If I could give 0 stars I would. I am so extremely frustrated with Copart. I have been told the last 4 days different things from every person I have spoken with. I am just so disappointed. The Colorado Springs, Colorado company is extremely unprofessional and hung up on me while I was speaking and had no idea what was happening with my vehicle.

They are a damn scam, they publish one car and sell the other I bought a car that turns on and rolls, and it arrived without transmission shaft without crankcase without battery without cables, I had a video published where the car starts the engine, the photos do not show any of the problems The worst thing is that I call and they tell me that the Car is already my problem they only deliver, they don't sell cars

I was looking forward to getting my vehicle through this company. I read the reviews. Good gawd I will stay clear of this puckery and can't wait to deal with a business that is fundamentally intact with their business practices.

My experience with Copart has been absolutely terrible. They sent me a car with missing parts, even though I called them twice before purchasing and again right after buying to make sure the parts would be included. After wasting an entire week waiting, They tried to blame the driver instead of just sending the damn parts. Working with Copart Colorado has been nothing but a waste of my time, money, and resources. Their communication is horrible, their customer service is worse, and they don’t stand behind what they sell. I will never work with them again

Front desk lady is terrible her customer service skills need some work. I watched her time after time be completely terrible to everyone she dealt with as if we are at fault for her terrible career choice. No reason people should sit in the waiting room for over a hour yet, all in at out once called to the front desk, but it's like the lady at the desk purposely makes you wait while she complete other task to try to make you just as miserable as she obviously is. My car was totaled out an usaa uses them but I would never use this company by choice just because the poor customer service. Smdh!

Had to clean out a wrecked vehicle (unfortunately) but the staff was very nice and it didn't take very long to have the vehicle brought up.

They stole everything they could off of my car while it was at their lot. They said they would reimburse me, but when handed a bill for $3400 and some change, they said, what do you expect, use to throw our driver under the bus. We can't lose him, he is our best driver... If you can, use any other place..... FOR ANYTHING...

Be careful !!!! I buy a car from this location and the description for the car on COPART is automatic transmission and we discover the car is MANUAL TRANSMISSION !!!! we ask the manager gently to remove the car from our account since we didn’t pay it yet or we didn’t pickup it yet and she refuse !!!! COPART MANAGEMENT are aware about you put wrong information on the cars and sale it to the ppl is that your policy and terms including !!! Any of you did you accept to buy a product from trusted and big company and you found a different product inside !!!! Am not talking about damage or run or not which is as is No am talking about wrong information listed from copart about a car !!! I hope my message will read by head quarter by copart management !!!

I had purchased a vehicle which only was 6 months old car that is a brand new vehicle, and Also, they don't take right pictures from vehicles. COLORADO SPRINGS COPART. They don't put the right descriptions. Their descriptions were only front end, but they never mentioned about HAIL damage and the missing parts from back seats, inside door panels. They should have taken pictures from the missing parts. But thet didn't. I wouldn't recommend to purchase a car from this store, unless you go there and see the vehicle before purchasing .I am not happy

Wow! Read other reviews and they were exactly right. Every other Copart we have been to has great customer service. The invalid at the front desk is a very rude individual who should not be in customer service. She was extremely aggressive and I think she hates her job. But this just says a lot about the quality of this company. Never will return here again.

I would never Recommend anybody use this company nor ever.Have your vehicle towed by this company. If You ever get into the unfortunate event that we did, and end up having to have your vehicle transferred to a holding lot by your insurance. Do Not Allow them to bring it here. They have the right to mess up your vehicle while its in their hands especially If it's been totalled out, then if you cant afford to jst let the vehicle go and buy it back and guess what? It ain't their fault nor their problem for what happened in their hands. Our vehicle was totaled out solely because of a minor bumper.Upon doing the buy back and getting it back there was worse damage than just the bumper, due to whatever they did while it was in their yard. You would think that Being a forbes branded company that they would've stand behind their customers especially ones who are having to buy back their salvage vehicle But that is definitely not the case here. They have that awesome title just to find their legal loopholes to allow them to be covered and wash their hands of your problem. So Please avoid this company at all cost. If I could have gave this place a negative five stars I definitely would.

This by far was the worse experience purchasing vehicles from Copart. It will be the last one. This location is horrible. I purchased a vehicle on 11/13/23. I hired a trucker to pickup the car. He made the first attempt on 11/14/2023. He was told he needs to make an appointment to pickup the car. He tried and guess what! no available appointment until 11/28/2023. You would think they should waive the storage fees. I was wrong, they charged me for every single day that the car was still there because they don't have an appointment available. So they charged me for their own shortcoming. I requested a waiver, and I was told I need to email the manager. I did just that. I did not receive even a response. So, never again Copart Colorado Srpings

Didn't have the awful front desk experience most talk about, fortunately. The gal that helped me was disinterested, but not overtly rude. What I'm not a fan of is the fact that this lot does not operate on a schedule that's even slightly convenient for the working Joe or Jane. I work M-F 8-5 and these are basically their hours, no weekends! Had to leave work early, use their "check in" system with it's constantly shifting "estimated time" and still sat there for 2 hours, almost to closing time, before I was able to recover my belongings. Wish Geico didn't use them and have told them so.

Reading all the reviews about this HORRIBLE front desk lady and still nothing has been done about it. SHE IS AN ABSOULTE WORTHLESS HUMAN BEING! Why would you keep her around? She is described very well by all the other reviews and yet all the responses from management are just call customer service because they are too spineless to deal with the issue. I assume they are getting some other kind of "OTHER" benefit from the WASTE OF OXYGEN they call an employee. I have contacted customer service and will be working my way up the chain of command through the cooperate aspect because local management seems to be ABSOUTLY USELESS in all manners considering the local side of things.

In purchasing over 3,000 cars from copart I have to say this is one of the worse run yards in the system. I purchased a car that was all intact and what they loaded on my transporter was missing the front right 3/4 clip....See pictures Both Alex Brewer and Jason Selva are aware of what happened and have chosen to ignore reality. Copart has a pledge of satisfaction that they have also decided to ignore. It is states in black and white on the website yet these guys haven't honored it. Be careful when dealing with Alex or Jason....

Why is the horridly rude front desk lady still working there?! Negative stars!! The response from Copart to the last person who brought this woman's awful behavior to light, said that the situation would be addressed. It obviously has not been addressed because their front desk staff is still treating people horribly. It's not that hard to be nice to people, especially considering the people coming by to deal with their cars have had a pretty rough going of it lately.

If I could do a negative rating I would, I had my truck towed there to be held while my car accident was being figured out. Mind you they had no permission to do anything with my truck except to hold it and they denied all responsibility for the damages done. They started parting out my truck and treating it like it was trash. They ripped my license plates off with pliers causing damage to those and caused undercarriage damage to my truck damaging my brand new engine I had put in it and damage to other parts of my truck. I built this truck with my dad and now I'll never see it again because they caused too much damage to my truck causing it to be more than it's worth to repair. Never go here for anything they are a sketchy company and they don't care about others property.

Colorado Springs office is understaffed, signing in was a nightmare. If you’re not a techy, you’re in trouble. The older woman working at the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. I watched as she rudely interacted with one patron after another. She seemed absolutely miserable. In retrospect, I feel sorry for her. So after being ignored for an hour or so, a young woman (a complete stranger who was also waiting) helped me sign in when the lady at the counter knew I couldn’t sign in. So after waiting and watching 20 + folks who came in after me, I finally tapped out. I realize I’m older but it was a terrible day. And still not helped. “We’re busy today” only plays so far. My guess is “the lady at the counter is a relative of the manager”?

After waiting over 24hrs for my car to be towed to my home I called my insurance company and asked if I could just pick it up instead. They called copart and they agreed I showed up a hour later to pick up my car I walk in the lobby is full of people there's one person working the counter. However many people standing around. I waited over 15mins to be helped only to be told to sit back down to wait for them to take pics of my car why wasn't this done during the 5 day period they had my car when they were supposed to be inspecting it for damage. This is a very inefficient operation they got going, the only reason I'm even here is because this is who my insurance company uses I DO NOT recommend them and will never use them for any service in the future. I would also like to add that the brunette lady working the desk was a bit rude. Maybe she's stress out being that she was the only one in the office actually working while everybody else was standing around.

ZERO STARS!!! Lady at front desk was extremely rude. It appeared like she could care less about her job. Had an appointment and still had to wait. She was doing absolutely nothing until someone went up to ask her questions about his car. She has the worst Demeanor. I will not be dealing with her again and if anyone gets her at the front desk immediately ask for someone else. All of my belongings were thrown in the trunk of my car and was damaged. My radio aux had the plug in part but the receiver was missing. Ruined my car charger and the cord. They do not care at all. Literally threw a full cup of coffee in the back and ruined some speakers I had. Zero care for anyone or their property.

If I could put zero stars for this yard I definitely would! I have purchased so many vehicles through Copart in different states and I would have to say this yard is the worst yard by far. I have purchased a vehicle 2 weeks ago and reviewed all of the pictures before buying the car. The transporter took pictures of the vehicle when the loader brought it out to him. The vehicle originally had a back bumper which was uploaded by their employee. When the loader brought the vehicle out, there was no back bumper. I called this yard to explain the situation and the lady on the phone told me I would have to email the GM. I ended up emailing the GM explaining the issue along with attaching the pictures from their site along with pictures from the transporter before he loaded the car onto his truck. No response the next 2 days so I emailed back out for a follow up. The GM finally responded with "Hello, We have not found the bumper in the yard. Our next step is to review the camera footage to see it the vehicle left with the bumper. Did you preview the vehicle prior to bidding and if so was it there then?" Of course I previewed the vehicle prior to purchase and I also included pictures that were submitted to their site by their employee.... I replied back to her and no response... A week later today and still no response, I keep reaching out and I will continue to reach out until I get this issue fixed! I don't want to hear I purchased the vehicle as is, because yes I did purchase it as is which means, the vehicle had a back bumper prior to selling and it should have the back bumper when sold and picked up! I am starting to realize that her mentality is that we need them, but in reality they need buyers. In order for this Auction to keep running, they should really re-evaluate how they handle issues that arise! I can easily stop buying from them and go elsewhere with my money. I am pretty sure they come across issues daily and have yet to handle it the right way so 1 buyer gone, leads to a lot more buyers gone...

Front desk staff helped out a lot with information. I did complain to the General Manager that I was on hold for 20 minutes, twice, and both calls got dropped... She was pretty much speechless. All I wanted was an apology, I asked nicely. I had to go, in person, to the yard and felt fortunate to let her know of the problem with the phones, while I was there. She did say, "there is plenty of staff to answer the phones." What?!? This is a customer service industry, at least try to work on service recovery when things get messed up! Most the reviews I put on Google are 1 or 5 stars. Because of the rest of the staff working for/under the GM, they get three stars. GM just cost you a couple of stars... Hope she finds another job where she doesn't have to interact with the public. I think she eventually mumbled a muffled "sorry," before stepping out into her very expensive car. Like they say in Texas, "All hat, no cattle." (Puts on a good image, but there's no real substance.)

I drove more than 6 hours to pick up a van that I bought a third person (I paid them 300 dlls), when I arrived there the staff was very friendly, who arrives first attend, not many people in front of me, when they brought my van When I checked it I saw that it did not have the stereo that it had in the original photos. That stereo costs new more than 800 dollars used 350 dollars. I went and talked to the secretary to see what could happen (I thought about some money reimbursement) after Karl brought lunch to the employees and that he finished eating could attend me (1 hour later) he only gave me two options "You leave it and I give you your money back or you take it." and I thought .What? "Obviously I take it thanks for nothing," I said "are they stealing in your yard or what is happening? He could not answer anything. and of course Copart invests in security since it looks like yard from Jurassic park. Conclusion do not expect to find the car radio if it is expensive forget it. Copart is a millionaire company that has no need to be stealing radios .. they just need to clean their area of people who are easily lendered to steal from those who have no other choice.
