very knowledgeable and patient. Made sure I had everything I needed. & the right parts. This store is really good. Thank you

Braden was extremely helpful! He helped us find and switch batteries, find the size of our rotors and gave us options on which ones to buy, helped us pick brake pads and was just overall wonderfully helpful & knowledgeable. Love this location and staff. Highly recommend for all car needs

I can mostly find what I need quickly or have it ordered to my store within a day. Staff is nice, but not always the most knowledgeable. They are friendly and do everything they can to get the right parts ordered. Prices are good and if it is the wrong part, I can easily return it. I recommend going here for automotive parts.

We arrived in a snow storm with an empty car dolly on our truck when we parked out front there were literally no vehicles in the parking lot at All (0) when I Asked if they could tell me where. The ite. Wa looking for was the manager said I had to move my truck to the back parking lot before he would be able to help me. This was ten minutes before closing time during a snow storm in a not so busy parking lot. A1 customer service guys get a new manager. I spend around $4,000.00 a month on parts and I assure you it won't be there anymore!!!

Employees here were super helpful helping me find a key for my lug nuts. They didn't have anything that fit mine, but they recommended some other stores that might sell them, and sure enough, I was able to buy one at the first suggested place. Come here quite a bit for little parts, fair prices, quick service, usually in and out within 5 minutes.

Aaron really knows his stuff - we order name brand parts from Oreilly and Aaron can get us the good Felpro, WIX, Motorcraft, AC Delco, Bosch, etc. He rarely makes a mistake on shipping us the right parts - GREAT PARTS MAN! There have been times when I only needed a small part, but Aaron was able to get it delivered to our shop just the same as when we order big orders - and that is really appreciated. Jason, the store manager is always helpful, but fast, knowledgeable and efficient! I went in with an oddball fitting last Saturday and he demonstrated great knowledge as well as customer service when he recognized my fitting as 10 x 1.0 mm BL thread and matched up just what I needed very quickly. It's a pleasure to deal with professionals who know their stuff and care enough to proved great customer service!

I almost solely use this store when buying auto parts. Almost bought a 5.7 hemi long block, only issue was shipping time frame, but that's not their fault. Everyone here is quite helpful. I am a small mobile mechanic and they have everything I need within a reasonable time. Leaps and bounds above AutoZone and I like the parts a bit better than Napa. Definitely recommend

Aweful service. Had to find everything without a catalog and not one person offered help. I went up to check out and after 10 mins a guy named ryan, shirt said manager, came up and acted annoied i was wanting to pay for my stuff. They didnt have my air filter on the shelf, i asked for him to check the shelf behind him and he sighed like it wasnt his job. Then i had to carry out enough merchandise for 2 diesel oil changes, extra fluids and air filter and not one offer to catch the door or help me get it to the car. Honestly if you dont like your job just quit and let some one who needs one take over

I went to the store ordered a cabin air filter along with an air filter, they didn't have in on stock so I paid for them and they were going to call me when the items arrive and they did. I went with my receipt in hand and a guy named NICO told me that I have to pay for the cabin air filter. I was like..here is my receipt, the item is paid. He was super mega rude and kept telling me that he didn't care what the receipt said because in the system it shows unpaid...EVEN WITH MY PAID RECEIPT. He told me to come tomorrow and speak to the manager, he didn't want to give me the manager's number. very very rude.

Terrible customer service. Lazy Employees. Will not take the time to help. This has happened numerous times. Notified higher ups multiple times. In high hopes something will change soon. We run a small automotive business. We’ve been loyal customers for 10 years. This is extremely disappointing.

We came in to have the battery checked. Turns out we needed a new one. Okay I was prepared to buy a new one then have to go get in installed somewhere else. Ryan the manager was really nice he checked out battery and installed it as well. Great customer service. Everyone was extremely friendly.

I used to do ALL my business with this store but lately nope I will be going else where. This last time I had to go to the store 5 times to get the right part and the young kid at the counter was very rude. Finally got to someone with a brain and he was able to get me the right part. But lately they just give you whatever and push you out the door or you wait 10 minutes for any kind of service or attention. One day we went there and a lady was cleaning the front shelf and just stood there looking at us while we waited instead of getting us some help!!!! We will be going else where with our automotive needs
