Travis was FANTASTIC. My insurance originally paired me with another company that was super unresponsive and kept delaying my tow. Found this company, gave them a call, and Travis was so helpful right away. While he finished up another tow, he kept me up to date on his ETA. As soon as he got to my car, he rigged it right up and had it safely loaded within 10 minutes. Dropped it off at the repair shop with no issue. I would absolutely use Travis in the future!
Had an emergency fix and needed a tow for my truck to get some service. Travis was able to come right away and even battled bees in order to get my truck hooked and on the truck. Pricing was fair and he was even able to work out a deal for my situation. Daughter must have hit the rebar in the sidewalk or something, and her tire completely blew out. Called these guys at 9pm on a Sunday, and they came out quickly and got her hooked up and towed all the way up north. Delivered to my driveway with no issues at all. Very friendly and as quick as possible.

They were selected by State Farm to tow my vehicle. Some time after the ETA, I attempted to call Daniel's Towing. The person who answered was very incoherent. I thought he might be high or even drunk. I tried to explain my predicament. I wasn't short tempered, but I was upset about the delay without an explanation. I was still respectful and patient. He was neither. As it was already difficult to understand what he was saying, I attempted to reiterate my circumstance. He interrupted me and said he was going to cancel the call, hung up and canceled the call, leaving me stranded for 3 hours plus on an ETA that was initially 30 - 60 minutes.
This sets a very dangerous precedence.
If you are stranded on a hot day, with no water within reach, the situation can become tenuous.
I have read many 5 star reviews of Daniel's Towing. In fact, there are more 5 star reviews than reviews like mine. Which makes me believe this was an exception and not the rule.
Still, exception can happen at very dangerous times, putting lives in danger. Colorado summers and winters can be those times.
I can only pray that the management was not party to this decision I was a victim of. And that if they were not, then the person responsible would be disciplined. I don't want him to lose his job. No one can afford to be jobless in this economy. Customer focus training would be a much better remedy.
You know when you call a business and you can tell the human being on the other end of the phone is genuine and kind? That’s Daniel’s towing. My husband called and immediately said “this is the guy”- not to mention, he quoted considerably less than the other 7-10 businesses we called. He showed up early at the pick up, and was professional and kind. This is the kind of business I actually enjoy supporting. The reviews are true!!! Use Daniel’s towing. Out of five other towing companies that couldn’t pick up my motorcycle, they made it happen. Insurance companies have their ones to go through, but finally after we stumbled across Daniel’s we will never use anyone else. My motorcycle was run over by a Freightline service truck in a parking lot and it was not mobile, they still got it to the dealership for… You get the idea. Finally capable people again! They exist
So I usually don’t leave many reviews but this one is absolutely necessary. Unfortunately our car broke down this morning as my boyfriend was taking me to work. I was freaking out about not only the thought of how much money was going to have to go into fixing it but also the price of a tow. We unfortunately don’t have roadside assistance so I knew the tow would be out of pocket and I was scared it was going to be really pricey. While my boyfriend was working on other stuff, Daniels towing was the first place I called and it was a quick and easy process! I want to address the reviews stating that he is rude… He absolutely is not! I feel like everyone is used to hearing the well known(sometimes fake), super bubbly customer service voice when calling a business but Daniel has a relaxed tone that I feel others may immediately perceive negatively. After arriving, which was VERY quick btw, I realized right away that his personality is just very laidback and that is absolutely okay! Everyone’s personality is different and we’re not always going to be everyone’s cup of tea But, who cares?! He arrived within 20-25 minutes like he said he would, was straight to the point with getting everything set up and we were on our way! He dropped the car where we needed it, gave us a few of his personalized carabiners for our keys, gave us an AMAZING price, and he even gave us a great mechanic recommendation. He was great and if ever I need a tow again, I won’t be calling anyone else! If you are in need of a tow, I highly recommend Daniel’s towing! Thank you Daniel, you’re amazing!
Daniel was the only tow driver willing to go out on a Sunday and it was snowing. He towed my truck from Raton NM to Colorado Springs CO. He was very professional and took care to strap my truck down correctly. Daniel is a super nice person and I highly recommend Daniels Towing in Colorado Springs.

Daniel was professional, fast, and took good care of my Dad’s car. My dad was in the process of moving after a sad, long term breakup. Moving from Pueblo to Denver to stay with me (his son), my dad is elderly and in low health, so the process is harder for him. On I-25 headed north, we ran into an issue. I Googled tow near me, I called Daniel, he came fast (10min, this is 6p on Saturday), and towed my Dads car all the way to Thornton. Reasonably priced, good people. Highly recommend, will use again if I’m ever in that situation. I called Daniel and we had the towing set up in 2 minutes. He is so down to earth and honest and doesn't beat around the bush!! He was at the site even before I was to tow my BMW...which had no power at all..(car wouldn't go into neutral) in less than 25 minutes he had my car loaded onto the truck and it went so smoothly!! I have used several other well known towing companies in the springs and it's never gone smoothly and always complications...not with Daniel. He is very knowledgeable about everything in town and even recommended a mechanic. No high prices and he won't try and pull the wool over your eyes. He is the real deal!! After my first call, he was hooking my car up within 10 minutes. I had a lot of questions and he answered them without any hesitation. I had to go to several locations while he had my car and he drove me to reach one, never complaining or arguing about how long each location took. In the end, rental cars were unavailable and he even dropped me off at a hotel and unloaded my car so I could get it repaired the next day. Daniel was very honest, helpful, and friendly with all the setbacks I'd experienced today, and didn't complain one bit. Daniel was extremely helpful and charged a very modest price to recover my vehicle from the crooks that stole it . He is pretty flexible and even gave me an after hours number to ensure I would be able to get a hold of him no matter the time that my car was released . Very professional and down to earth . Daniel picked me up at the house drove up to denver picked up my car on the flat bed drove it back to the springs. He did a nice job and took his time to get the towing done perfectly. The price was good.

I'm happy to say that I found Daniel lived up to the great reputation his reviews depict. He was at my location within the time frame he stated (roughly 15 - 20 minutes), was very friendly & professional. He was quick to get the van hooked up, yet took the time to make sure I could see the vehicle was hooked properly & safely. It was clear to see he is very experienced in towing. Daniel didn't take long to arrive and load my dead truck up. Unfortunately then his truck broke down on the spot. He didn't hesitate to call up a different towing company and pay for my tow by them with his own money before getting his tow truck towed by them as well. Great guy, I'd call him again. Hope I won't need to.
I have had bad luck with getting a tow in the past, But Daniel offers a service far and above anything I had ever experienced. He showed up within a half hour of me calling him and was quickly and carefully able to get my car home, not to mention he's a pretty cool guy to ride with. I have used Daniel's Towing and Recovery 2 times in the last 18 mths and I highly recommend it to anyone needing a tow. The first time I used his service I had broken down at a gas stop and had managed to find a ride home. I called at least 7-8 different local companies, many that didn't answer. Not only was the call answered promptly and professionally, but his price was less than any I was quoted. Daniel provided professional and prompt service and was very thorough in making sure my car was well cared for during the towing service. He is just a good, decent, honest guy that didn't try and take advantage of the situation.

I had just moved to Colorado Springs and I had ran into some car trouble with my Honda. The car axle had broke and I was stranded. I was very upset and didn't know what to do. I called other tow companies and their prices was beyond ridiculous. Then I called Daniels Towing and Recovery and the owner (Daniel) answered. He was very honest and respectful. He gave me a affordable quote and he got to me within 15 minutes of me calling. He talked to me and made me feel at ease about the situation. I appreciated his help and I truly recommend this towing company. Absolutely AMAZING!!!!
We called Daniel's Towing and Daniel was professional and legitimate, he arrived within 30 minutes even though it was snowing and cold. He charged us a very reasonable rate. He had to pull the car up onto his vehicle platform (usually costs more) because our car wouldn't go into neutral to roll, he didn't charge us for it. He was quick and efficient even though our vehicle was making it difficult. He was friendly to us and we will definitely call him again when we need another tow.
Well, my boyfriend and I have used Daniel's Towing twice, and have had nothing but professional service. Even at odd times, they are happy to help. We had a long way to go from where Daniel picked us up, and he still charged us the flat rate even though it was out of his way. Super friendly and professional on the phone, and WAY faster to get to where we had our car than other tow truck services. Very timely and fast, efficient service. Will always be the first service to call in any towing situation. Double thumbs up!

Daniel was absolutely amazing to work with. I've worked with a few other towing companies in town, and I came in with low expectations....but he's raised the bar. Extremely prompt, courteous, and very professional. A good guy. I was stranded just north of Monument, and he even said that if I was in a time crunch (due to some construction between the Springs/Monument) that a towing company in Monument would be quicker. Just a cut above.
