No romanticism here. It’s a typical salvage yard. But, they’re helpful, they’re friendly and they’re present when you need something. They know their inventory and guide you along the way and offer help. That’s has not been my previous experience at other salvage yards. I’ve come here a number of times, it’s far out of my way, but I’ll keep coming back since each time it’s been a good experience.
I went to this place today ti return a Kia sorento 2014 front rotor because didn't fit my sorento 2015. I had lost the receipt but one of the guys told me I could exchange for different parts, went after a few days back with tools this time to pull the parts and one of the jerk dudes on the costumer service telling me I could only get rotor and nothing else but they don't have the rotor fits my car. I will definitely will share this others to be careful of this place.
I have rebuilt my jeep after breaking it so many times with parts from this location. Bring your own tools! They do rotate vehicles/rows so always got to check what’s in. I also got a really nice vintage camper from them. Awesome staff has always been courteous.
This place has gone downhill. Can’t get anyone on a phone you said I’m hold so they finally hang up on you. Tell you to call back or try another day. Or leave a message and I’ll get back to you within 24 hours. Forget the hassle and use someone that answers their phone.
I'm going to have to stop going to u pull n pay Colorado Springs unless it's an emergency. The prices have gone way up and don't try to use the excuse "tariffs", considering it's used parts already in the U.S. I can get the same parts new from Amazon for nearly same price. I used to love going to u pull n pay. Not anymore.
Prices are a little hit or miss but for the bigger stuff this place has always been a life saver. Honestly as a car repair novice sometimes taking the part out with low stakes is helpful before installing it with higher stakes.
Sold an old, non-working vehicle to them. They arranged a tow company to pick it up within a few days and we got a bit of cash for it. Efficient and worked well. Thanks!
I bought a used car from here. The salesman, Cody was exceptionally courteous, knowledgeable and honest. I just needed a run about car for a family member to help her get back on her feet. I tried multiple used car lots in the Denver area but always felt like they were not being very truthful when asked what kind of issues the car may have. Cody on the other hand provided the unvarnished truth about the issues that needed to be fixed/ addressed with the car I purchased. I didn't feel like I needed to take a shower after dealing with a shady used car salesman. I would refer my friends and family to U-Pull & Pay Colorado Springs if they are looking for an inexpensive used car.
Honestly, the prices are outrageous. A few days ago I bought some taillights, and unfortunately, I later checked on Amazon and found they were only a dollar and 37 cents more expensive. The prices are very high, and you also have to remove the parts. I will not buy from this place again.
Been coming here over a year for just about anything I can think off for my Blazer. It's a great experience when you bring friends and the proper tools. Staff at the front is very helpful and friendly. They will provide assistance if needed

A five star experience from an out of stater! I hope this comment goes straight to corporate, and helps both the abq store manager and the Colorado Springs store manager. I had way too much difficulty getting ahold of John in Colorado thanks to Quentin, (Quentin) was way overboard difficult in getting in touch with John for a quote over the phone. I tried calling that location multiple times with no luck. I had reached out to Matt, who is the store manager here in abq, Matt took real good care of me and gave my information to the store manager at Colorado Springs. John had contacted me about a vehicle I wanted from the lot, sent me multiple detailed pics, picked it out of the yard, saved if for me, and I had picked it up. John was beyond professional, had helped me place the hood on the parts car, had his employee pick the front end up on vehicle to place tires on it, and set it up on my trailer. A good shoutout to the forklift worker as well. A beyond and above to sell me the parts vehicle and help me load it on my trailer. I’ve been a upap customer for at least 15 years here in abq, being a new customer ish to Colorado Springs, would highly recommend them as well. Thankyou John and your fork lift worker!

They claimed it “passed their inspection”, and I am upset because I didn’t even know you could resell a car I junked for $550. I didn’t sell it for a reason you guys!!!!!!!!!
Update: I had already spoken to a manager before they replied with this dumb response. He basically said “oh well”. So please be careful purchasing cars here.
I really like this place. The employees were friendly and helpful, and I found 5 of the same car I was looking for. All of the prices were the same regardless of make or model, which makes it sooo much easier. I would always go back here.
If you need a used car part, this is the place to go. A wide selection of ever changing vehicle inventory, including domestic and imports awaits you at UP&P in Colorado Springs. Granted, you have to do the work (U Pull) but you’ll be rewarded with a quality used part at a reasonable price (U Pay). Personally, I’ve been a customer for years and I continue to recommend UP&P to friends and strangers alike. Customer service at the lot is top notch, the online inventory system is invaluable, and the prices are fair. UP&P is worth the trip.
I really want to LOVE this place. The employees seem nice and educated. Online seems to be accurate, good sales and specials. Today was my first time in, and there were so many screws, bolts and nails in the customer parking lot, I wont be back until it's addressed! I can save $20 buying a used part, having to replace a $225 tire! Come on team, do better! Clean that front lot-
Huge selection of cars to choose from. It was my first time going there and the staff was very nice and informative. Your first time there is free admission and only $2 after. You can go in and out several times in one day as long as you get a stamp. They provide a limited tools to use so you definitely want to bring your own. They also have wheel barrels that you can use for big parts. Overall great experience and i will be returning!
Fun for all! We needed a few random bits off a few random vehicles. Well stocked junkyard. Found everything we needed very easily. We also found someone's face as well as a candy van that still had candy in it.
