I like this place, the owners are nice, the guy who works nights is cordial, the food could be better but if you’re here then you drove past everything else. I wish the fuel islands worked correctly and you didn’t have to go inside every time but hey it is what it is. I understand why the parking lot isn’t fixed the owner told me the estimate was very very high and not feasible for a small business. I would stop again and will, the owners are good people
This place is clean. It has a dirt lot and it's $10 to park over night. No complaints here. They need a restaurant. Many food place near by to uber eats. Very quiet location. I'll definitely park here again in the future!
If I could give them zero Stars I would I called in earlier today and asked how much hours were and if families could shower they said $10 and yes I came in later in the afternoon and the guy wanted to charge me more than $10 for two people to use the same shower. On top of that the guy did not speak any English whatsoever and couldn't make out what anything means.
The place is filthy, bathrooms are rundown and dirty. Store is small and the food gave me a stomachache. DO NOT eat the food in there. The parking lot is all dirt. The only good thing about it is that it has plenty of big rig parking. I do not recommend stopping in this place unless you want food poisoning.
Pauly is a great worker that obviously likes his job! We only got in there when he's working! He needs to be the owner cause no one else is nice and cares about there job there! We are going to take up a partition cause that man needs a raise! You should take care of your only employee that makes this truck stop a great place! Hire more like him!
I think there is one person that works there that makes the whole truck stop a great place to go when he's working, he cares about his job, he's nice and they need to hire more people like him, someone needs to give him a raise cause NO one would go in there if it wasn't for him! Not friendly,, they eye you like if you going to take something, women’s restroom no handle to open door, one stall missing door to restroom, we needed a piece of cardboard & ignored us . Besides the front of store the rest is very dark no lighting, all dirt partying. For sure not coming here again.
No care for the public. In using restrooms . I mentioned to the attendant that one toilet was plugged up. acted like he didn't care . Charge me a little over five dollars for just a small bag of chex mix . With coffee refills. A little over six dollars . Parking lot will probably never get fixed .
20 years driving and this is by far the most disgusting truck stop I've ever encountered. From trash everywhere to a potholed parking lot,to the filthy,moldy showers. Stay away at all costs.
Greedy people. They don’t deserve a single coustomer. I parked my truck here, they knock on window after 4 hours and said spend 10$ in store if you want parking, when I spend 10$ they said 25$ for parking, i moved my truck at night. So don’t come here. Find a peaceful place for parking your truck.
No driver should ever have to pay to park. And especially in a mud hole. If they're going to be greedy and selfish and charge for parking at least use the money to pave the parking lot. I shouldn't have to pay to park in the mud. What a joke.
Not that I like paying for parking but $10 for 26 hours is not a bad deal huge gravel parking area. My dogs were running around. It’s nice and tucked away. If I’m in the area I will stay here again.
This is just off I25 . It's a full service station. The people who work here are extremely friendly and helpful. The store is a bit small but packs a great supply of choices! If you're an over the road trucker they have overnight parking for your eighteen wheeler. I believe there is a charge but I'm not sure what that is. There is also a Motel Eight if a room is what you want. Nice people, good choices, and just about two miles from I25. Give them a try, thank you for your time!
parking lot covered in pot holes… great for driving a truck and trailer. No signs to tell you where trucks go or direction. Garbage full no towels at pump stations. Dirty run down bathrooms. Can’t pay at the pump.Can’t prepay. I won’t go back and suggest you go elsewhere .
Started making you pay for parking, the restroom is a complete wreck and falling apart. The people who own the place are very rude except for the employee behind the counter was awesome. I won't be buying fuel or anything from there anymore. Really has gone down hill.
I needed some repair work done so I had to stop. I say that because I wouldn't have stopped here if I were just looking for a place to park. It wasn't a bad stop. The showers are $10. The thing that surprised me was that he charges $10 to park (I know it's not terrible but this truck stop doesn't offer much). No laundry. The restaurant in the parking area is closed. (I had Pizza Hut delivered) I gave it three stars which is all I can muster. What needs to happen here is someone who knows truckers/ trucking buy this and make it work. There's a lot of potential here.
Plenty of parking not many options for food or services but across the brides about qtr mile 15 min walk options for food available small hotel on premises
I've stayed here a few times over the years and it's okay.. the parking lot is mostly level but it's $10 to park.. the convenience store is pretty clean and the guy at the counter was friendly.. the restaurant on the property used to be pretty good but it was permanently closed.. it has a new name.. Twinz Cafe and it was closed when I got there about 8 pm.. there's room for about 45 or so trucks to park..
Been stopping here for years, it's seen some changes. It's about the only decent place to stop on I 25. YES you pay to park, unless you buy fuel or stuff. I've never had an issue with it. I'm hoping they have worked Fountain city into letting them stay open. It's a very lucrative piece of property. It's hard to put money into repairs when your future is in doubt. My route has changed but look forward to getting back up there.
The view from this truck stop is beautiful. You have to pay 10 to park for the night and there is a restaurant here. Didn't eat here.but awesome view, always love.the rocky mountians. Somedays you have to appreciate the little things.
