Found what I needed very quickly. Staff assures you with every possibly situation and problem. Very inviting while trying to find whats right for you. Very easy to work with, paperwork was no more than 10 min. Would recommend.
Seen their ad on Facebook. They quoted me a price and then got here and offered me about half the price for my vehicles. Symptoms photos, they asked me if the vehicles were whole. I don't do this kind of thing for a living. So I thought that was asking me if I had pulled the motor or transmission and neither one had been pulled and then they claimed because my trucks were straight piped because of all of the stolen catalytic converters that they would give me half of what they told me. And then. Proceeded to harass me on facebook after I told him countless times that I did not want to conduct business with him since he would not stand behind his quote.
Tonight they stayed late with my family and I to try and find me a vehicle after an emergency. Unfortunately it started snowing really bad and we weren't able to leave with a vehicle from them. Very helpful and thoughtful. Cars were very well priced.
Had an extremely disappointing experience with MnS Towing. They were not only late by over an hour from the time they promised, but their customer service was also terrible. When I called to check the status, I was met with rude and unhelpful responses. Once they finally arrived, the driver was unprofessional and seemed disinterested in doing his job properly. I would not recommend this service to anyone in need of reliable or courteous towing assistance.
This was the best towing company Ive worked with. Sergio and Alicia showed up in less then 30 minutes and hooked up and ready in no time. Breaking down is never fun but they definitely made the situation easier.
Sergio arrived in less than an hour, had the truck hooked up in 10 minutes and I still made it back in time for a scheduled birthday event. Price was reasonable, too-thank you!
I recently purchased a box truck from MNS Towing. I insisted on having it inspected by a mechanic before buying, and Sergio accommodated my request without any hassle. He and his staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout the process. The price was very reasonable. Such an awesome couple that owns this place. Super easy going and genuinely friendly. Prices are on point, they handed us the keys, we checked out the car, came back to the office and they had us in and out in literally 15 minutes. Good people. This company is garbage, unprofessional and only out to rip people off. They towed my car and I called within an hour of it being picked up to get it back but they would not answer or call me back. They purposely held my car so they can charge me over $400 to get it back. I suggested reading all the reviews, NOT the ones they have their employees fill out. I was told by my apartment office that MNS is loosing their contract with them because they are dirty and have had so many complaints since hiring them. Don’t let their flashy trucks painted with the American flag and In Go we trust fool you. They are only out to rip you off!
Called to set up a date and time to get a bill of sell that motor vehichles said we needed, we drove the hour and a half to be told the gentlman had other things to do and was now un available. We waited over an hour and again no show. Went home and called and asked what could be done to get this bill of sell, was told again to make the drive, expressed the distance and asked if there was another option, and was hung up on not once but twice, we are a small automotive shop ourselves and would never treat a customer in this manner, very rude and definatley not a company we will recommend anymore.
If I could give negative stars I would. They purposely kept our vehicle and didn't answer their phones so they could charge the holding fees. Called them in less than an hour of our vehicle getting towed and they never called back and when I finally reached someone after more than 30 calls to them and texts and voice-mail sent it was after the 24 hr mark and the guy laughed at me saying it would be $400 to get out my vehicle. Not respectful, money hungry scamming unprofessional company.
Best customer service I have experienced with a tow truck company these guys are friendly they get in fast they get out fast and ensure everything is right before they go thank you guys for everything we look forward to using you guys in the future

My business constantly had people parking in my "customer only parking lot" and going into to other shops and filling up paying customers spaces or abandoning vehicles.
Having him let people know this is a private parking area and if necessary remove abandoned vehicles that were left over night has significantly brought in more paying customers.
Not only does my parking lot look cleaned up but my sales have drastically increased.
Completely worth it for my business.

I purchased a vehicle for 3500 from them. 2 weeks later my father has a stroke and as he has been battling cancer for some time this was a huge deal. Frantic I call and say hey can you buy this back even at a loss. If I have to take less than I paid that's fine just need to part ways with it. He said to text him and he would get back to me right away. I texted him right away and even provided several times and he completely ghosted me. What a childish immature thing to do. Not even have the courage to reply like a real man. Pathetic.
Left me on the side of the road for over an hour after saying 10 minutes away, when I asked how long he told me to find someone else. Wish I read the reviews before waiting this long. Waste of time glad I didn’t waste my money. Worst experience ever. Update: they showed up anyways (2 hours later) , tow driver was cool and explained his battery died but if they would’ve communicated that in the first place there would’ve been no issues!
